Brad Pitt has officially offloaded one property from his portfolio ... the actor just closed the deal on his Los Angeles-area home, with Austin Butler taking over the deed to the estate.

Real estate sources tell TMZ ... Butler scooped up Pitt's former 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Los Feliz property ... and closed the sale last Friday after going into escrow in an off-market deal last month.

We're told the "Elvis" star nabbed the house for a whopping $5.2 million ... which is certainly a deal given what Pitt paid for the historic house.

It's the summer Jenny Han duped fans into thinking they knew how the finale ended ... and she's pretty tickled by her fake-out.

"The Summer I Turned Pretty" creator confirmed she and the cast DID film fake scenes while in production in Paris for the third and final season ... admitting it was a way to protect the story from being spoiled.

The fact LAPD used luminol is significant ... it's a chemical used by forensic investigators to detect blood at crime scenes. Luminol reacts with the iron in hemoglobin, glowing blue when it comes into contact with blood in dark rooms. Think of it like a black light for finding blood.

You hear Celeste telling D4vd to respond to a comment. The video was shot in January, 2024.

Singer D4vd appears to be in the crosshairs of the LAPD in connection with the apparent murder of 15-year-old Celeste Rivas, because we've learned he seemed to be living in the house homicide detectives searched late Wednesday.

We have just confirmed ... the house is being rented by Josh Marshall, D4vd's manager.

It's the final chapter in Dodgers pitcher Clayton Kershaw's legendary career -- the team just announced the 11-time All-Star will retire at the end of the 2025 season.

The defending World Series champions shared the news with the baseball world Thursday afternoon ... saying the three-time Cy Young winner will make the announcement official later in the day, and his final regular-season start at Dodger Stadium will take place on Friday.

James Woods has little sympathy for Jimmy Kimmel in the wake of his indefinite suspension from late-night TV ... sending the comedian an expletive-topped message amid the news.

A model has alleged in court documents, obtained by TMZ Sports, that Stefon Diggs is the father of her months-old baby ... but the NFL star says he's "not certain" the child is his.

Aileen Lopera -- an influencer who goes by Lord Gisselle on her social media pages -- claimed in a petition to determine parental relationship in Los Angeles County back in December 2024 that Diggs was the father of her then-unborn child.

In Diggs' response, which he filed in mid-July, he stated he wasn't sure if he was the parent of the little girl -- who was ultimately born in April. Diggs requested genetic testing to officially make the determination.
