The mother of the Minnesota church shooter is reportedly lawyering up after her kid went on a shooting spree, killing 2 children and injuring 18 other people.

According to FOX News, Mary Grace Westman -- the mother of Robin Westman, who died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound after the bloodbath -- has retained criminal defense attorney Ryan Garry.

FOX News asked Garry why Westman hired a criminal lawyer, and Garry responded that she's "completely distraught," but is not complicit in the shooting, and needs someone to deal with all the media calls.

Kim Kardashian has taken the final big step to become a lawyer -- TMZ has learned she took the California bar exam and is in the nail-biting period, waiting for results.

Kim took the exam in late July. It's a grueling 2-day test, consisting of 5 one-hour essay questions, one 90-minute performance test, and 200 multiple-choice questions.

The test is administered at a large convention center, but we're almost certain she did not take it with the masses ... otherwise, the word would be out. During COVID, provisions were made for proctors, who could administer the exam more privately, so it seems that's what went down with Kim.

Investigators have issued an update in the search for missing 7-month-old Emmanuel Haro ... a day after the boy's parents, Jake and Rebecca, were hit with felony murder charges.

The Haros appeared in court in Riverside, California Tuesday ... and now, Riverside County District Attorney Mike Hestrin, San Bernardino County Sheriff Shannon Dicus, and Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco are speaking out -- sharing new details of the now-national case.

Hestrin said investigators have a "strong indication where the remains of Baby Emmanuel are" ... alleging the missing child was a victim of extended abuse and succumbed to injuries from that abuse. He noted no confession was made by either Jake or Rebecca in jail.

While Diddy's sitting in jail awaiting sentencing in his federal criminal case ... he can celebrate a win in a civil lawsuit filed by a guy who claimed the mogul drugged him and sexually assaulted him in a nightclub.

The lawsuit was filed back in February, and the plaintiff said he was an up-and-coming 23-year-old artist in 2015 when he scored a gig at an L.A. nightclub ... where Diddy was in attendance.

The alleged details sound like several other Diddy lawsuits -- the John Doe plaintiff claimed he'd been given a drink, fell unconscious and woke up to Diddy having "unwanted sexual contact" with him. In the lawsuit, filed by attorney Tony Buzbee, Doe also claimed Diddy threatened his future career if he resisted.

Cardi B is telling her side of the story in a civil trial with a former security guard ... and she says she called the woman a bitch for recording her in a doctor's office.

The "Bodak Yellow" rapper took the stand Tuesday and testified she was walking through a Beverly Hills obstetrician's office while 4 months pregnant in 2018 when a security guard at the building, Emani Ellis, started following her and recording on a smartphone.

Cardi says she confronted the woman and they got in each other's faces in the hallway and called each other all sorts of nasty names ... including "bitch."

The parents of missing 7-month-old Emmanuel Haro have officially been charged with murder, as well as a misdemeanor, following their arrests last Friday.

Jake and Rebecca Haro were hit with charges of felony murder and misdemeanor filing a false police report, the Riverside County District Attorney's Office announced Tuesday. Bail was set at $1 million each.

The update came just before the controversial couple was expected to arrive at Riverside Hall of Justice -- about 50 miles east of Los Angeles -- where they were set to be arraigned ... as their infant son, who investigators now believe is deceased, remains missing.

The "Old Town Road" rapper was just freed on $75,000 bond and we got him leaving a county jail in Van Nuys ... and he was in no mood to talk to our photog.

Nas beelined it for a white Jeep that was parked waiting for him ... climbing in the back seat and driving off as paparazzi chased after him.

Nas waived his arraignment and entered a not guilty plea Monday ... and a judge set his bail at $75,000 with some drug-related conditions.

Assuming the "Old Town Road" rapper makes bail, he's been ordered to not own, use, or process illegal narcotics. Nas would also have to enroll in an outpatient program.

A woman got a mouthful of a human fingertip when she bit into a chicken wrap she ordered from a restaurant in New York City ... at least according to a new lawsuit.

Mary Elizabeth Smith claims she ordered a chicken wrap from Create in Astoria, Queens, back in November 2023 ... and says when she took a bite, she discovered human tissue ... namely, a fingertip.

In her suit, obtained by TMZ, Smith says the fingertip was fully in her mouth after biting into the chicken wrap. We also obtained photos of the alleged fingertip.

Norman Reedus and Helena Christensen's son Mingus is being ordered to stay the hell away from the woman who told cops he roughed her up ... TMZ has learned.

According to law enforcement sources, the woman is getting court-ordered protection against Mingus.

Furthermore, a complaint obtained by TMZ says the woman told police officers Mingus used "both of his hands to apply pressure to her neck by forcefully squeezing it."

Gloria Estefan and Emilio Estefan are considering taking legal action against one Diddy accuser after they were named in a suit ... which has since been thrown out.

We caught up with the powerhouse couple in New York City this week, where both Gloria and Emilio separately suggested to TMZ that they were thinking about suing after a man name dropped them -- and their Miami home -- in human trafficking claims against the Bad Boy Records founder.

The California Parole Board was more of a kangaroo court and the entire hearing was rigged against Erik and Lyle Menendez ... so claims their lawyer, Mark Geragos.

Geragos was hot under the collar on the "2 Angry Men" podcast, recorded late Friday ... saying the Board had it out for Erik and Lyle from the jump. Geragos groused the Board ignored the good deeds of Erik and Lyle and focused on ridiculous infractions that meant nothing, in order to justify its decision.

For example ... Geragos scoffed at the Board making a huge deal that both Erik and Lyle had contraband cell phones. The Board said it showed the brothers were still a threat, but Geragos says the way prisoners get these phones is by prison guards selling them to the inmates.
