Billy Ray Cyrus and Elizabeth Hurley just took a huge step in their relationship ... because they're engaged!!!

The country singer got down on one knee and proposed to the actress, and she said yes ... according to Page Six.

It's unclear when or where Billy Ray popped the question ... but he used a 💍emoji in an Instagram post Thursday, and Elizabeth's son replied, "🥳."

Elizabeth also posted a selfie on Monday with a massive diamond ring on THAT finger.

RJ Mitte’s fiancée didn’t get an official invitation to his celebration of life event in Texas on Friday, TMZ has learned. 

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Kennedy Suarez was not invited to the ceremony at The Mitte: Arts and Culture Center in Brownsville, Texas on Friday.

Our sources say she didn’t get the invite because the family has not communicated with her since RJ died. 

The Oakland Police Department is looking into a viral video that allegedly shows the shooting that ended reality star Kash's life.

OPD confirmed they're looking into the clip, which is making the rounds online ... telling us it has been forwarded to the case investigator for review.

The video is graphic ... it shows a fight breaking out between two women -- with the pair trading blows and pulling hair -- when a third woman runs up and starts smacking down at one of them.
