Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey decided to show the people what he's working with on the dance floor ... and, well, it's ... something.

Mayor Frey showed off his moves at the Black Entrepreneur State Fair in Minneapolis ... dancing as Chingy's 2003 hit "Right Thurr" blasted over the speakers.

Video shows the mayor rocking sunglasses and a button-down while bouncing around, swinging his arms and working his hips ... and while nobody's mistaking him for a backup dancer, the man was clearly feeling himself.

Cardi B is calling BS on BIA, claiming her diss track was all true ... and warning her rap rival she's got plenty of dirt tucked away.

Cardi came out swinging in a Spaces chat on X ... repeatedly demanding, "What's true?" before launching into a laundry list of claims about BIA.

She claims BIA desperately wanted to be friends before their beef and repeatedly sent word through mutual friends that she had no problem with Cardi ... and Cardi says she's got recordings to prove it.

Surrogate McKenna West sent an emotional plea to the surrogacy clinic and the biological parents, saying she was not sure she could live with herself if she went through with an abortion, days before the procedure was scheduled.

The biological parents wanted to terminate the pregnancy, per the surrogacy agreement, after an ultrasound revealed the fetus had a serious heart issue.

According to letters filed in court documents, obtained by TMZ, McKenna notified Worldwide Surrogacy on May 4, 2026 to say she could not go through with the scheduled termination ... writing, "After careful thought, I have decided that I cannot terminate this pregnancy. This baby is in my body, and I care for him very much."

Abby Elliott's estranged husband wants her to cut him monthly checks ... as their bitter divorce heats up and they fight over finances.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Bill Kennedy filed a response to her divorce petition ... and he's requesting spousal support.

Bill, who was married to Abby for a decade, is also asking to block the court's ability to award spousal support to her. He also asks that Abby pay his attorneys' fees.

He wants joint legal and physical custody of their two children ... 5-year-old Edith and 3-year-old William Kennedy.

Influencer Brianna Olsen's baby dad, Santos Salazar, was taken into custody early Thursday morning for alleged attempted murder, TMZ has learned.

According to online records, Salazar was taken into custody at approximately 12:30 AM and booked around 4:40 AM. His bail was set at $1 million, and he is facing a felony charge.

LAPD tells TMZ ... Salazar was booked for attempted murder.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... LAPD responded to a domestic violence call to an address belonging to both Salazar and Olsen on Wednesday night around 9:40 PM.

Luigi Mangione's lawyers are asking the judge in his state case to toss it out on double jeopardy grounds, now that he's pleaded guilty in his federal case ... and they say prosecutors are using him as a "pawn" in a sick game.

In court docs, obtained by TMZ, Mangione's lawyers are asking a judge to dismiss the eight charges still pending in his state case -- second-degree murder and seven weapons charges -- stemming from the December 2024 killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.

Mangione's defense argues his federal guilty pleas now bar the state case from moving forward under the federal Constitution and New York's double jeopardy law ... while accusing state and federal prosecutors of using him as a "pawn" in a coordinated push to punish him twice.

Marcellus Wiley's estranged wife Annemarie wants him to pay up ... she's asking a Los Angeles court to order him to start paying child and spousal support ... plus over $200,000 in legal fees amid their nasty divorce proceedings.

Annemarie's legal team submitted the docs Thursday, which were obtained by TMZ ... and she's requested he continue paying for the lifestyle she and their kiddos were accustomed to ... at least while the divorce is pending.

This, she said, included private-school tuition, driving luxury vehicles, living in a fancy home worth at least $7 million, and more.

She did not request a specific amount of support ... but calculated the children's monthly costs alone between childcare, private school, and healthcare are $20,800 per month ... and said the mortgage on their home is another $18,000 per month, bringing just those expenses to around $40,000.

Attorney Karen Friedman Agnifilo spoke outside the courthouse Friday after Mangione pleaded guilty to federal charges in the killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson ... saying her client has now accepted "full responsibility" for Thompson's death.

Agnifilo says Mangione suffered years of severe pain from a broken back and believed the healthcare and insurance systems had failed him ... but her big argument Friday was that the killing was one event, and Mangione shouldn't be prosecuted twice for it.

In fact, his lawyers aren't wasting any time ... Agnifilo has filed a motion, obtained by TMZ, asking a judge to toss the state case under New York's double jeopardy protections.

Earth, Wind & Fire drummer John Paris briefly woke from an induced coma and asked to leave the hospital ... but doctors were forced to sedate him again after his blood pressure rose and he struggled to breathe.

Doctors placed Paris in an induced coma after he arrived at the hospital from his medical emergency last week so they could provide critical care ... according to an update from a Facebook page created by Verdine White's wife, Shelly.

At one point, Paris opened his eyes, looked around, and asked for his wife, musician Kathy Merrick. Once he saw her, he turned to a close friend named Eddie and joked, "Get me outta here."

A 13-year-old boy in Arizona is fighting an assault charge over a gym class dodgeball game ... after authorities say he targeted and brutalized his ex-girlfriend with dodgeballs ... peppering her so badly that she needed a hospital trip.

The case centers on 13-year-old Abel Schipper, who is charged with misdemeanor assault over a December 2025 dodgeball game at Mayer High School in Yavapai County.

Abel admits he and two friends threw foam dodgeballs at the girl when she walked out of the bathroom for warm-ups ... saying he hit her, one friend missed, and another connected ... according to AZFamily.

Journalist Aaron Parnas says his inbox is now flooded with messages from people who have family members aboard the Lincoln ... and he posted images of one note claiming sailors have no "workable toilets around us," are being served "undercooked chicken" and aren't getting mail regularly.

9:28 AM PT -- Mangione pleaded guilty to two federal stalking charges related to Thompson's shooting death ... one count of interstate stalking resulting in death and one count of stalking through use of interstate facilities resulting in death.

He admitted to stalking Thompson to a healthcare conference and shooting him with a gun he printed on a 3-D printer. As Luigi pled guilty, Thompson's widow Paulette was visibly emotional and other members of his family were seen fighting back tears.

Mangione said ... "I shot Mr. Thompson in Manhattan. I understood that my actions would place him in fear of death or bodily injury. I knew what I was doing was illegal."

After Friday's court hearing, Thompson's family issued a statement saying ... "Today's guilty plea marks an important step toward justice for Brian and for our family. While nothing will ease the pain of losing him, we are grateful that the federal justice system has held the person responsible for this heinous act accountable. Now we look to the court to ensure that sentencing reflects the severity of this crime."
