'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star Kathy Hilton said the house guest suing her over an alleged fall at her Bel Air mansion may have caused her own injuries ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Kathy denied the allegations in the lawsuit brought by a woman named Kimberly Heffington.

Kathy raised an affirmative defense in the docs, indicating that she may argue the injuries sustained by Kimberly were caused by her exposing herself to a “known danger.”

This video shows D4vd apologizing to friends about a horrible "smell" in his home, 2 months after he allegedly murdered and dismembered Celeste Rivas Hernandez in that same house.

In the clip, from a July 4, 2025 livestream, the singer is hanging out with his friends Neo and Sukana. At one point, D4vd interrupts them to apologize for the "way his bathroom smells" ... claiming it was because he had "s***" in it 2 hours earlier.

As we reported, D4vd is facing felony charges of first-degree murder, continuous sexual abuse of a minor and mutilation of human remains ... and prosecutors allege he kept Celeste's remains in his rental home for months before they were discovered in September in his Tesla.

Prosecutors say D4vd disposed of Celeste Rivas' personal items in a remote area of Santa Barbara County after he murdered her in his Hollywood Hills home ... her identification was found off a highway in the area described, and now we know how it was recovered.

Caltrans tells TMZ ... a maintenance worker performing traffic control on SR-154 east of Painted Cave Road on Jan. 7, 2026 looked down in the brush and discovered Celeste's passport card. That's about 100 miles northwest of the Hollywood Hills, in a wooded mountainous region.

We're told the Caltrans worker reported the finding to his supervisor, who contacted the California Highway Patrol.

Netflix reality star Louis Russell -- who is dating Huda Mustafa of "Love Island USA" -- has been in a court battle with his baby mama, Nicole Olivera ... who submitted alleged texts from Huda crashing out as evidence ... TMZ has learned.  

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Nicole showed the judge a ton of messages she claims Huda sent Louis ... showing Huda freaking out about her BF not answering. 

In one screenshot, Huda allegedly writes to her BF, "IM LOSING MY MIND. I CAN’T … LOUIS HOW CAN U DO THIS. HOWWW. U DONT POVE ME. YOU DONT LOVE ME. U WANT ME TO DIE. U WANTED THIS. I HOPE UR SORRY."
 

Kim Zolciak has temporarily lost primary custody of the kids she shares with Kroy Biermann ... the latest twist in their messy legal battle, TMZ has learned.

A judge just ruled on Kroy's emergency motion and gave him primary physical custody of the kids.  The 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' alum will have limited parenting time with their 4 minor children every other weekend.

Kim and Kroy will continue to share joint legal custody of the children, but Kroy has final decision-making authority regarding educational, non-emergency medical, and religious decisions.

An elderly driver in Georgia pulled a smug mug shot last week ... after allegedly hitting some cyclists with his SUV ... and part of the road-rage incident was caught on camera.

Jerry Wayne Ross literally smiled as he was booked by Cherokee County Sheriff's officials after his alleged bout of road rage banged up one biker in particular pretty badly.

According to FOX 5 Atlanta ... the 72-year-old Ross had been driving behind North Georgia Cycling Association riders on their group outing, allegedly honking and following them for 2 minutes -- before allegedly clipping a couple of them with his Honda Pilot.

Kylie Jenner is facing more legal problems ... she just got sued for failing to stop her hired help from harassing a second housekeeper on her payroll ... this, according to a new lawsuit.

Juana Delgado Soto filed the suit Wednesday in L.A. County Superior Court against the reality star with an eye-popping 20 causes of action ... including harassment, race discrimination, failure to pay wages, and failure to prevent or remedy harassment. It's the second time in a week Kylie has been sued by one of her housekeepers with similar allegations.

In the latest complaint, Soto claims she began working for the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star in May 2019, and she says she was not afforded appropriate meal or rest breaks.

Howard Stern is firing back at the ex-employee who claimed the shock jock created a hostile work environment.

On Wednesday, Stern filed to dismiss former assistant Leslie Kuhn's lawsuit, calling it a "shakedown" and "transparent sham" ... according to court docs obtained by multiple outlets.

In his motion, HS claims she's after a "hush-money payment," saying in the motion ... "The reason Kuhn filed this lawsuit was to pressure the Stern Parties into making an outlandish payment to make her go away."

The Barack Obama Foundation just got dragged to court by a former employee who claims she asked for mental health help ... but got shown the door instead.

According to a new federal lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, a woman named Tifphany McClinton says she worked as a curatorial assistant from mid-2023 until she was fired in December 2025 -- and alleges the nonprofit failed her at nearly every turn.

McClinton claims she suffers from anxiety, PTSD, depression and scoliosis -- conditions she says required accommodations like physical therapy during work hours and a modified schedule that allowed her to leave the office by 3 PM.

