Multiple sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the bash will be held at the $165 million Beverly Hills estate of Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez.

We're told around 300 people will attend. We're also told there will be a major recording artist performing during the party.

"We are pleased with the Court’s ruling, which represents a complete victory for Ms. Kardashian and dismisses Mr. Cantu’s action in its entirety.  We appreciate the Court’s recognition that an honest mistake committed in the course of Ms. Kardashian’s exercise of free speech does not serve as the basis for meritless litigation."

Kim Kardashian is being dragged to court over a social media screw-up ... she's being sued by a guy she mistakenly identified as a death row inmate.

According to a new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Kim is being sued by Ivan Cantu ... a project manager from New York who Kim identified as a man awaiting the death penalty in a Texas prison cell.

Kim posted a photo of the wrong Ivan Cantu on her social media in February 2024 when she was trying to bring awareness to the case of an inmate by the same name ... and Ivan says the mix-up subjected him to public embarrassment, shame, hatred, ridicule, disgrace, contempt and aversion.

Eric McCormack and his estranged wife Janet Holden have settled their divorce ... TMZ has learned.

As we reported ... Janet was the one who pulled the plug two years ago, filing for divorce after more than 26 years of marriage with the "Will & Grace" star.

At the time, Janet was seeking spousal support and looking to end the court's ability to award Eric spousal support.

Former "American Idol" contestant Randy Madden is facing some serious charges ... he's been arrested for allegedly having sex with someone who is underage ... TMZ has learned.

Madden, who appeared on Season 8 of the singing competition show, is facing six felony charges ... including oral copulation of a person under 18 and unlawful sexual intercourse.

He's also charged with anal and genital penetration by foreign object, sending harmful matter, luring, and dissuading a witness from reporting a crime.
