Jeremy O. Harris From 'Emily in Paris' to ... Busted in Japan for Drugs

12/9 7:50 AM PT -- "Emily in Paris" star Jeremy O. Harris has been released from custody in Japan after being accused of smuggling the below drugs, TMZ can confirm.
Officials in Japan originally said charges were filed ... but a source close to the actor tells us he was freed without a single charge filed against him. We're also told he will be staying in Japan to work on an upcoming project.
We told you about his arrest last month -- officers found 780 milligrams of Ecstasy, also known as MDMA, in his carry-on tote bag when he was traveling to the southern Japanese island of Okinawa from Taiwan.
Jeremy O. Harris, a Tony-nominated playwright and actor, is reportedly in custody in Japan on suspicion of attempting to smuggle illegal drugs into the country ... because customs officials at an airport say they found Ecstasy in his carry-on.
Jeremy was stopped at Naha Airport on Okinawa island after flying in from Taiwan on November 16 ... and he's been detained ever since ... according to Japanese authorities.
Customs officials say officers found 780 milligrams of MDMA in Jeremy's carry-on tote bag ... and he was arrested on suspicion of violating Japan's Narcotics and Psychotropics Control Act.

"Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" star Erica Breaux found herself behind bars in Georgia after she was caught with drugs ... in a stolen car!
A rep for Brookhaven PD tells TMZ ... Breaux, also known as rapper Erica Banks, was a passenger in a vehicle that was pulled over Monday in Brookhaven, GA, after a police officer noticed a tinted tag covering the license plate. In Georgia, it's against the law to have material affixed to a license plate that covers any portion of it.
The officer also noticed the vehicle had dealer plates, which should only be driven by a dealer employee and registered for sale. What's more, the officer ran the plates and learned the vehicle was marked as stolen from Atlanta.

Tekashi 6ix9ine already knows what he'll be up to after he serves his 3-month prison sentence next year ... because a judge also ordered him to 12 months of supervised release with some pretty strict conditions.
According to court papers, obtained by TMZ, the rapper's supervised release will include a mental health treatment program focused on anger management and an outpatient drug treatment program.

Kuzeta-Cerimagic said Kohberger and his fellow inmates in the restrictive unit are shuffled around in shackles, making it harder for correction officers to move them about the prison for special Xmas activities.

The man known as the real-life "Mrs. Doubtfire" for allegedly collecting his mom's pension checks after she died is now being featured in surveillance video carrying out his alleged scam dressed as an elderly woman.
Check it out ... the 56-year-old dude -- decked out as a 70's matron with make-up on his face -- walks with a cane into a registry office in Italy to renew his mom's expired identity card so he can continue receiving pension checks. He's also seen on surveillance video strolling out of the building after allegedly perpetrating the fraud.
During the visit, a council employee quickly noticed the phony mom's neck looked like a tree trunk, and he had wrinkles all over his face, which appeared "unnatural," according to local media reports.

12:11 PM PT -- A rep for Charlie tells TMZ ... "Brooke has been in and out of rehab for the past 15 years, while Charlie has had 100% custody of the kids, which is why she is not entitled to any child support."
Charlie Sheen's ex-wife Brooke Mueller is banging down his door, ready to collect on the huge bill -- about $15 million -- she claims he owes her for unpaid child support.
Brooke informed an L.A. County judge she wants Charlie to cough up the money ASAP. In docs filed Thursday, and obtained by TMZ, she says the ex "Two and a Half Men" star owes her $8,967,600 in child support plus another $6,418,643 in accrued interest.
And, the kicker ... mama wants it paid in full in 30 days!
Brooke explains Charlie was ordered to pay her $55,000 per month in child support in April 2010, and there were no issues until July 2011 ... when he started sending either partial payments or failed to make any payments at all. So, she wants the court to make him pay what she's rightfully owed, plus $25,000 in attorney fees and costs.
