Candace Owens claims Donald Trump personally intervened in her quest to expose France's First Lady Brigitte Macron as an alleged trans woman -- but CO says she never backed down to 47's demands.

Owens went on Tucker Carlson's podcast last week and told the former Fox News host Trump phoned her to tell her to knock off all the talk about French President Emmanuel Macron's wife being a trans woman. Candace claimed she received the Trump call after Macron flew to Washington, D.C. to request the 47th prez contact her over her viral series, 'Becoming Brigitte.'

Watch the clip ... it's super interesting seeing Candace and Tucker banter back and forth about the two world leaders over Brigitte's alleged secret she's been hiding all these years -- at least according to Candace.

Donald Trump is doubling down on his support for actress Sydney Sweeney amid her controversial American Eagle ad campaign ... taking time out of his busy sched to embrace the clothing brand while taking a dig at Jaguar and Taylor Swift for going "WOKE."

47 jumped on Truth Social this morning and trumpeted his views again on Sweeney, calling her American Eagle ad the "HOTTEST" right now and praising her for being a registered Republican.

Then Trump took aim at the car company, Jaguar, claiming they have gone "seriously WOKE" with their own recent ad campaign. The prez drew comparisons to Dylan Mulvaney's controversial Bud Light campaign years ago that resulted in a right-wing boycott of the brand.

Donald Trump is all in on Sydney Sweeney's controversial American Eagle ad campaign ... and it's all because of her voter registration.

The prez was taking questions from reporters Sunday evening -- when one brought up that Sweeney had been revealed as a registered Republican over the weekend.

Trump seemed surprised to learn the actress was part of his political party ... responding, "Now I love her ad."

President Donald Trump is lashing out at Charlamagne tha God after the radio host appeared on Lara Trump's show and suggested the Jeffrey Epstein scandal could weaken MAGA's grip on the GOP.

"The Breakfast Club" host joined Lara’s Fox News show Saturday, telling the president's daughter in law he believes traditional conservatives are poised to reclaim the Republican Party -- using the Epstein controversy as political leverage.

"There's a political coup going on right now in the Republican Party that people are not paying attention to," Charlamagne said. "I think this Epstein thing is going to be a way for traditional conservatives to take their party back."

Former Vice President Kamala Harris shared a shocking explanation as to why she doesn't plan on running for an elected position anytime soon ... revealing she believes U.S. democracy is a "broken system."

KH freely divulged her opinion on "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert" Thursday night, explaining ... "I always believed that as fragile as our democracy is, our systems would be strong enough to defend our most fundamental principles. Virginia Giuffre's family is calling into question whether President Donald Trump really didn't know anything about Jeffrey Epstein's crimes ... after his comment claiming Epstein "stole" Virginia from Mar-a-Lago.

Here's the deal ... Trump was speaking to reporters Tuesday when his relationship with Epstein came up again -- and, he talked about a falling out he said they had when Epstein kept poaching his employees.

When asked if Virginia was one of the Mar-a-Lago employees -- who was working at Trump's private club in Florida when she was 16 -- the prez replied, "I think she worked at the spa. I think so. I think that was one of the people. He stole her, and by the way, she had no complaints about us, as you know, none whatsoever."

A Virginia man has been arrested after he allegedly poured gasoline all over a local city councilman, chased him outside and set him on fire, according to police ... who say this appears to be some sort of personal vendetta.

Danville City Councilman Lee Vogler was allegedly attacked Wednesday at his day job as a sales director at Showcase Magazine.

Cops say the suspect, Shotsie Michael Buck Hayes, confronted Lee at his office and doused him with gasoline ... chasing him outside and setting him on fire.

Joe Rogan shocked much of his fanbase in July of 2025 when he encouraged James Talarico, a Democratic state representative from Texas, to run for president.

And it turns out, the rising politician's made quite the impression on state voters for his progressive views -- and for his liberal interpretation of biblical matters.

We're going to check out how the rising Democratic star is making waves within his home state ... and see what he's got planned for his future.

Talarico was born in Round Rock, Texas, and was educated in local schools before he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from the University of Texas at Austin.

The politician continued his studies at Harvard University, and he holds a Master of Education degree from the prestigious institution.

Talarico later began working as a middle school teacher in San Antonio before he moved back to Austin in order to pursue his political interests.

By the way, in addition to his career as a politician, he's pursuing his calling as a pastor, and he's currently enrolled at Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary, where he's studying for a Master of Divinity degree.

Talarico, who was first elected to the Texas House of Representatives in 2018 and has since repped both its 50th and 52nd districts, made waves across the nation when a video featuring him went viral in 2023.

In the clip, the politician argued against a bill that would have required the Ten Commandments to be posted in classrooms across the state, which he described as "not only unconstitutional and un-American, it's deeply un-Christian."

Talarico even quoted a Bible verse while arguing against the bill's passing, and the video of the exchange received more than a million likes on TikTok.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott ultimately signed Senate Bill 10, which requires public school classrooms to display the Ten Commandments, in May 2025.

One of the people who took notice of the video was Rogan, who invited Talarico to appear on his podcast ... although the politician later told Politico he thought the invitation was "a phishing scam" at first.

He described the podcast host's way of maintaining a conversation "very natural and fluid," and expressed he felt as if the show's popularity is largely due to Rogan's style of conversation.

Talarico claimed the show's host was "not loyal to either political party," and described him as "deeply skeptical of our political system" -- and he called Rogan, who described the politician as "someone who is actually a good person" on the episode, and his team "very genuine and very, very chill."

The state representative then described Rogan's willingness to speak with people from across the political spectrum as "refreshing" and floated the idea of bringing people with differing opinions together as "maybe how we can fix this democracy."

Although Talarico's focused on the politics of his home state at the moment, he could be heading to Washington, D.C. in the future, as he's floated the idea of a run for U.S. Senate.

The Texas state rep told Politico he hadn't made a solid decision regarding the run, although he described himself as "seriously considering" the possibility of continuing his political career at the national level in the future.

Talarico attributed much of his popularity with Texas Democrats to the fact that he's "very disconnected from Washington, D.C" and "not even up to date on the D.C. drama" within Democratic factions.

Saikat Chakrabarti is running to unseat Nancy Pelosi in San Francisco -- which may sound sacrilegious to Democrats -- but he says the old guard's time is up ... because Americans want drastic new ideas.

Saikat, a tech millionaire who was Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez's first chief of staff, joined us on "TMZ Live" Thursday and told us why he's challenging Pelosi for her seat in Congress.

The way Saikat sees it ... Nancy was the perfect politician for the days of old, when she gathered bipartisan support to pass legislation, but he says the landscape is drastically different and it's time to inject the Democratic Party with new ideas and new faces.
