It's not every day a University of Massachusetts Boston student gets arrested for allegedly firebombing a Tesla dealership operated by the world's richest man, Elon Musk.

But 19-year-old Owen McIntire has found themselves in this unique place ... after they were apprehended by FBI agents on the UMass Boston campus and made an initial court appearance Friday, the Department of Justice announced.

According to a federal criminal complaint, McIntire was charged with unlawful possession of an unregistered destructive device and malicious damage by fire of any property used in interstate commerce.

Zach Gilford and Kiele Sanchez played a husband and wife on 'Criminal Minds' and they were married in real life too ... but now they're estranged, because he just filed for divorce.

Zach beelined it to court Friday and filed to divorce his actress wife after 12 years of marriage ... according to new legal docs obtained by TMZ.

The actor, who also starred in the NBC series "Friday Night Lights" as quarterback Matt Saracen, is going with the boilerplate "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split. He does not list a date of separation, claiming it is "TBD."

Haley Joel Osment revealed his plans to go up to Mammoth Lakes, California for a much-needed vacation days before he was arrested earlier this month ... telling Andy Richter he wanted to give his loving sister a break from him and his dogs.

Here's the deal ... Osment chatted with Richter on his podcast "The Three Questions with Andy Richter" -- and, the two discussed Haley's house burning down in the Eaton Fire during L.A.'s January wildfires.

The episode was published April 15, but it was recorded days before Osment was arrested -- and used a slur for a Jewish person -- in Mammoth on April 8 ... 'cause he actually says he's going up to the area with his dogs in the coming days.

X-Raided, a rapper who spent time behind bars with the Menendez Brothers, says Erik and Lyle remain "cautiously optimistic" about the prospect of potentially being free men ... despite a recent roadblock.

We got X-Raided -- government name Anerae Brown -- in Los Angeles on Friday and our photog asked him how Erik and Lyle are holding up after their resentencing hearing was delayed.

The guy did hard time with Erik and Lyle back in the day and was so impacted by them, they've kept in touch ever since.

Money is a big motivator... and Post Malone is going to save a ton of money by battling his ex in a Utah court instead of a California court as they fight over child custody and support ... and it's all because of timing.

Here's the deal ... Post Malone's ex-fiancée Hee Sung "Jamie" Park filed custody documents in Los Angeles earlier this week, but Post had already filed his own custody documents in Utah ... and we've learned that's where the case will be handled.

That's good news for Post Malone's finances and bad news for Park ... because California allows for higher payments when it comes to child support.

1:38 PM PT -- Sources connected to Bri Stern tell TMZ ... She's been receiving threats from people who are clearly tracking her location while she's been traveling.

Meanwhile, Andrew Tate's attorney Joseph McBride says, "We have interviewed dozens of Ms. Stern’s acquaintances over the past few weeks. We have learned that Bri Stern is an attention-starved OnlyFans model who can barely combine two sentences. Post Malone's ex-fiancée wants full physical custody of their daughter ... asking a judge to allot the musician visitation rights only, TMZ has learned.

Hee Sung "Jamie" Park filed custody documents in Los Angeles earlier this week, asking the court to award her primary physical custody of their 2-year-old daughter, identified in the docs as "DDP."

She also checked boxes saying she's cool with sharing legal custody of DDP ... and, she's also fine with him being allowed visitation or "parenting time" with their child.

Police in Idaho just released body cam video of a fatal interaction with an autistic teen ... and everything happens super fast.

Cops released footage Thursday and it shows officers from the Pocatello Police Department opening fire on 17-year-old Victor Perez just seconds after arriving at the scene and getting out of their squad cars.

11:53 AM PT -- TMZ has learned "Victim 4" is someone who worked for Diddy, but was not romantically involved with him. We're told the defense argued they wanted that person's name revealed during the trial, so other potential witnesses could come forward with information that might refute the alleged victim's testimony.

Diddy's trial will proceed as scheduled ... 'cause a judge just ruled on his team's motion to delay the trial for two months -- and he's not giving them more time.

The hearing was held in New York City Friday, after Diddy's team accused prosecutors of turning over evidence too slowly ... asking the judge to grant more time so they could comb through all the discovery.

The judge disagreed with Diddy's side ... pointing out the rapper has four law firms representing him who should be able to sort through everything to be ready for the case by the scheduled May 5 start date.

Paul Rodriguez won't face consequences for his recent possession arrest ... 'cause the city where he was arrested has decided not to move forward with the case.

The Burbank City Attorney tells TMZ ... the case has been rejected for lack of sufficient evidence.

As we told you ... Paul was arrested for allegedly possessing narcotics in late March, though Rodriguez maintained the drugs weren't his.

