Meredith Vieira is taking another shot at selling her iconic NYC penthouse ... now asking $10.5 million for the Upper West Side pad ... TMZ has learned.

The former 'View' co-host and current '25 Words or Less' host has relisted her 19th-floor co-op inside the famed Eldorado building ... packing 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms into roughly 2,800 square feet of classic New York elegance.

Vieira and her late husband, Emmy-winning producer Richard Cohen, bought the place in 2014 for just under $9 million. The home features 10-foot ceilings, along with herringbone oak floors, detailed mouldings, and oversized windows.

Michael Jackson’s estate continues to provide for the late pop star’s kids, including dropping thousands on tuition for his oldest son and tens of thousands for his daughter Paris’ home improvements ... this according to new legal docs filed by the estate.

TMZ obtained the 2022 accounting report submitted by John Branca and John McClain, the two executors who run Michael’s estate.

The executors said 2022 was “another banner year for the estate.” Branca and McClain pointed out the estate launched "MJ: The Musical" on Broadway, which made a ton of money and received acclaim.

The Michael Jackson estate reportedly shelled out millions to cut any mention of child molestation accusations in the end of "Michael" ... and because of it, they now own a stake in the film.

The late singer's estate is estimated to have coughed up between $10M and $15M to complete "necessary" reshoots for the movie, according to Variety.

The publication reports the biopic was originally supposed to explore the impact that child molestation accusations had on Jackson's life ... but now there's not even a mention of the accusations, because of a clause in a settlement with one of Jackson's accusers. Jordan Chandler reportedly barred the mention of him in any movie.

Ye had his visa withdrawn by the UK government, according to The Guardian ... The UK Home Office -- similar to the DHS in the U.S. -- revoked his entry after it had initially been allowed.

The UK Prime Minister's Office said ... "Where individuals pose a threat to public safety or seek to spread extremism, the government has not hesitated to act, and that includes cancelling permission to enter this country for extremist preachers and far-right figures.”

Sad news for the UFO community ... Nick Pope -- known as the real-life version of "The X-Files" character Fox Mulder -- has died after battling cancer.

His wife, Elizabeth Weiss, confirmed her husband had passed in their Tucson, AZ home on Monday, posting on X ... "My heart is breaking."

She mentioned Nick had still been doing interviews in the final weeks of his life "even as he suffered," and reflected that she was "so lucky" to have been married to him, adding ... "He was a wonderful husband. I loved him dearly."

Alleged Gilgo Beach serial killer Rex Heuermann is expected to be linked to an additional victim when he pleads guilty tomorrow to a series of brutal killings on Long Island ... potentially running his body count to 8.

Heuermann is expected to plead guilty Wednesday to murdering Melissa Barthelemy, Maureen Brainard-Barnes, Amber Lynn Costello, Sandra Costilla, Valerie Mack, Jessica Taylor and Megan Waterman -- and he might cop to an 8th murder too ... according to a report Tuesday from NewsNation.

The identity of the 8th potential murder victim has not been released.

Liv Morgan most likely woke up with a headache following "Monday Night RAW" ... 'cause the WWE Superstar clashed heads with her Judgment Day stablemate Roxanne Perez in Houston -- and she got a wild knot as a souvenir.

Lil Tjay got himself jammed up in the Offset shooting ... the rapper was arrested and booked for participating in a fight, TMZ has learned.

Tjay was arrested Monday evening by police in Florida and later booked into the Broward County Jail for misdemeanor disorderly conduct-affray, according to the Broward County Sheriff's Office. The 24-year-old also posed for a mugshot while being held on a $500 bond.

According to the Seminole Police Department ... Tjay was involved in a fight prior to Offset getting shot. Cops say a second person was detained at the scene, but has not been charged. 

Quavo is at a loss for words after Offset was shot outside a Florida casino ... but for now, he’s sending prayers.

The Migos rapper took to IG shortly after his former bandmate had been shot outside of the Seminole Hard Rock in Hollywood, Florida ... which put Offset in the hospital.

Quavo kept it simple ... posting prayer hands emoji on a black screen -- no caption, no statement.
