Kim Kardashian’s fuming after flunking her California Bar Exam -- 'cause turns out, she was banking on a different kind of counsel ... a bunch of psychics who swore she’d pass!

The lawyer-in-training (still!) dropped a glam-filled TikTok montage from her mom Kris Jenner’s 70th -- but in one snippet, Kim was venting on the phone that at least FOUR psychics she met were "full of s***" ... 'cause every single one told her she’d pass the bar.

Kim was losing it ... branding the psychics "pathological liars" and telling her friend never to trust 'em again. Guess that crystal ball was full of cracks! 🫣

2:45 PM PT -- A Mississippi State University spokesperson tells TMZ ... Patrick McClintock is no longer a student at the university. A source with direct knowledge tells TMZ ... McClintock withdrew from the university Monday evening.

The young man accused of throwing coins and yelling "F*** the Jews" at Dave Portnoy outside a Mississippi pizza shop has been charged in the high-profile case ... TMZ has learned.

Brandon Lovelady -- Public Information Officer for the Starkville Police Department -- tells TMZ ... officers arrested 20-year-old Patrick McClintock on Monday and charged him with disturbing the peace.

On Friday, cops became aware of the viral video showing the altercation and they issued an arrest warrant for McClintock, according to Lovelady.

Kim Davis -- a former county clerk in Kentucky who refused to issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples -- suffered an embarrassing blow on her quest to roll back the clock on civil rights ... the U.S. Supreme Court declined to review her petition Monday morning.

The failed petition sought to undo the loss she took in a civil case brought by David Moore and David Ermold, whose marriage license she refused on her personal religious grounds.

Not one Supreme Court justice moved to grant a review of the petition.

1:06 PM PT -- Luis Ortiz's attorney, Chris Georgalis, defended his client vigorously in a statement to ESPN ... denying claims that the pitcher improperly influenced games.

Georgalis claims any transactions between Ortiz and others in the Dominican Republic were for lawful activities -- before adding the indictment "lacks any alleged evidence that connects Luis to these alleged bettors."

Cleveland Guardians pitchers Emmanuel Clase and Luis Ortiz have been indicted in relation to a scheme to rig bets on pitches thrown in MLB games ... TMZ has learned.

According to court documents, obtained by TMZ, their scheme allegedly worked like this ... the pitchers would agree in advance with their co-conspirators on what pitches they would throw in the games.

Prosecutors claim Clase and Ortiz's alleged co-conspirators would then use that information to place hundreds of "fraudulent bets" on those pitches, which won them at least $400,000.

Kim Kardashian will for sure "SKIM(S)" those law textbooks a few more times ... 'cause she didn't pass the bar exam on her first try ... but she's ready to try again!

The reality star and mogul revealed on her Instagram Saturday she failed the tough test ... writing in her post she's not a lawyer -- she just plays one on TV!

Kardashian says she's six years into her law journey, but she still hasn't passed the bar -- and, she's going to keep plugging away at it ... adding she won't take any shortcuts, she'll simply keep on studying.

Jeremy Renner is hitting back at filmmaker Yi Zhou, slapping her with a cease and desist letter denying allegations they had a hot romance -- while also accusing her of aggressively coming onto him and sending him NSFW messages.

Renner's powerhouse attorney, Marty Singer, fired off the letter to Zhou on Friday, and TMZ has obtained a copy. In the letter, Renner says he agreed to participate in Zhou's documentary, "Chronicles of Disney," but, during their first meeting in July, the actor claims Zhou made a move on him.

Renner alleges they had a "brief consensual encounter" and when they met again in August, he told Zhou he was not interested in a sexual relationship, and put her in the guest bedroom that night.

3:38 PM PT -- Diddy’s family spokesperson Juda Engelmayer tells TMZ ... "Mr. Combs is in his first week at FCI Fort Dix and is focused on adjusting, working on himself, and doing better each day. As with any high-profile individual in a new environment, there will be many rumors and exaggerated stories throughout his time there—most of them untrue. We ask that people give him the benefit of the doubt, the privacy to focus on his personal growth with grace and purpose."

Diddy's sobriety journey took a detour in lockup this week ... TMZ has learned he was drinking behind bars and got in some trouble with prison officials.

Sources with knowledge tell TMZ ... Diddy had some homemade alcohol in Fort Dix, the low-security prison where he's doing time. We're told the alcohol is made of Fanta, sugar and apples, which inmates give two weeks to ferment into an alcoholic substance.

We're told Diddy got caught by jail officials and prison officials planned to move him from his old unit into a new one. Two sources tell TMZ prison officials have now reversed their decision and Diddy will stay put.

Kaia Gerber and Cindy Crawford can sleep a little easier tonight ... because the courts have granted them long-term restraining orders against an alleged stalker.

A judge signed off on their requests Friday ... ordering Daniel Lee Schoonover to stay at least 100 yards away from the stars, their homes, their workplaces and their vehicles.

Schoonover -- which the documents indicate did not appear at Friday's hearing -- was also ordered to relinquish a firearm he allegedly owns within 24 hours.

David Geffen and his estranged husband David Armstrong are one step closer to ending their crumbled marriage following a nasty divorce.

Documents submitted in court Friday and obtained by TMZ show both parties have agreed to legally end the marriage -- and have even entered into a written agreement regarding their property and partnership. Those details are under wraps, for now.

They also gave the court authority to decide any remaining matters they did not specifically agree on.

