Nick Cannon dropped by the TMZ office on Thursday to chop it up with Harvey and Charles for a few ... and left the office howling with a light roast of our fearless leader.

The actor and TV host popped in with comic Rip Micheals to mostly talk about "Wild 'N Out: On the Road" ... which he's doing in partnership with the Netflix is a Joke Fest ... but he also talked a little about his kids, specifically how hilarious it is when ex Mariah Carey crashes Moroccan's Twitch live stream.

But, as you can see in the "TMZ Live" clip ... the best moment was when Nick said he would consider hosting our super popular TMZ Celebrity Tour ... if Harvey would be a guest on 'Wild 'N Out.' And that's when he and Rip gave HL a taste of what to expect on the show ... roasting the boss' shoes -- hitting him with the classic "What are those?!" It was gold, Jerry.

"Menace II Society" actor Samuel Monroe Jr.'s failing health has taken another devastating downturn ... as he's already fighting for his life.

Shawna Stewart, Samuel's wife, tells TMZ ... Sam's kidneys are now failing ... and in addition to life support, he's been placed on dialysis. The family was given this prognosis just a day after the actor was also diagnosed with MRSA pneumonia -- a severe and fast-moving lung infection.

The actor has been hospitalized in L.A., on life support now for more than a week ... after he was initially admitted for meningitis, which the family says he had been fighting for more than a year -- after numerous misdiagnoses.

D4vd went on Amazon and purchased a couple chainsaws after he stabbed Celeste Rivas and stood by while she bled out ... this, according to prosecutors in the case.

According to new docs filed by prosecutors, investigators claim the singer stabbed Rivas to death at his Hollywood Hills home on April 23, 2025 after ordering an Uber to bring the 14-year-old all the way from her family's home in Lake Elsinore, CA.

Once she was there, prosecutors allege D4vd stabbed Celeste to death -- and, the next day, ordered a shovel from Home Depot, which was delivered to his home through Postmates.

An anti-human trafficking activist went looking for answers on Jeffrey Epstein's island … and ended up hogtied, duct-taped and slapped with a criminal charge.

Benjamin Owen -- founder of Memphis-based nonprofit We Fight Monsters -- was arrested for trespassing after authorities say he and a group made their way onto Little St. James in the U.S. Virgin Islands last Saturday. But the arrest is only half the story … because what cops say they found is raising serious eyebrows.

Officers were called to the island for a reported kidnapping and assault. When they arrived, they say they found Owen restrained with duct tape across his body and face … rocking pants labeled with his organization’s name -- not exactly your typical trespassing bust!

D4vd described alleged trips he took to London and Houston during an interview published days after prosecutors claim he murdered Celeste Rivas Hernandez.

In a recorded interview published by Songwriter Universe on April 25, 2025 -- 2 days after he stabbed Celeste, according to prosecutors -- David Burke, known as D4vd, is heard describing his songwriting process and mentions trips he took to London and Houston ... both places prosecutors claim David traveled to with Celeste.

D4vd says ... "I went to London ... with three of my friends, and we just made a song every day for two weeks in London. I love London because of the gloomy aesthetic and the gloomy ... just, like, vibe and environment that London has."

D4vd Inside Garage Tied to Celeste Rivas' Murder

We're getting a look inside the Hollywood Hills rental house at the center of the case against D4vd ... including the garage prosecutors allege was used to store 14-year-old Celeste Rivas' body after her murder in April 2025.

Photos show the garage area authorities say became a key part of their investigation, with prosecutors claiming the space was used in the aftermath of Rivas' death.

According to court docs, prosecutors allege Rivas was stabbed inside the home off the famed Sunset Strip after being brought there in an Uber from her family's house in Lake Elsinore, CA. They claim evidence recovered from the garage is consistent with an attempt to dismember her body, including biological samples that tested positive for blood.

Matthew Perry's Death Ketamine Dealer Begs Judge for Leniency ... 'I Knew It Was Wrong'

Erik Fleming is asking a judge for mercy -- admitting he helped supply ketamine in the lead-up to Matthew Perry's death … and saying he'll spend the rest of his life trying to make up for it.

In new court documents, obtained by TMZ, Fleming is requesting just 3 months in prison, a 9-month residential drug treatment program, and 3 years of supervised release.

In a letter to the judge, he doesn't sugarcoat his role, writing … "I knew it was illegal and wrong ... I should never have agreed to acquire ketamine for Matt."
