The singer-songwriter left a sushi dinner with his wife, Hailey Bieber, after hanging with their pals Kylie and Kendall Jenner on Tuesday -- and, he immediately sparked up -- puffing away on a huge cigar while standing in the parking lot.

He lit the stogie with a tiny blowtorch ... smoking away in a bright orange sweater and a pair of bright pink shorts.

Snooki is getting brutally honest about her health scare ... admitting she was “terrified” after learning she had stage one cervical cancer and now needs a hysterectomy to keep it from coming back.

The "Jersey Shore" alum opened up in an emotional Thursday interview with ABC News’ Lara Spencer … revealing the diagnosis sent her into full panic mode.

“I was terrified,” Snooki said. “I was hysterically crying in my car -- like what am I gonna do? I have three kids. I gotta do my will. I haven't done my will yet.” She added she immediately started spiraling over worst-case scenarios involving her family.

TMZ has learned from an inside source ... inmates at FCI Atlanta are pissed at the production because the "Man of Tomorrow" shoot is allegedly messing up their routines -- and more importantly, access inside the joint. Basically, while the flick is in production, we're told prisoners have to remain in their cells way more than under normal circumstances -- and even worse ... no access to commissary.

A spokesperson for the Federal Bureau of Prisons tells TMZ ... they'd never comment on internal security practices or procedures in general ... but if a warden did put a facility on modified operations status, it would be for the safety of staff and inmates. Usually, such an order would happen after a violent incident that needed to be investigated.

Jada Pinkett Smith is asking a court to order Will Smith's former friend to pay the $49K tab from her attorneys ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Jada believes she is owed the 5-figure sum from Bilaal Salaam, after she convinced a judge to toss the emotional distress claims from his lawsuit.

Jason Nichols -- the guy law enforcement says is the one seen in viral Ring camera footage yelling and kicking -- has officially been charged with 4 felony counts ... and his bail has now increased to a whopping $250K ... TMZ has learned.

Fairfield PD officials say Nichols is the man in the video that went infamously viral earlier this month, with doorbell cam footage from a home in Northern California showing him kicking and screaming into the camera ... before appearing to break into the home via a sliding door.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Nichols was charged with four felonies -- first-degree burglary, assault with a deadly weapon, criminal threats, and vandalism. He pleaded not guilty to all counts ... his bail was increased to $250K, and he was served with a criminal protective order.