Cassie says Diddy is fishing around, demanding she turn over her bank statements and a book she wrote about him ... and she wants a judge to put the kibosh on his legal request.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Cassie is trying to get the court to kill a subpoena she claims she was served by Diddy's legal team.

Cassie says Diddy sent her a subpoena March 19 demanding she turn over "all draft memoirs, autobiographies, narratives, diaries, journals or notes ... and any communications about plans to publish or threaten to publish such a document."

Harvey Weinstein and his team just scored a small legal victory ... 'cause he's getting out of Rikers Island -- at least, temporarily.

The disgraced movie producer is headed for Bellevue Hospital after his attorney Imran Ansari and his New York State healthcare and prison consultant Craig Rothfeld successfully petitioned the court to move him because of his deteriorating health.

A judge signed off on the move Thursday ... putting Weinstein into Bellevue pending his hearing -- which is scheduled for April 24 at 2:15 PM ET.

The Menendez Brothers resentencing hearing has ended for the day ... and will not be continued on Friday, as originally scheduled.

The next hearing is scheduled for May 9, and will address the admissibility of a risk assessment report ... and the brothers' defense attorney Mark Geragos is expected to file for L.A. County District Attorney Nathan Hochman to be personally recused from the case. Hochman grew up in Beverly Hills and went to the same high school as the Menendez Bros.

In a news conference after today's hearing, Geragos repeatedly accused the D.A.'s Office -- and specifically Hochman -- of retraumatizing the Menendez family. One family member was reportedly hospitalized after crime scene photos were shown in court on April 11. Bryan Freedman, who represents members of the Menendez family, said he wants to ensure their Marsy's Law rights are respected.

Multiple videos of Diddy beating up Cassie in a hotel hallway show "significant distortion" ... this according to a forensic video technician working for the rapper's team.

Conor McCourt -- a former New York City Police officer with years of experience analyzing video footage -- says in a sworn deposition that he has reviewed the clip CNN published, as well as another video of surveillance footage that was recorded on an iPhone 6 directly.

It's a bit confusing, but basically McCourt takes issue with both versions he's seen, first claiming the CNN vid appears sped up because it was converted from one file type to another in a process called "transcoding" ... which he claims adds, subtracts and duplicates frames.

9:42 AM PT -- Nathan Hochman just held a press conference detailing the reasons behind his latest motion to delay the resentencing hearing.

Mark Geragos fired back at Nathan Hochman by calling his decision to move the resentencing appalling ... adding he's "abused the victims" both privately and publicly.

Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman is trying to kick the can down the road in the Menendez brothers' case ... filing a last-minute motion to push back Thursday's resentencing hearing.

Hochman filed the motion Wednesday night in L.A. County Superior Court to prevent today's much-anticipated hearing from going forward, arguing the court needs time to review the California parole board's risk assessment report for Erik and Lyle Menendez.

As you know, Governor Gavin Newsom ordered the parole board back in February to conduct a risk assessment of the brothers before any clemency decision could be made.

9:54 AM PT -- A spokesperson for Universal Music Group tells TMZ ... "Drake, unquestionably one of the world's most accomplished artists and with whom we’ve enjoyed at 16-year successful relationship, is being misled by his legal representatives into taking one absurd legal step after another. In Texas last November, his counsel instituted a legal proceeding with much fanfare and bluster. On Monday, they quietly dropped the case."

They continued ... "In New York in January, Drake's counsel filed a defamation lawsuit. Fearful of being sanctioned by the court for asserting false allegations, tonight they amended the complaint to withdraw them only to add more baseless allegations. Two weeks ago, his representatives celebrated a 'win': the granting of a routine discovery motion. That 'win' will become a loss if this frivolous and reckless lawsuit is not dropped in its entirety because Drake will personally be subject to discovery as well. As the old saying goes, ‘be careful what you wish for.’

They concluded ... "Both the Texas and New York proceedings are an affront to all artists and creative expression. Should his legal representatives senselessly keep the New York lawsuit alive, we will demonstrate that all remaining claims are without merit. It is shameful that these foolish and frivolous legal theatrics continue. They are reputationally and financially costly to Drake and have no chance of success."

Drake says he has new ammo in his defamation lawsuit against Universal Music Group ... and it's all because of Kendrick Lamar's Super Bowl Halftime show.

Champagne Papi just filed an amended complaint where he specifically mentions Kendrick's performance of "Not Like Us" at Super Bowl LIX.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Drake claims the show "assassinated" his character ... and he says Kendrick excluding the word "pedophile" from the lyrics backs up his claim that the song's content is defamatory.
