Joseph Duggar's wife Kendra is back in court over her own criminal case ... and she just scored a major legal win after getting a no-contact order lifted.

According to new court docs obtained by TMZ, Kendra's attorney, Travis W. Story, filed an entry of appearance on her behalf last week and entered a not guilty plea to charges of endangering the welfare of a minor and false imprisonment.

Her legal team also asked the court to dissolve a no-contact order that had been put in place on March 20 ... arguing the alleged victims wanted contact with Kendra restored, that she had complied with all conditions of the order, and that continued restrictions were preventing important third-party evaluations tied to the case.

The feds say the man charged with attempting to assassinate President Trump at the White House Correspondents' Dinner sent his manifesto to family and friends moments before he burst through a security checkpoint armed with a shotgun and pistol ... and it looks like he had a lot to say.

In the criminal complaint, obtained by TMZ, the feds include a large portion of what they say is Cole Allen's manifesto ... and it looks like he scheduled the note to be sent right before he allegedly made his move.

The email starts off by apologizing and explaining a possible motive ... "I am a citizen of the United States of America. What my representatives do reflects on me. And I am no longer willing to permit a pedophile, rapist, and traitor to coat my hands with his crimes."

King Charles III and Queen Camilla just pulled up in the U.S. -- kicking off a headline-making, historic visit with President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump.

The president argued the joke took on a much darker meaning after authorities say an armed suspect tried to storm the actual White House Correspondents' Dinner just two days later.

Dylan Carter -- a singer from South Carolina who once competed on "The Voice" -- was killed in a car crash Saturday ... and now we have a better idea of how the tragedy occurred.

Law enforcement tells TMZ ... a 2026 Tesla sedan was traveling southbound on U.S. Route 21 in South Carolina just after 11 PM when it veered off the road, striking a pole and a fence, before rolling. The driver was the only person in the car ... and they succumbed to their injuries at the hospital.

The crash remains under investigation ... and authorities would not release any other details, including whether he fell asleep or suffered a medical emergency or was possibly intoxicated.

Dylan was identified as the driver by a number of locals who posted on social media, including Thomas Hamilton Jr., the mayor of Moncks Corner, where Dylan was set to perform Monday night.

Taylor's legal team appears to be on their "Vigilante S***" preparing for the growing wave of A.I.-generated songs, videos, and deepfakes that mimic celebrities without permission. FBI Director Kash Patel, Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche and U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro spoke Monday afternoon about the man accused of opening fire during the White House Correspondents' Dinner, and how he moved in the hours leading up to the terrifying attack Saturday night.

The officials gave an official breakdown of the timeline leading up to the black-tie event … stating Cole Allen -- a 31-year-old part-time teacher from Torrance, California -- initially made his hotel reservation on April 6, booking a three-night stay for April 24-26.

He departed Los Angeles by train last Tuesday and made a stop in Chicago on Thursday. The next day, he arrived in D.C. and checked into the Washington Hilton Friday afternoon, the officials said.

The press conference was held shortly after Allen was arraigned on three charges in D.C. federal court -- attempting to assassinate the president, transporting a firearm and ammunition with intent to commit a felony, and discharging a firearm during a crime of violence. He did not enter a plea.

Monday, federal prosecutors announced Jay Bryant pleaded guilty in a federal court in Brooklyn to his role in Jam Master Jay's 2002 murder ... after prosecutors alleged he helped the killers get inside the legendary DJ's Queens recording studio before the fatal shooting.

"More than two decades after the cold-blooded, execution-style killing of Mr. Mizell, an exhaustive investigation revealed Bryant's role and today he finally admitted his guilt," U.S. Attorney Joseph Nocella said. "The prosecutors in our Office and our law enforcement partners never give up, no matter how long it takes, in the pursuit of justice for the victim and the victim's family."
