Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott are officially history ... 'cause their divorce has been finalized!

Their marriage was formally put to rest in court Thursday ... and according to legal docs obtained by TMZ, Tori is walking away with full interest in many of her TV shows and non-scripted projects, including but not limited to "BH90210" and her "MisSPELLING" podcast. There's a reference to "Beverly Hills" as well -- as you know, the teen drama "Beverly Hills, 90210" brought her to the mainstream in the 1990s.

Understandably, she and Dean share interest in their joint projects such as "Tori & Dean in Love," "sTORIbook Weddings" and their Cooking Channel Specials, to name a few.

It's finally that time of the year again, folks ... BravoCon's going down this weekend, and we're just as excited as you are!

English actor Rupert Everett was 37 years old when he iconically played George -- opposite Julia Roberts as her gay bestie -- in the '97 rom-com film "My Best Friend's Wedding."

Rupert hit the big screen with a star-studded cast, including Cameron Diaz and Dermot Mulroney.

"The moment I wake up, before I put on my makeup ... I say a little prayer for you!"

Cardi B's wasting no time getting ready for her upcoming tour ... just days after having her fourth child, TMZ's exclusive video shows she's already back working on her fitness!

We got the clip of her Thursday morning in a New Jersey gym, rocking just a sports bra and leggings as she went through a workout sesh ... you can see she wasn't shy about showing her midsection. The whole scene made us think Cardi might have had the baby, and now that she's confirmed the birth, it all makes sense.

Eyewitnesses tell us she hit the gym with a couple trainers, and -- other than taking short breaks -- she was intensely focused on exercising.

Dave Burgess, the leader of the band behind the hit song "Tequila," is dead.

A musician, songwriter and producer, Dave was the band leader for The Champs ... and the group wrote the song "Tequila," which topped the charts in March 1958 and is still well-known to this day.

Dave died October 19 in Tennessee ... according to his obituary. The cause of death is unclear.

Cardi B is out and about, and her trip to a New Jersey gym has us wondering ... is there a new baby boy in her life?

In the short video -- shot Thursday in Tenafly, NJ -- Cardi's engrossed on her phone while sitting on a bench. Eyewitnesses tell us she was taking a break from her workout.

Interestingly .... she was wearing a sports bra and leggings ... not hiding her midsection.

We're told she hit the gym with two trainers -- one lady and one dude -- and she was in grind mode.

Stefon Diggs had his eyes on a cheerleader minutes after Cardi B announced the birth of their son ... because he tossed her a football during his NFL game.

Cardi took to social media Thursday to announce she had given birth to Stefon's boy ... shortly before Stefon's New England Patriots kicked off their Thursday Night Football matchup with the New York Jets.

Stefon caught a pass from quarterback Drake Maye in the first quarter and his route took him out of bounds ... and when he was on the sidelines he tossed the football to a Patriots cheerleader.

Pilot and reality TV star Pete Cappio is still encouraging folks to become air line pilots and air-traffic controllers ... he says the recent government shutdown presented challenges, but it shouldn't be a deal breaker.

Peter, who was on Charity Lawson's season of ABC's "The Bachelorette," tells TMZ ... it won't be the last government shutdown, and folks shouldn't be scared to work in the airline industry.

There's a shortage of air-traffic controllers nationwide ... and they worked without paychecks during the shutdown, but are owed back pay.

Can you guess which lovely lady is melting hearts with her mocha-toned lingerie?! It's Thirsty Thursday, y'all ... can you sip up the unknown celeb?!

She's a model who's known for her "realistic clothing hauls" on social media -- she's scored plenty of cool collaborations, most notably her collection with Revolve.

Justin Baldoni says Blake Lively improvised kissing him in a scene that was eventually deleted from the final cut of their film, "It Ends With Us," and that's one of the reasons he wants her lawsuit against him dismissed before the trial begins.

Part of Lively's lawsuit accuses Baldoni of kissing her during scenes where the script did not call for it ... but in new docs, he fires back that Blake herself did that to him during a hospital scene.

Justin actually included the scene in an exhibit attached to the suit ... and he claims the video proves she improvised the brief kiss. According to the docs, Justin says what's most appalling is, although he was directing, he claims Blake had rewritten this part of the script, and it didn't include any lip lock.

Aaron Michael, who finished 6th overall in "Project Runway" Season 19, is in police custody ... because he just got busted in West Virginia.

The designer was arrested Thursday on an out-of-state warrant ... according to court documents obtained by TMZ.

Aaron is being held without bond at the North Central Regional Jail in Greenwood, where he posed for a mug shot in an orange jail jumpsuit.

Britton Shackelford -- a professional fisherman who has appeared on a spin-off of the hit show "Wicked Tuna" -- has been arrested for animal cruelty ... according to authorities in North Carolina.

The boat captain was arrested last week after the Dare County Sheriff's Office said they got a call about a missing animal.

After investigating, authorities determined Shackelford was "involved in the incident and discharged a firearm, resulting in the death of the animal." Sheriff's deputies arrested the 57-year-old for felony cruelty to animals and an additional misdemeanor charge.

DJ Khaled has released several reggae/dancehall bangers and hates to see Jamaica in ruins following Hurricane Melissa -- now he's springing his We The Best Foundation into action!!!

TMZ Hip Hop caught up with Khaled outside Chelsea Television Studios on Thursday and he had nothing but positive affirmations for the Jamaican survivors and first responders.

Khaled tells us he's working closely with the foundations of fellow collaborators and superstars Vybz Kartel and Bounty Killer to deliver aid to local citizens.

Stephen Curry is leaving his longtime team -- not the Golden State Warriors ... the NBA superstar is parting ways with Under Armour after more than a decade together.

The news came minutes ago ... with the apparel and shoe company confirming the Curry Brand will go independent after the Curry 13 release next year.

UA founder Kevin Plank addressed the split in a press release ... saying, "It's been an incredible privilege to work with Stephen, who as President of Curry Brand has been much more than an ambassador – he's become a thoughtful and strategic business leader."

One trail runner just wrapped the wildest marathon of his life ... and the finish line came courtesy of Donald Trump, who swooped in with a surprise presidential pardon after a record Grand Teton trail run somehow morphed into a federal fiasco.

Michelino Sunseri hopped on TMZ Live Thursday and reflected on the saga ... telling us how he was taking on a Grand Teton trail in Wyoming last year -- a historic path that’s been around since the '30s, leading to the 13,775-foot-high peak -- in an attempt to break the speed record ... when one switchback somehow turned him into Public Enemy No. 1, with record-keepers tattling to the feds.

Catch the clip, ’cause Michelino lays out the absurdity ... describing how there were more than 20 feds, some decked out in body armor with assault rifles, during his 2-day trial. An attorney visiting in support of his team -- a prosecutor who’s spent years going after actual murderers and rapists -- told him he’d never seen a circus like this!
