Cassie Ventura Lawyers Breaks Silence On Diddy Sentencing

Cassie Ventura is speaking out through her lawyer after Sean "Diddy" Combs was sentenced to more than four years in prison for two prostitution related convictions.

In a statement, Cassie's attorney Doug Wigdor said, "While nothing can undo the trauma caused by Combs, the sentence imposed today recognizes the impact of the serious offenses he committed."

He continued, "We are confident that with the support of her family and friends, Ms. Ventura will continue healing knowing that her bravery and fortitude have been an inspiration to so many."

A man who says he was one of Diddy's former interns claims he contracted HIV after being drugged and sexually assaulted at an after-party hosted by the music mogul … and it’s all laid out in a new lawsuit.

The man, who is suing as "John Doe," filed the suit against Diddy in Los Angeles Superior Court Friday, says he was pursuing an entertainment career in late 2014.

Doe says he would intern in the music industry back in the day and, when an opportunity to work with Diddy came around, he jumped at the chance.

Diddy sexually assaulted a woman in a night club as she was celebrating her 20th birthday ... shoving his hand up her skirt and forcefully penetrating her with his fingers ... at least according to a new lawsuit.

The Bad Boy Records founder was just hit with a new lawsuit filed by his legal nemesis, Houston attorney Tony Buzbee.

According to the suit, obtained by TMZ, a woman named Leiana Ripley says Diddy approached her at Club Playhouse in Los Angeles around November 1, 2016 and demanded she drink a beverage he offered her.

Diddy has finally received his sentence ... Judge Arun Subramanian has ordered him to serve a little over 4 years in a federal prison.

The sentence came down Friday and it is longer than what Diddy wanted ... remember, his legal team asked the judge for a 14-month sentence while prosecutors wanted him to serve 11 years behind bars. He was ultimately given 50 months.

Diddy Almost Shanked In Jail?!?

Diddy's defense is back on the mic at his sentencing hearing, and they're claiming he almost got attacked with a makeshift knife inside the Brooklyn jail where he's been detained since his arrest.

Defense lawyer Brian Steel just said Diddy's got a target on his back at MDC Brooklyn, because there are certain people who would gain prestige if they harm him. He then claimed a guard at the jail stopped a man with a shank.

Diddy's been held at the detention center since he got busted in September 2024, and he lives in a room with 24 other men ... surrounded by drug use and violence. Steel said Diddy hasn't slept more than 2 hours in a row since being incarcerated, and only eats bags of chips.

Megachurch pastor Robert Morris won't be preaching to the choir anytime soon ... because he pled guilty to five counts of lewd and indecent acts with a child Thursday.

Morris entered his plea in Oklahoma's Osage County District Court, and he was given a 10-year prison sentence -- but he's only gonna have to serve six months, according to NBC News. He'll also have to register as a sex offender and pay $250,000 in restitution as part of his plea agreement.

FYI ... Morris founded Gateway Church in the Dallas-Fort Worth area of Texas in 2000. The church's congregation grew into the tens of thousands, and he later became associated with President Donald Trump.
