Ray J is firing back at Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner with a lawsuit of his own after they sued him for defamation ... he says they were all in on the infamous sex tape, and it wasn't leaked against Kim's will.

In new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Ray J reveals what he says actually went down with the sex tape. He claims he and Kim consensually shot a sex tape in 2003, and then in 2006 they discussed releasing it, and he says Kim insisted Kris be in charge of the release and commercial exploitation of the film.

In the lawsuit, filed by attorney Howard King, Ray J claims Kim and Kris have "spent two decades peddling the false story that the sex tape ... was leaked against her will."

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle weren't ducking the cameras at Kris Jenner's huge 70th bash ... in fact, they were happy to be snapped all night long, TMZ has learned.

Here's the deal ... pictures of the royal couple mingling with a slew of stars at the party were scrubbed minutes after the Kardashians posted them in the party's aftermath. Multiple reasons have been alleged in the press ... the latest claim was the couple made it clear they were not to be photographed.

A source close to the situation calls BS on that … telling us the new report that Harry and Meghan were photographed at Kris’ party even though they wrote "No" on their consent form can't be true -- because there was no form.

Kris Jenner doesn't seem to be slowing down after turning 70 ... in fact, it looks like she's moving full speed ahead with plans for a new beauty line.

In a new trademark filing -- obtained by TMZ -- Kris' company Jenner Communications Inc. has filed to lock down rights to the mark "Queen By Kris Jenner."

It seems like the momager has big plans for the line ... as the trademark covers a wide range of beauty products like perfumes, lotions, body oils, beauty masks, and much more.
