"Goodfellas" may not have aged so well to some audiences ... receiving a trigger warning from the AMC over outdated stereotypes -- and, it's causing an online backlash.

Ken Lovett -- a former reporter for the New York Post -- shared a picture of a trigger warning he says played right before the flick on TV to X earlier this week ... warning audiences about potentially offensive content in the Martin Scorsese film.

The warning cites "language and/or offensive cultural stereotypes that are inconsistent with today's standards of inclusion."

Charlie Hunnam is reminiscing over his choice to step away from "50 Shades Of Grey" ... saying the decision to leave it behind also probably means he left a lot of cash on the table.

We caught up with the actor at LAX Friday, and when asked about any regrets over walking away from the coveted role of Christian Grey over scheduling conflicts -- something he famously did at the time -- CH actually humored us a bit with a telling response.

Check it out ... you can tell he gets asked about this all the time, but all these years later -- it sounds like he wishes he would've done it, 'cause it would've made for a real fat payday.

Dabney Coleman -- an absolute legend in Hollywood best known for his villainous turn in "9 to 5" -- has died ... TMZ has learned.

The actor's daughter, Quincy Coleman, tells TMZ ... "My Father, Dabney Wharton Coleman, took his last earthly breath peacefully and exquisitely in his home on Thursday May 16th, 2024 at 1:50 PM."

She adds, "My father crafted his time here on earth with a curious mind, a generous heart, and a soul on fire with passion, desire and humor that tickled the funny bone of humanity. As he lived, he moved through this final act of his life with elegance, excellence and mastery."

Faye Dunaway's owning up to her rep for being a bit of a handful ... but she says there was more to it than just her being difficult, 'cause she was actually dealing with bipolar disorder.

The "Bonnie and Clyde" legend dives deep into her diagnosis in a new Cannes Film Festival doc about her life called "Faye" which premiered Wed -- and she reveals a team of docs really dug into her behavior, hooked her up with some meds and it helped her a lot.

Faye says she finally understood the reason for the way she was ... adding, "It’s something you need to be aware of, you need to try to do the right thing to take care of it.”

Kevin Spacey's on the outs in Hollywood ... but, big stars want to bring him in from the cold -- 'cause Sharon Stone and Liam Neeson just shared their support publicly.

In a new article from The Telegraph -- Stone, Neeson and more stars say they want Spacey acting once again, calling him a generous and kind person who deserves to get back to work in mainstream movies and TV shows.

The embattled actor's back in the public discourse because of the documentary “Spacey Unmasked” -- now streaming on Max -- which details more allegations of sexual misconduct against the actor ... all of which he's denied.

3:07 PM PT -- Chris just addressed Tony's passing, writing ... "Devastated to hear about the loss of my friend and former stunt double Tony McFarr. We did several movies together. We golfed, drank whiskey, smoked cigars, and spent endless hours on set."

He adds, "He was always a gentleman and professional. He'll be missed. My prayers go out to his friends and family, especially his daughter."

Tony McFarr -- a stuntman who stepped in to double for some of Hollywood's biggest stars, including Chris Pratt -- has died ... TMZ has learned.

The daredevil performer's mother, Donna, tells us he passed away Monday at his home just outside Orlando -- and while we're told the family doesn't know the exact circumstances of his death just yet ... Donna does say his passing is unexpected and shocking.

She says Tony was active and healthy ... and we're told the medical examiner's office is running toxicology tests now. The Orange County Medical Examiner confirms to us they have the case ... and that an official cause is still pending.

Judi Dench is jumping into the trigger warning debate -- and TBH, her comments alone might just warrant a trigger warning in and of itself ... 'cause she's got a fiery take about it.

The actress says she didn't realize many productions now give viewers a heads-up about distressing material, telling the Radio Times, "My God, it must be a pretty long trigger warning before King Lear or Titus Andronicus! Crikey, is that really what happens now?"

After the news sank in, Judi's take basically amounted to crapping on the idea of protecting viewers, saying ... "If you're that sensitive, don't go to the theater, because you could be very shocked. Where is the surprise of seeing and understanding it in your own way?"