But instead of support, she says she got resistance ... and worse.

Chris Brown’s former housekeeper is fighting to show graphic injury photos in court, which she says show the aftermath of a dog mauling her at the singer’s home ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Maria Avila, who sued Chris over the 2020 incident, is opposing his effort to block her from introducing the images as evidence in their upcoming trial.

Maria argues the photos are clearly admissible to show the severity of her injuries, pain and suffering, and emotional distress from the ordeal. She said if she can’t show them, it would be hard to prove her damages.

Addison Rae’s dad, Monty Lopez, claimed his estranged wife, Kaitlyn Lopez, had a gun on her during their recent altercation that led to him being thrown behind bars ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Monty asked the court to grant him an order of protection against his wife, Kaitlyn Nicole Lopez.

In the filing, Monty alleged that Kaitlyn had physically attacked him multiple times during their relationship. As TMZ first reported, Monty and Kaitlyn wed in a Vegas ceremony in October 2025.

6:49 PM PT -- Lorna's lawyers tells TMZ ... “Lorna categorically denies the allegations. She never engaged in any inappropriate conduct with this individual of any kind and has never even been to the location where the alleged sexual assault supposedly took place."

A spokesperson for JPMorgan tells TMZ ... "Following our investigation, we don’t believe there’s any merit to these claims. While numerous employees cooperated with the investigation, the complainant refused to participate and has declined to provide facts that would be central to support his allegations."

A JPMorgan Chase senior VP says his female boss made his life a living hell, ordering him to have sex with her and threatening to destroy his career when he wouldn't ... this according to a new lawsuit.

The plaintiff -- identified only as John Doe -- filed the suit Monday against Lorna Hajdini, executive director of JPMorgan Chase's Leveraged Finance division. Daily Mail was the first to report on the case.

Doe claims Hajdini used her power to pressure him into having "non-consensual and humiliating sex acts" ... even though he says he's married and pled with her to stop.

He says Hajdini also confessed she repeatedly slipped him "roofies" -- the date rape drug -- while at one point forcing him to have sex as she scolded him and made him cry.

"Love Island" star Huda Mustafa’s boyfriend, Louis Russell, dropped his court battle with his ex-girlfriend, Nicole Olivera, after he accused her of interfering with his custody time ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, the “Too Hot to Handle” star informed the court on April 28 that he was no longer pursuing his case against Nicole, asking the clerk to dismiss the case without prejudice.

The move comes after Louis claimed Nicole “unreasonably” cut off his time with their son Luka. He said Nicole did this even after she promised not to have Huda around when he had the kid.

"General Hospital" star Kirsten Storms' claim that her phone was hacked is being investigated by police ... TMZ has learned.

A rep for the Franklin Police Department in Tennessee tells TMZ ... "I can confirm that there is an active investigation as it pertains to her case."

We're told the investigation involves Kirsten's claim that unknown third parties are spying on her devices.

6:47 PM PT -- Taylor’s attorney Eric M. Swinyard tells TMZ ... "Today’s hearing was a significant step forward as the Court entered protective orders requiring that Taylor’s ex-partner stays far away from her.

He continues ... "Taylor was incredibly candid with the Court that she is not perfect and owned her faults, which is in direct contrast to how the other party presented their argument, despite evidence and input from law enforcement that showed otherwise.

He concludes ... "Taylor feels solidarity with the many survivors who have endured similar hardships behind closed doors and shared only part of their stories, and she remains grateful for the outpouring of support she continues to receive. She looks forward to continuing to cooperate with the Court to make progress in the custody case."

Taylor Frankie Paul and Dakota Mortensen finally came face-to-face as they fight for custody over their 2-year-old son -- and it got messy as their legal teams went back and forth for nearly two hours.

The 'Secret Lives of Mormon Wives' star and her ex had each filed protective orders following domestic violence allegations from both sides ... and were in Utah court battling it out for full custody of their kid, Ever.

The judge ruled to extend both of those protective orders for three years, but ultimately, no custody decision was made by the court -- the two parties were told to continue to work toward mediation.

They will reconvene on June 1 and in the meantime, will receive a recommendation in writing from the judge on parent time.

Celeste Rivas' family's lawyer said her relatives are dealing with "indescribable pain" and have decided not to make any public statement, after learning of the horrific details surrounding her tragic death.

Patrick Steinfeld tells TMZ ... on Wednesday, he had to inform the Rivas family about the horrific allegations made against D4vd -- including that he allegedly "stood by while she bled out" and later used a chainsaw to cut off her limbs.

Steinfeld says speaking to the family about such macabre allegations is the hardest thing he's had to do in 37 years as a lawyer ... and it's affected the family so much that they've decided against their original idea of speaking publicly throughout the criminal process.
