Octomom is finally in the market for a new house and among her list of criteria ... enough room to fit her 14 children. Size really does matter sometimes. 

As TMZ first reported, Octo put her La Habra home on the market back in September. So far she's received a few offers ... but none good enough to accept.

According to our sources, Octo has three main criteria for her new pad. First, she wants to find a place in a gated community to cut down on all the unwanted attention she gets.

Secondly, we're told Octo would like to find a place she can really afford (novel concept) since her last pad went into foreclosure.

And lastly, of course ... a place big enough for her brood. 

Perhaps a shoe would do the trick?

As if stalkers and court drama wasn't enough, Halle Berry is also having some serious problems with her home in the Hollywood Hills ... and now she's on the hunt for a new place to live ... temporarily.

Halle was spotted checking out some swanky beach pads in Malibu today ... and sources connected to the actress tell us she's looking for a short term rental while her Hollywood home is under repair.

We're told Halle wants to be in a safe and secure area ... especially with TWO dangerous fans on the loose.

As we previously reported, Halle ultimately wants to move to France to be with her fiance Olivier Martinez ... and she wants to bring her daughter with her ... but she needs a judge to sign off, first.

Until she sorts that situation, guess the beach will have to do.

Snooki and Jwoww haven't lost faith in the Garden State just because Hoboken rejected them -- we're told they're still determined to find a New Jersey location for their new spin-off show ... no matter what.

Sources tell TMZ, producers behind Snooki's untitled spin-off with Jwoww are currently working round the clock to find a suitable Jersey replacement for Hoboken -- after the mayor denied their filming permit, citing a laundry list of obvious reasons.

No word yet on an alternative -- but we're told producers are currently eyeing a number of possible locations in South Jersey.

Kim Kardashian was so freaked after a strange man rang the doorbell at her Beverly Hills home last weekend -- she has decided to dump the property entirely ... and find a new house ... in a gated community.

Sources tell TMZ, Kim's currently house shopping in several exclusive gated communities in the L.A. area -- including Bel Air ... and Mulholland Estates, where both Charlie Sheen and Paris Hilton own houses.

She hasn't made up her mind yet -- but we're told Kim now refuses to live in any house that doesn't have round-the-clock gated security.

TMZ broke the story -- cops were called to Kim's home late Saturday night, when a man showed up on her property with a bunch of luggage and rang the doorbell ... insisting Kim invited him to stay with her.

Charlie Sheen's real estate agent is being sued by Brooke Mueller's mom, who claims the realtor screwed her out of a commission for a mega-mansion Charlie purchased last year.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Moira Fiore claims she was tapped to help Charlie find a new house, but there was a big problem -- she's only licensed to sell real estate in Florida and Charlie wanted a new crib in L.A.

So Moira says she engaged the services of uber-realtor Marty Trugman, who has repped a slew of celebs in Hollywood.

Moira says Marty promised to give her 25% of his commission as a referral fee.  Charlie used Marty and bought a $6,999,999 house, but Marty never paid her a cent.

We spoke with Marty, who laughed and said, "I never promised her a referral fee.  She didn't introduce me to Charlie. Brooke did."

Sources close to Charlie tell us he's pissed that -- unbeknownst to him -- Moira was "skimming the deal." Charlie is saying if Moira gets any money from Marty, it should go to him or his kids.

Lindsay Lohan has so much junk in her Venice Beach house ... she had to call a SECOND giant moving truck today to help her pack up.

TMZ broke the story ... Lindsay's moving out of her Venice pad because she no longer feels safe living there -- after a strange man knocked on her front door New Year's Day, demanding to speak to her.

Lindsay's been living out of the legendary Chateau Marmont hotel in Hollywood ever since the trespassing incident -- and is currently moving her stuff into storage until she decides where to make her next move.

And we're told ... that move could be to New York City.

Lindsay Lohan was so spooked by her recent run-in with a trespasser at her home ... she has decided to move out of her Venice Beach pad for good, TMZ has learned.

A moving van showed up at Lindsay's house today -- and we're told all her stuff is being taken to a storage facility, until she figures out her next move.

And get this ... we're told by sources directly connected with LiLo ... the move could be cross-country -- she's seriously thinking of living in New York City when her probation is terminated at the end of March.

In the meantime, Lindsay is living at the swanky Chateau Marmont -- made famous by John Belushi who OD'd there in 1982.

It's pretty pricey ... but Lindsay's got Playboy money.

There's a reason L.A. Clippers star Chris Paul got a sick deal on his giant Bel Air mansion -- according to Avril Lavigne's ex-husband Deryck Whibley ... the place has a bad ghost problem.

TMZ broke the story ... Avril sold Chris the 8-bedroom palace for $8.5 million -- one million less than her original listing price.

But according to Whibley -- who used to live in the house with Avril -- the discount was no coincidence ... telling us, the mansion is "haunted."

Color us skeptical -- but the Clippers did lose to the Lakers last night ... coincidence?

Jennifer Aniston is about to become the proud owner of an estate you will never be able to afford ... TMZ has learned.

Sources tells us ... Jennifer has purchased an 8,500 square foot mansion in Bel Air. The asking price was $24 million, but we're told Jennifer got it for a bargain -- only $21 mil.

The Mid Century house has 4 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and unobstructed city and ocean views. The estate is just shy of 2 acres ... and in Bel Air, that's HUGE. And get this ... it even has a vineyard!

Jennifer's realtor is Jade Mills from Coldwell Banker in Bev Hills. Mills is having a good month. She repped Avril Lavigne, who sold her $8.5 million mansion to L.A. Clippers star Chris Paul last week.

We're told Jennifer will officially get the title to her new pad tomorrow.

Sean Kingston was so traumatized by his horrific jet ski accident in Miami last year ... he couldn't sleep in the city without having nightmares -- so he moved his ass across the coast ... into a MASSIVE Hollywood Hills mansion.

Multiple sources close to Kingston tell TMZ, the singer couldn't handle living so close to the water in his Star Island mansion ... and just hearing waves brought back terrible memories of the accident that nearly killed him.

Kingston abandoned ship -- bailing on the Miami rental home and leasing out a giant swag pad in the Hollywood Hills, which he moved into last month ... far away from any ocean sounds.

And it gets better -- we're told Kingston's new crib is a palace ... that includes a 25-seat movie theater, a pool, and its own gym.

Kobe Bryant's wife Vanessa is the big winner in their divorce property settlement ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected to the couple and with direct knowledge of the situation tell TMZ ... the property settlement agreement is signed, sealed and delivered -- a done deal.

Vanessa is walking away with $75 million, which we're told represents close to half of their total assets, estimated at around $150 million.

TMZ previously reported several transfers of property earlier this year between Kobe and Vanessa.  It turns out, based on the property settlement, Vanessa scored a clean sweep, snagging ALL THREE of the former couple's mansions in the Newport Beach area.

Vanessa gets the estate the couple was living in, the estate her mom is living in, and she gets the new estate that had been under construction for 2 years and was just completed.  We were told Kobe was moving into the new estate, but that's not true.  It's Vanessa's crib, lock stock and barrel.

Vanessa just scored 3 ... where it counts.
