Tiffany got candid in a heartfelt IG post Sunday, explaining how the joy of learning they were expecting baby no. 2 "quickly washed away in a wave of blood tests, ultrasounds and an ER visit, all confirming that it was an ectopic pregnancy that never had a chance of survival."

Tom Sandoval says he's blown away by his experiences with "Vanderpump Rules" ... after producers made it clear there's no place for him or any other OG castmate on the season 12 reboot.

Tom, who's been a fixture on the show for 11 years, shared a montage of photos and video clips from his time on the reality show on his Instagram Saturday.

In the caption, Tom reflected on his journey on the series in which he shared, "Where do I begin… I’m overwhelmed with so many emotions right now… The unbelievable series of events that brought this group together still blows my mind to this day."

Two "Modern Family" stars had Thanksgiving day emergencies, and in both cases one of their kids ended up in the ER.

Jesse Tyler Ferguson rushed one of his sons to a New York City hospital on Turkey Day. He posted a pic of him plopped down on a hospital bed with his son lying on his chest, with medical gadgets covering the area.

It's unclear which son had the emergency since you only see the back of his head. He has 2 sons -- 4-year-old Beckett and 2-year-old Sully. The good news, the kids are fine, according to Jesse.

We got Peter outside SUR restaurant in WeHo Friday night, and he addressed a story TMZ broke a few days back ... that there will be an entirely new cast for the next season. Peter seems to think there's an outlier -- or maybe more accurately an inlier -- someone who's gonna stick around, and he repeatedly insinuates it's him!

10:05 AM PT -- Authorities tell TMZ ... Gary Oliva is NOT actually missing. After we published our story earlier today, officials realized a clerical error had been made -- his current address had not been updated in the state's sex offender registry.

It's unclear when Oliva moved, but he's been checking in monthly ... most recently, on November 4. He is not out of compliance with parole conditions. He currently resides on the 1900 block of 29th Street in Denver, which authorities tell us is technically a "transient address."

Oliva had not been seen at his previous address for months ... 'cause he did not actually live there anymore ... and, again, did his due diligence with Denver authorities when he moved.

The convicted pedophile who claims he accidentally killed JonBenét Ramsey has gone "missing" ... TMZ has confirmed.

Things don't sound good for Wendy Williams ... her battle with dementia has left the former talk show host "permanently incapacitated" ... at least according to her guardian.

In a new legal filing, obtained by TMZ, Wendy's guardian claims she "has been afflicted by early-onset dementia and, as a result, has become cognitively impaired and permanently incapacitated."

As we reported ... Wendy was diagnosed with aphasia and dementia back in May 2023, about one year after she was placed under a legal guardianship overseeing her health and finances.

Famed Hells Angels biker Chuck Zito was arrested, fingerprinted and posed for a mug shot in NYC -- and it was all because his vehicle had an illegal license plate.

In an Instagram post Monday, Zito angrily wrote that he was pulled in his vintage 1968 Chevelle SS by NYPD patrol cars while traveling on a highway in The Bronx as he headed to a store on Long Island.

Zito says a female officer informed him his Florida license plate was illegal, but Chuck claims he showed her his car registration and insurance card, which matched up to the plate.

The event was held at Melba Wilson’s restaurant in Harlem with Alexis Major of GUMBO partnering with Melba’s restaurant and the organization “Gods Love We Deliver”... all passing out food in front of the eatery.
