Tyler Perry is being sued by an actor who appeared in "Boo! A Madea Halloween" ... with the actor accusing Perry of making unwanted advances and groping him without consent.

Mario Rodriguez -- a model and actor -- filed the lawsuit against Perry and Lionsgate Films Thursday in California ... claiming he first connected with Perry in 2015 after a gym trainer approached him and told him Perry wanted to meet him.

Rodriguez claims Perry called him later the same day, and that Perry told him he was writing a new movie which might contain a part for him. Rodriguez says he told Perry he didn't have any acting experience, to which he allegedly replied ... "You know, Mario, I'm not a bad person to know and have in your corner."

Todd Nepola's no longer interested in suing Bravo and NBC for defamation ... dismissing his lawsuit earlier this week.

The "Real Housewives of Miami" star filed a short document with the court voluntarily dismissing his action against the major corporations ... dismissing the lawsuit with prejudice, so he can't bring it again.

The document does not provide a reason for the dismissal.

Chevy Chase was put into a coma by doctors for more than a week after his heart failed in 2021, friends and family of the star revealed in a new documentary.

The actor and his loved ones gave extensive interviews for CNN's new documentary, "I’m Chevy Chase and You’re Not" according to Variety.

Chevy's wife, Jayni Chase, says in the new doc that she took her husband to the emergency room because they didn't know what was wrong with him ... which was when his heart just stopped.

Ashlee Buzzard -- accused of killing her 9-year-old daughter Melodee Buzzard -- has pleaded not guilty to the crime.

The 40-year-old entered her plea in a Santa Barbara, California courtroom Friday ... and prosecutors confirmed they'd pursue a life sentence against Buzzard, but not the death penalty. Her next hearing is January 7.

As you know ... Ashlee was arrested for Melodee's murder Tuesday after her daughter initially went missing in October. Authorities say Melodee's body was found earlier this month in Utah in an area where she and Ashlee allegedly traveled together.

Miley Cyrus' older sister Brandi Cyrus is engaged -- meaning all three Cyrus sisters are getting ready to walk down the aisle!

Brandi, who is Tish Cyrus' oldest child and Billy Ray Cyrus' adopted daughter, announced the exciting news on Instagram Saturday with a photo of Matt Southcombe on one knee next to a motorcycle holding a ring box. 2:45 PM EST -- Tea Tyme -- who is accused of killing a man while live-streaming while driving her vehicle in November -- is allowed to walk free ahead of her trial, an Illinois county court determined at a hearing Friday. She was arrested for the incident on Tuesday ... and although she will no longer be held in a cell, there are conditions to her release.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ ... she will have a curfew and will be barred from driving and using social media outside her home.

A preliminary hearing for the trial will take place on June 27.

Prosecutors don't want Tea Tyme -- the TikToker accused of killing a pedestrian while live-streaming back in November -- to be allowed back on the streets prior to her trial ... arguing she poses a threat to public safety.

The Lake County State's Attorney submitted the document to the court Friday ... laying out the allegations against Tea Tyme -- real name Tynesha McCarty-Wroten.

According to prosecutors ... Tea Tyme was live-streaming to 14 people when she ran a red light and struck 59-year-old Darren Lucas.

Beloved "Big Brother" star Mickey Lee has died after being rushed to the ICU earlier this week.

Her family shared the heartbreaking update on her IG Friday morning, informing her nearly 30,000 followers she took her last breath during the evening of December 25, on Christmas. They remembered her as being authentic and strong, with a spirit that left "a lasting impression on fans." They also thanked her fans for their prayers and support during this difficult time.

As we previously reported ... Mickey suffered multiple cardiac arrests tied to complications from the flu. She landed in the ICU and was in critical, but stable, condition until Christmas morning.

Jennifer Aniston's Christmas was full of love this year -- she revealed she celebrated with her beau Jim Curtis!

The TV personality posted about Lee after her family announced her passing Friday ... writing she interviewed Lee several months ago on her podcast "God 101" -- during which Mickey told her she was "born with a hole in her heart."

As you know ... Mickey passed away on Christmas Day, a few days after she was rushed to the hospital due to multiple cardiac arrests. It's unclear if her heart issue as a child in any way contributed to her passing.

Perry Bamonte -- a longtime guitarist and keyboardist for The Cure -- has died ... the band announced Friday.

The group shared the sad news to their official website ... revealing Bamonte passed away at his home after a short illness over Christmas.

The post describes Bamonte as "quiet, intense, intuitive, constant and hugely creative" ... calling him an integral part of the band's tale.

President Trump got into the Christmas spirit the only way he knows how these days -- going on a tirade about Jeffrey Epstein.

The commander-in-chief jumped on Truth Social on Christmas Day and went on one of his famous rants, kicking things off by wishing everyone Merry Christmas. Directly after, he unleashed pure bile ... calling many of Epstein's close friends "Sleazebags," who dropped the late pedophile "like a dog" after things got too hot.

Trump pointed out the "Sleazebags" originally loved Epstein and gave him bundles of money and in return, traveled to his infamous island and kicked back at his parties ... believing he was the greatest guy. But when things became too twisted, Trump said the "Sleazebags" falsely claimed they had nothing to do with Epstein -- and even tried to pretend they didn't know him.
