Drake had another security scare at his Toronto home -- only this one was stopped dead in its tracks before things could get ugly ... and now, a man is in police custody.

Sources with direct knowledge confirmed to TMZ ... cops were called to Drake's mansion Wednesday in the Bridle Path neighborhood -- where his home was subjected to a drive-by shooting just yesterday. Now, we're told they arrived to deal with a would-be intruder.

Our sources tell us a man attempted to gain access to Drake's crib, but we're told he was immediately intercepted at the front gate by security and didn't get onto the actual grounds.

Steve-O is leaving Los Angeles -- no less than a week after announcing he was hightailing it out of town ... the guy's put his abode on the market, and it's actually a damn good deal.

Real estate sources tell TMZ ... the 'Jackass' star recently listed his Hollywood Hills home, this as he gets ready to completely shift his life over to Tennessee to reap the tax benefits and adjust to a new way of life -- including owning a new ranch he showed off.

Of course, with the purchase of one property ... he's looking to unload his crib in L.A., and he's listing it for a cool $1.799 mil.

The cops were asked about the Kendrick Lamar beef, but they wouldn't speak on it either way. The police say their incident was caught on video -- and they're canvassing for more now.

Long story short ... Yu alleges Chris has planted at least a dozen ficus trees at the border of his own home, but because these pesky plants have out-of-control roots ... she claims they've started to spread and encroach on her own parcel, and it's ruining her yard.
