Jim Copenhaver, who was severely wounded during the Trump assassination attempt at a rally in Pennsylvania in 2024, is dead.

House Republicans announced Jim's death Thursday in a social media post ... "We are deeply saddened by the passing of Jim Copenhaver, who was gravely wounded in the horrific shooting in Butler, Pennsylvania."

Jim was one of two people injured when 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks opened fire at Donald Trump's July 13, 2024 campaign rally. He was hospitalized and discharged a week later. The cause of death is unclear.

Dak Prescott's ex-fiancée Sarah Jane Ramos is shutting down rumors that she's hiding a pregnancy ... and it looks like she's throwing some serious shade at the NFL star in the process.

Here's the deal ... Sarah responded to a social post speculating on whether or not she was pregnant based on some recent gym photos she was tagged in ... and she couldn't resist taking a shot that sure looks like it's aimed at Dak.

James Wehr and Lexi Kramer's social media pages are under a microscope as cops investigate whether he was boozing the night they died in his McLaren ... TMZ has learned.

The Irvine Police Department tells TMZ ... "We are conducting an extensive investigation that looks at every possible aspect that contributed to this collision," and that includes reviewing images James and Lexi posted last Sunday while out on a date.

We're told cops are trying to figure out if James was drinking before he got behind the wheel that night ... so, they're keenly interested in toxicology testing results from the Medical Examiner's Office.

In the meantime, they're reviewing social media for any clues about where they went, and what they did, in the hours leading up to the crash.
