Another batch of domestic violence allegations against Taylor Frankie Paul has made it to a district attorney's desk ... and they're weighing their options.

Draper Police Chief Rich Ferguson tells TMZ ... the City Prosecutor has submitted the case to the Salt Lake County District Attorney for evaluation ... this is regarding the alleged February incident in which TFP is accused of choking Dakota Mortensen and ripping a necklace off his neck.

According to Ferguson, the D.A. will determine if any charges will be filed ... but even if the D.A. doesn't file charges, the City Prosecutor could still decide to bring forth more legal action in the case.

Harry Jowsey is opening up the books after Jessi Draper claimed her estranged husband Jordan Ngatikaura alleged she had an affair with Harry ... the hunk is sharing some of his Instagram DMs with the 'Secret Lives of Mormon Wives' star.

The "Too Hot To Handle" alum just posted a series of voice messages between him and Jessi ... they look like they were sent around the May 24 birthday they share.

Harry's transparency comes after Jessi claimed Jordan found the messages and used them as an excuse to allege she was having an extramarital affair with Harry.

Taylor Frankie Paul's newest allegation of domestic violence may have constituted a violation of her probation ... and if that's the case, the jurisdiction's district attorney tells us, they'll be all over it.

Salt Lake County District Attorney Sim Gill tells TMZ, “We are aware of the West Jordan allegations, and since Ms. Paul is on plea in abeyance status, we would always be interested in any subsequent allegations of criminal conduct during her probationary period. If there is conduct out of West Jordan that rises to the level of a violation that would fall within our domain to file charges, then we would screen it when and if it is presented to us.”

Taylor Frankie Paul appeared disoriented and confused in police body cam video from her 2023 arrest ... as she repeatedly questioned why she’s the one being taken into custody while an officer drives her to the station.

In the footage, obtained by TMZ, Taylor is heard speaking as she's sitting in the back of a Herriman Police patrol car on her way to the Utah station ... and it seems like she's struggling to understand the reasoning behind her arrest, since she's claiming her boyfriend, Dakota Mortensen, threw the first shove that night.

The officer calmly explains the situation while continuing to drive, but Taylor appears unable to fully process it ... circling back with more questions as she tries to piece together what led to this moment, before her tone starts to take a turn.

Here's the deal ... 'SLOMW' slammed the brakes due to an alleged February domestic incident involving Taylor Frankie Paul and her ex, Dakota Mortensen. Utah authorities are currently investigating the matter.

The video begins as officers arrive at Taylor’s Utah home, where she and Dakota are already heard screaming at each other before police reach the front door ... seemingly picking up where the cellphone footage we obtained of the incident left off.

Once inside, cops quickly separate the two as Taylor appears visibly intoxicated ... stumbling through the house. At one point, she tries to pour herself water but she basically collapses over the sink and sobs uncontrollably while Dakota speaks with an officer nearby.

Taylor Frankie Paul is refusing to stay off social media following the cancellation of her 'Bachelorette' season ... and this time, she is speaking directly about the video of her 2023 fight with ex Dakota Mortensen, that led to her arrest.

Check it out -- TFP commented on a fan video about the messy ordeal, saying the footage is affecting her young daughter all over again. She wrote ... "Worst part is my daughter having to relive and see it all over again years later after extensive work with her and apologies to her about that night -- and my baby boy birthday was taken from him."

As you know, Taylor's daughter was crying in the shocking video released last week, and at one point, Dakota accuses Taylor of hitting her in the head with a metal stool after she chucked several at him. The video was published on their son Ever's birthday.
