Longtime "Vanderpump Rules" fans may still be upset the cast they grew to love over the course of a decade is gone ... but, clearly the newbies are doing something right -- because the show's already been renewed!

Sources connected to the show tell TMZ ... the first season since 'VPR' rebooted is still coming out -- but, the network has already decided to bring it back.

We're told the show has performed so well on Bravo and Peacock the network just had to pick it up. Our sources say this isn't standard timing ... it's an early renewal.

Ariana Madix moved on from her relationship with Tom Sandoval years ago ... but she's only now grabbing her remaining belongings from the home they once shared.

We've obtained photos of Madix taking her final possessions from their Los Angeles-area home Friday ... with movers wheeling out huge cardboard boxes.

Unclear what exactly she left behind when she moved out of the house in May 2023 ... but it seems this means the two have finally put a periodt on the "Scandoval."

American actress Laura-Leigh was 22 years old when she was cast to be a part of "Vanderpump Rules" ... first airing in 2013, led by restaurateur and television personality Lisa Vanderpump.

We caught up with the stars as they were leaving Lisa's restaurant Sur in West Hollywood Friday night -- right after they filmed the reunion ... and they both used the word "sexy" when describing the event.

Lisa told us the show was funny, joyful, tearful ... and pretty sexy -- later joking she was totally referring to herself when it comes to that last descriptor.

Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval are turning over a new leaf, or so it seems ... because it appears they reached a settlement in a legal beef over the house they shared before their epic split.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the parties reached a conditional settlement of the lawsuit Ariana filed back in January 2024, when she was trying to force a sale of their shared home.

It's unclear what the terms of the settlement are ... the docs just say some unspecified terms must be satisfied under the settlement agreement before the case is officially dismissed.

Marciano Brunette from "Vanderpump Villa" made a return cameo in "Secret Lives of Mormon Wives," stirring up some drama this season ... and he says he's feeling regret for some of his lies about the scandal.

Lisa Vanderpump's nephew Sam Vanderpump has revealed a terrifying health diagnosis -- he has irreversible "end-stage" liver disease.

The 28-year-old "Made in Chelsea" star opened up about the diagnosis on Monday night's episode of the series, explaining docs told him the damage to his liver is untreatable and he can survive 4 to 5 years without a transplant.

Sam noted he's healthy otherwise and has his fingers crossed that one day he'll get the call he's found a match and can get a new liver.
