Brooke Nevils, the woman accusing Matt Lauer of anally raping her, is now blasting him for "bullying" her with his open letter -- but pics of her in NYC show she's also moved on to a new relationship.

Brooke and her BF, President of a political strategy company, shared a kiss Wednesday as they parted ways in NYC. Brooke hopped in a town car afterward and headed for dinner at Nobu. She only responded with a "no comment" when reporters and photogs asked her about the Lauer allegations.

It was a big day for Brooke because Ronan Farrow's book was released. In "Catch and Kill," she goes public with her claim Lauer anally raped her during a 2014 encounter in his hotel room while they were covering the Sochi Olympics for NBC.

Cuba Gooding Jr. has just been charged with another crime, although the Manhattan D.A. is being super secretive over the exact nature of the charge and the alleged victim.

Cuba showed up in court Thursday -- everyone thought it was for his sexual assault case -- but apparently that was not the case. The D.A. told the judge there was an additional incident that is the basis of the new charge.

It's unclear if the alleged victim is the same woman who made the initial allegation against the actor. When Cuba was arrested, the D.A. revealed there was an additional incident the NYPD was investigating, but it's unclear if this is the basis for the new allegation.

Cuba will be arraigned on the new charge next week.

Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and Jen Harley have had enough after their latest blowout -- we're being told they're finally calling it quits once and for all.

Sources close to the volatile couple tell TMZ ... both Ronnie and Jen feel like the domestic incident from last week was the straw that broke the camel's back -- albeit for different reasons. Still, we're told they realize they can't continue on in a relationship.

It sounds like they've both reached this conclusion separately, as our sources tell us, each person has been telling their own group of friends the same thing in terms of breaking up.

While there may be disagreement on who's ultimately at fault, it sounds like Ronnie and Jen are on the same page as to why they gotta end things ... their daughter's safety is jeopardized when they're together, and they can't risk that anymore.

Move over, Trey Songz ... there's a new Mr. Steal Your Girl in town -- Philadelphia Flyers' mascot, Gritty ... who just pulled up from half-court to shoot his shot at Lindsey Vonn!!

The equally lovable/scary orange thing(?!?!) went after New Jersey Devils star P.K. Subban during pregame warm-ups Wednesday night ... crashing the boards with a hilarious sign that read "Lindsey could do better" ... and a bunch of arrows pointing up to that unforgettable Gritty grin.

Of course, P.K. and the Olympic skier have been dating for a while now ... and the defenseman popped the question back in August.

The couple *was* planning to tie the knot ... but who knows if that's still the case now that Gritty's jumped into the picture.

Miley Cyrus showed everyone she can be a hanger-on -- and it doesn't hurt when the pillar is a chiseled dude like Cody Simpson.

Miley wanted to show her nearly 100 million followers the goods, and gotta say -- impressive. Cody and his pecs apparently were just what the doctor ordered, because she seems to be recovering nicely from a bad case of tonsillitis.

Spoiler alert ... Luke Perry's character just got a touching sendoff on the new season of "Riverdale" ... with the TV show bidding farewell following the actor's death.

The hit CW series said goodbye to Luke's character, Fred Andrews, during Wednesday's season premiere ... killing off Fred 5 minutes into the new season, and then giving him an emotional funeral.

KJ Apa's character, Archie, is sitting in Pop's having breakfast when he gets a phone call before dropping his phone and falling to his knees. In the next scene, Archie is at home when a cop tells him Fred was driving home to Riverdale when he died in a hit and run.

A huge stash of Tom Petty treasure -- including his unreleased music -- is back with his family ... because cops didn't let the alleged burglar do him like that.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... a man broke into Petty's San Fernando Valley storage unit last month and swiped at least $100k worth of valuables. Among the jacked items were guitars and other instruments and some guns. Perhaps most significantly, some precious hard drives loaded with Tom's music -- including unreleased tracks -- were stolen.

The good news -- we're told police caught a suspect who confessed to the crime. He's been arrested for burglary.

Francia and Maddy say they were finishing up a skit outside the Miami Beach Police Headquarters when the officer who appears in the video, William Beeker, just happened to walk out of the building. The models say they asked him to take part in their skit, and he obliged.

Tyron Woodley says his true love is boxing, and his dream match-up is Canelo Alvarez. Oh, and T-Wood says if he landed a power shot, it'd be lights out for the Mexican star.

The UFC superstar joined Babcock on the "TMZ Sports" TV show (airs weeknights on FS1) ... when Tyron revealed that boxing -- and not mixed martial arts -- was his first love.

Larry King's divorce to his 7th wife is kicking into high gear ... we've learned their house is now up for sale.

Larry and Shawn Southwick have listed their massive Beverly Hills pad for $16.995 million, and we're told it's a big step in reaching a divorce settlement as quickly and smoothly as possible.

The now-estranged couple bought the 5-bed, Tuscan-style house in 2007 for just under $12 mil, so if all goes well ... they'll make a nice profit.

The property is 11,000 square feet and features a skylit foyer and a master suite with twin bathrooms. It also comes with a 2-bedroom guest house, a pool, and ... a big ol' trophy room. It's listed by mega-realtor Kurt Rappaport.

Evelyn Lozada has beelined it to court asking for a restraining order against "Basketball Wives" costar OG Chijindu.

Evelyn's filed legal docs asking for a temporary restraining order against OG in light of all their beef over the last few months. A judge has yet to rule on Evelyn's request for a restraining order. Evelyn's been down this road before back in September ... following a meltdown on the show's reunion.

As we first reported ... Evelyn sued OG claiming she's called her a racist bigot on social media ever since Evelyn posted a cryptic message back in September.

Kevin Hart is getting back to his famous "Hustle Hart" mode after his horrific car accident -- but he's not rushing into anything intense -- like full action scenes -- just yet.

Sources connected to Kevin tell TMZ ... he's reported to work this week to promote the upcoming 'Jumanji' sequel in a new marketing campaign, which clearly required his presence, because he's nowhere near 100 percent yet.

Ever the trooper though, we're told Kevin is committed to fulfilling his commitments as best as he can. For example, our sources say Kevin did 2 hours of shoots on set Monday, another 2 hours Tuesday, and will be back for another couple on Thursday.

We're told Kevin has not been in full costume for these shoots and he's not walking much for them either -- sitting through most of the day -- even though he can walk on his own these days.

Everyone else on set -- including The Rock, Jack Black, Nick Jonas and others -- have been doing full days themselves. Of course, they're not recovering from a near-fatal wreck.

The Atlanta Braves did NOT pass out their traditional foam tomahawks prior to Game 5 of the NLDS on Wednesday ... after St. Louis Cardinals pitcher Ryan Helsley -- a member of the Cherokee tribe -- spoke out against the promotion.

FYI -- the Braves have passed out the foam tomahawks on each seat in the stadium for postseason games in the past ... and adopted the accompanying chant from Florida State when Deion Sanders played for Atlanta in the 1990s.

Helsley made it clear he wasn't a fan of the props -- or the "Tomahawk Chop" chant that comes with it -- earlier in the Cards' series with ATL ... saying it misrepresents Native Americans.

"[It] just depicts them in this kind of caveman-type people way who aren't intellectual," Helsley told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
