Disney star Carla Jeffery -- known for her role as Bree in "Z-O-M-B-I-E-S" -- has passed away.

Her talent agency, Alexanders Talent Management, announced the sad news on Instagram, writing ... "It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of our beloved Carla Jeffery."

According to the agency, the actress died Tuesday. No cause of death has been disclosed at this time.

ATM continued ... "For more than 20 years, we had the privilege of watching her grow into a beautiful, vibrant, and incredibly talented woman whose radiant smile could light up any room."

'All That' Star Christy Knowings' Cause of Death Revealed

Christy Knowings' cause of death has been revealed ... the former "All That" star died after suffering cardiac arrest ... TMZ has learned.

According to a death certificate obtained by PEOPLE, the certificate identifies asthma as the underlying cause, with status asthmaticus and acute hypoxic respiratory failure listed as contributing conditions.

We broke the story ... Knowings was hospitalized in August after suffering an asthma attack that caused brain damage. A family member told us she was placed on life support, and her loved ones ultimately made the difficult decision to take her off it several days later.

'Rocky Horror' Star Tim Curry Cause of Death Revealed

Tim Curry died from coronary artery disease, TMZ has confirmed.

The Los Angeles County Department of Public Health made the determination -- first reported on by People -- that coronary artery disease was Tim's main cause of death. Kidney cancer and his history of strokes were listed as underlying causes.

We broke the story ... Tim died at his Los Angeles-area home on Tuesday. Law enforcement sources told us no foul play was suspected.

"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Denise Richards’ estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, claims he's been in an increasingly dire financial situation since their bitter split.

Aaron filed a declaration in court claiming Denise still owes him more than $23K in unpaid support payments. Denise was ordered to pay him $5K a month in temporary support earlier this year.

In his filing, Aaron claims Denise has only been paying a portion of the support, which put him in a bad spot. He said he was evicted from the home he was living in and claims he had no power, water, gas, or cell phone access.

We're told producers are now re-editing those episodes with a new announcer ... an effort one source called a "major undertaking."

The NBA just unloaded on the Los Angeles Clippers, snatching five first-round draft picks, fining them $30 million, and suspending owner Steve Ballmer for an entire season!

The stiff punishment was all part of the league's investigation into whether superstar Kawhi Leonard circumvented the NBA's salary cap rules ... as a way to get compensation that wasn't on the books.

"The NBA announced today that the LA Clippers and Kawhi Leonard have been penalized for violating the salary cap circumvention rules contained in the league’s Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) with the National Basketball Players Association (NBPA)," the league said.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... the legendary singer checked out of the hospital in St. Louis Wednesday afternoon after spending 3 days under doctors' care. We're told he's currently making his way back to Los Angeles.

Tiger Woods' plea deal may put a crimp in his game, because the judge may have made golf carts off-limits for the next 5 years.

As we reported, Tiger struck a plea deal in his DUI case, pleading no contest to reckless driving and refusing to take a urine test. The deal included Tiger pledging not to drive a motor vehicle for the next 5 years.

And the judge fired off this warning to Tiger in court ... "There are no exceptions. If you were to drive for any reason at all, you would go immediately back to jail."

Transformers star Peter Cullen died from cardiac arrest ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ obtained the death certificate for Peter, who died on August 26, 2026, at his Los Angeles home in the Toluca Lake neighborhood. The immediate cause was cardiac arrest due to respiratory arrest.

 The underlying cause was listed as malignant neoplasm of the lower lobe of the lungs.