1:14 PM PT -- Rod Wave's attorneys Drew Findling, Marissa Goldberg and Zack Findling tell TMZ ... Rod was "was unjustly profiled and unlawfully arrested in Atlanta. The arresting officer belongs to the Atlanta Police Department’s controversial Crime Suppression Unit -- a group known for its aggressive tactics and emphasis on high arrest numbers rather than genuine public safety."

They add Wave was targeted because of the unit's "quota-driven approach" ... a practice they say completely undermines true justice as well as trust in the community. The lawyers say they looked forward to defending Rod and pointing out the "clear violations of [his] rights in court."

Rapper Rod Wave was arrested in Fulton County, Georgia Friday on weapon and drug charges.

TMZ has learned he was arrested by the Atlanta Police Department for possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of or attempt to commit certain felonies, reckless driving, possession of a Schedule V controlled substance and possession of Schedule II controlled substance.

He is still in custody as of Saturday morning, but won't be for long. Rod's attorney, Drew Findling, tells TMZ ... he already had his first appearance in court, where they agreed to an $8,000 bond.

David Geffen's estranged husband says the mogul's trying to cheap out on spousal support ... alleging David's only offering a fraction of what he spent in a month while they were married.

David Armstrong -- also known as Donovan Michaels -- filed documents Thursday in which he claims Geffen's trying to "aggressively limit" Armstrong's access to temporary and permanent spousal support.

Armstrong objects to Geffen's request that he only pay spousal support for a few more months. He points out David's worth a whole lot of dough -- $8.9 billion according to Forbes -- and Armstrong says he has firsthand knowledge that Geffen still works as a "venture capitalist, high-level investor, and power broker" despite Geffen's claims that he's now retired.

Blake Lively says she's lost a boatload of money as a result of Justin Baldoni's alleged smear campaign against her ... and now she's asking a judge to award her $161 million in damages!

According to new court docs, obtained by TMZ ... Blake's attorneys claim the actress lost a whopping $56.2 million in earnings -- past and future -- from her acting and producing gigs, as well as speaking engagements and endorsements.

The lawyers also claim Baldoni's reported mudslinging financially hurt Blake's haircare brand, Blake Brown, to the tune of $49 million ... along with her drink company, Betty Buzz/Betty Booze, which lost $22 million. They also say Blake took a $34 million hit to her reputation after she found 65 million negative impressions about her on social media.

The Justice Department's case against Sean Dunn turned out to be a tall order ... because a jury of his peers found Washington, D.C.'s so-called "Sandwich Guy" not guilty of misdemeanor assault on Thursday.

FYI ... Dunn was arrested in August after he chucked a sandwich at Customs and Border Patrol Agent Gregory Lairmore during a night out in Washington, D.C.'s U Street corridor.

He was charged with felony assault on law enforcement, and Dunn's actions went viral on social media. Much of D.C.'s population rallied around the former paralegal, who was fired following the incident, according to NBC News.

A federal grand jury rejected the felony charge, however, and Dunn later faced a single misdemeanor count of assault -- which he ended up beating.

Lairmore testified the sandwich "exploded" on him and covered him in mustard and onions ... but a photo showed the hoagie was still wrapped up and mostly intact when it hit the ground.

Lairmore reportedly received gag gifts from his fellow officers ... of a plush sandwich toy and a patch featuring a cartoon of Dunn launching his torpedo sub. Dunn's defense argued the gifts showed the incident was not an impactful event on him.

A nurse in Germany came up with a novel way to lighten his workload ... he reportedly murdered 10 of his patients.

The nurse, whose name was not released, was given a life sentence in prison Wednesday after he was convicted of murdering all 10 patients by lethal injection, and attempting to kill 27 more, according to CNN.

During the trial, prosecutors accused the nurse of trying to cut his evening workload by giving his mostly geriatric patients doses of painkillers and sedatives in a hospital near the German city of Aachen, CNN said.

"We are pleased with the Court’s ruling, which represents a complete victory for Ms. Kardashian and dismisses Mr. Cantu’s action in its entirety.  We appreciate the Court’s recognition that an honest mistake committed in the course of Ms. Kardashian’s exercise of free speech does not serve as the basis for meritless litigation."

Kim Kardashian is being dragged to court over a social media screw-up ... she's being sued by a guy she mistakenly identified as a death row inmate.

According to a new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Kim is being sued by Ivan Cantu ... a project manager from New York who Kim identified as a man awaiting the death penalty in a Texas prison cell.

Kim posted a photo of the wrong Ivan Cantu on her social media in February 2024 when she was trying to bring awareness to the case of an inmate by the same name ... and Ivan says the mix-up subjected him to public embarrassment, shame, hatred, ridicule, disgrace, contempt and aversion.

An Arizona man who pled guilty to the murder of his 2-year-old daughter died the night before he was set to turn himself in to authorities ahead of sentencing ... TMZ has learned.

Christopher Scholtes' November 4 death is being investigated as a suicide, the Maricopa County Medical Examiner in Phoenix confirms to TMZ.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... authorities are looking at carbon monoxide poisoning as a possible cause of death ... but the Maricopa County Medical Examiner will make the final determination. According to the Pima County Attorney's Office in Tucson, he died Tuesday night.

Scholtes left his toddler daughter, Parker, asleep in his car in July last year and went into his house in Marana, a suburb of Tucson. He reportedly played video games and watched porn inside, according to the Arizona Daily Star.
