Joe Exotic is trying to save some tiger bloodlines from behind bars ... 'cause he's suing to keep an animal sanctuary away from the tigers' reproductive organs!

The "Tiger King" star -- who is still locked up in a federal prison in Texas -- has filed a lawsuit against Black Pine Animal Sanctuary in Indiana ... claiming the sanctuary spayed and neutered the animals in unnecessary procedures which "prevent them from their natural ability and behavior, namely reproduction, thereby wounding, harming, and harassing them."

Exotic says the sanctuary is not complying with federal laws and regulations with respect to caring for and exhibiting these endangered species of tigers.

Robin Westman -- the shooter who killed two children at the Annunciation Catholic School in Minneapolis this week -- went through a breakup shortly before going on the rampage ... according to new documents.

The Minneapolis Police Department released a report Friday about a conversation officers had with James Westman -- Robin's father. They say James told them Robin recently broke up with a significant other and had been staying with a friend after the split.

We spoke to a neighbor who said they've known the Westmans for years ... and, the neighbor tells us this relationship was tumultuous at times -- adding that Robin's parents begged Robin to end it.

Pamela Anderson and Liam Neeson had fans eating up their flirty press tour, but behind the scenes, it was all a PR "bake-off" ... TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the whole "Pam + Liam" love fest was cooked up by their PR teams and Paramount -- while "The Naked Gun" was still filming in Spring 2024.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... 'SNL' is looking at Kam as a possible new cast member -- though he hasn't been sent an official offer yet.
