A spokesperson for Larry Flynt's Hustler Club in Las Vegas tells TMZ ... the 'Real Housewives of Salt Lake City' star has been offered $40K for a 10-minute topless burlesque show.

We are told the club initially approached Whitney's team about a hosting appearance, and after some back and forth, made the offer for her to take the stage and perform instead.

Whitney would be collaborating with Hustler's Electric Fantasy team for the performance to make those 10 minutes memorable.

Louis Russell is clearing the air about speculation that his relationship with Huda Mustafa was just a stunt ... saying he wishes that were the case.

Kash's mom, Cynthia, tells TMZ ... her daughter had been receiving death threats before her October 11 death in Oakland, California, and she believes people resented Kash because of how pretty she was and the attention she received in the public eye.

Cynthia believes that jealousy ultimately led to Kash being confronted and jumped by another woman on the night she was killed ... although she is not directly linking the earlier alleged threats to the tragic incident.

Kristin Cavallari apparently had a need for speed when she was pulled over by a cop for allegedly speeding in Tennessee ... TMZ has learned.

According to the citation, obtained by TMZ, the "Laguna Beach" alum was stopped by the cop on October 14 while driving around in a black Porsche 911.

The reality star was cited for speeding … allegedly going 88 mph in a 70 mph zone.

Kash’s mom, Cynthia, tells TMZ ... she’s spoken with and visited her daughter, Vernika Dunbar, in jail since the shooting, and says Vernika has been crying and struggling to believe what happened.

Cynthia says Vernika repeatedly expresses how much she loves Kash and wishes she could switch places with her. Their mom says she’s reminded Vernika she still has children who need her and an entire family that loves her.

"The Challenge" star CT Tamburello settled his divorce with his ex-wife and OnlyFans star Catalina White ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ has obtained the settlement signed by CT and Catalina on October 13 ... and the deal says both parties agreed to waive the right to collect spousal support.
