Joe Jonas and Tatiana Gabriela are turning their Italian getaway into one serious thirst trap ... showing off plenty of skin during a sun-soaked day by the pool.

The singer stripped down for a sun-soaked day in Portofino Monday, showing off his toned physique while Tatiana cranked up the heat in a skimpy red bikini as the couple lounged, sipped cocktails and cooled off in the pool.

Check out the photos ... Joe and Tatiana were practically attached at the hip, chatting face-to-face in the water, kicking back along the edge of the pool with drinks in hand and soaking up every second of their romantic Italian escape.

Whoopi Goldberg is catching heat for missing "The View" ... literally, 'cause an active volcano has her stranded in Sicily.

Joy Behar was holding down the fort Monday and immediately started roasting her missing co-hosts... joking they're "dropping like flies" before explaining Ana Navarro was stuck in Miami because of weather, Sara Haines was dealing with storm damage ... and Whoopi was pulling "the old volcano excuse."

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ the "This Is Us" actor and the model welcomed their second child in June -- this time, a baby boy.

We're told the couple became a family of four last month in the Newport Beach area, naming their son Rock-Anthony Makoa Ventimiglia. His arrival comes just over a year after the birth of their first child, daughter Ke'ala Cora.

Nicki Minaj was living it up with the big shots at the White House Rose Garden Lunch ... and she got a shoutout from President Trump who called her hot!

If you wanted to do a check-in with 'Real Housewives of New York' star Dorinda Medley ... her response might be 'not well, b****!" ... because she is taking her neighbor to court for alleging building on a shed that touches her property!

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ ... Dorinda is asking the judge to find that her neighbor's new shed, fence, and driveway encroach on her fancy property in Massachusetts.  She wants the judge to order the immediate removal of the neighbor's stuff on her property.

Dorinda claims the neighbor constructed a shed and expanded their driveway onto her property ... which the New York housewife eventually noticed and hired a land surveyor in May to complete a survey of the two properties that determined the encroachments were, in fact, on her turf.

Watching Tamar Braxton and Kandi Burruss try to play nice during a photo op may be one of the funniest things you see all day.

They were lined up on stage alongside greats like Brandy, Monica, and Missy Elliott -- who was awarded the Essence Icon Award -- for Essence Fest's Black Women in Music ceremony on Sunday ... and had an awkward little moment before cameras started flashing.

"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" alum Annemarie Wiley’s husband, Marcellus Wiley, was ordered not to come near her after he was arrested for domestic violence ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, a Florida judge entered a no-contact order barring Marcellus from contacting Annemarie or coming within 500 feet of her or the home.

The order also instructs Marcellus not to reach out to his wife on social media or have any third party send her messages.

1:15 PM PT -- Marcellus addresses the allegations on Monday, writing, "I’m deeply grateful for the love, prayers, and concern for me and my itty bitties. Your support is fully appreciated. I completely and unequivocally deny these allegations, and I’m certain the truth will prevail."

Former NFL star Marcellus Wiley allegedly got physical with his wife Annemarie before his domestic violence arrest over the July 4 weekend -- she told cops he poked her in the cheek and threatened to kill her ... this according to the arrest affidavit.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ ... Marcellus and Annemarie were inside a hotel room in Orlando, Florida, on Saturday afternoon when things went awry and the former "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star called police to report a battery.

When officers arrived at the World Marriott, they say Annemarie told them she wanted her husband removed from their room because she was afraid of him after he threatened to take her life. The docs say their three children were also in the room along with other kids, all of whom were at the hotel to attend a basketball tournament.

10:41 AM PT -- FIFA President Gianni Infantino has responded to the backlash on Trump ... saying "Yes, I regularly discuss matters related to the FIFA World Cup with the President of the United States, and on this matter, I did receive a call from President Donald Trump, just as I receive calls from heads of state, government officials, football stakeholders and business executives from around the world on many different issues."

He adds "During our conversation, I explained that there was an ongoing legal process involving FIFA's independent judicial bodies and that the case would be decided in due course by the competent bodies."

The decisions that are made by the FIFA Disciplinary Committee are brought to Infantino who -- despite whether he agrees with the decision or not --always will "respect those decisions and the autonomy of the bodies that make them."

Donald Trump says we should go to VAR for his self-alleged conversation with FIFA President Gianni Infantino to review the red card that was given to USMNT striker Folarin Balogun on last Wednesday's U.S. vs. Bosnia World Cup match.

Check out the video ... the President of the United States says all he did was ask for a review and he didn't tell Infantino what to do. He adds "that wasn't a foul ... that wasn't even an infraction" and goes on to call the referee who made the call in that match "a little bit suspect" and has "a past."

ICYMI, Trump asked FIFA to review the call that sent Balogun off the pitch in the U.S. vs. Bosnia game last Wednesday, and on Sunday FIFA revoked the red card that was given ... meaning Balogun is good to play in today's U.S. vs. Belgium World Cup Round of 16 game.

TFP put up a post on Sunday on her Instagram story where she goes into detail about how she is handling her mental health, saying she willingly chose to seek help from a facility to help her "reset" and "get away."

This is after Taylor noticed she "needed extra help" ... and it looks like the help got her a 'good antidepressant.'
