Cindy Crawford, Rande Gerber, and Kaia Gerber are leaning toward a private gathering for Presley Gerber instead of a public memorial or funeral ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... the family had been considering services at Forest Lawn Hollywood Hills and Malibu Presbyterian Church, but plans are now shifting toward something extremely private at the family's Malibu home, with only close relatives and a few friends expected to be invited.

The circumstances surrounding Presley's death have been understandably devastating for the family ... and our sources say they even considered skipping a formal memorial altogether.

Jake Tapper made the Cornell alleged sex assault case personal on air ... telling Tompkins County District Attorney Matthew Van Houten he couldn’t imagine how angry he'd be if prosecutors handled a case involving his own daughter the same way.

During a CNN interview Monday night, Tapper had a sharp tone when pressing Van Houten over his office's decision not to file criminal charges after a 2024 alleged assault involving a Cornell student and seven Chi Phi fraternity members.

Tapper said the Cornell University Police Department complaint described a woman who had consumed ketamine, was reportedly an eight out of ten on an intoxication scale and didn’t remember large portions of the night. He also pointed to an alleged fraternity group chat message advertising "free p***y" upstairs.

Ms. Pat is calling out Judge Judy for saying unhappy Americans should "go somewhere else" ... she says it's insensitive and stems from Judy's rich, white privilege.

We got Ms. Pat in New York City on Monday, and she didn't mince words when we asked her about her fellow TV judge ... she thinks Judy's out of her mind!

Ms. Pat says it's easy for Judy to get on her high horse ... because Judy is wealthy and white ... but it's not so simple for other folks ... namely, minorities.

According to the lawsuit, Jane Doe had already been drinking at her sorority house before heading to Moonies, then another bar ... and eventually the Chi Phi house, where she claims fraternity members drugged her with ketamine and sexually assaulted her.

Jay-Z is asking a court to reconsider his extortion case against Tony Buzbee, the Texas attorney whose former client just recanted her rape allegation against the rapper.

Jay filed a petition with an appeals court in California ... asking the court to reconsider its recent refusal to reinstate his extortion and defamation lawsuit against Buzbee, which was previously dismissed by a lower court ... according to Rolling Stone.

In the docs, Jay-Z says the Jane Doe recently recanting her allegations against him is "explosive new evidence" and should allow his "meritorious claims to proceed."

Hayden Panettiere's ex Wladimir Klitschko is asking a court to name him guardian of his daughter Kaya in order to protect her rights as the sole beneficiary of Hayden's estate ... and saying he's concerned that some of the late actress’s assets may be lost, TMZ has learned. 

In his petition to be appointed as temporary guardian, Wladimir says Kaya is "not a resident of California; this Court has jurisdiction over the guardianship of Kaya's estate because, as such heir, Kaya is entitled to the entirety of the assets subject to Hayden's probate administration in California."

In the petition, obtained by TMZ, he says federal agents accessed Hayden's home as part of an ongoing investigation and removed her property. He wants to be the rep for the estate so he can get the property back when the probe is over.

AEW star PAC was found unresponsive inside a car outside an Illinois restaurant shortly before he was pronounced dead.

The wrestler -- real name Benjamin Satterley -- was discovered in a vehicle in the parking lot of a CAVA in Des Plaines around 4 PM Sunday, according to dispatch audio obtained by the California Post.

First responders were told they had a "slumper" in a car and could not confirm whether the 40-year-old was breathing.

The woman who says she was gang raped by a group of fraternity brothers at Cornell University is slamming one of the accused after his lawyer claimed his client "confirmed she was all right" ... she says he could've helped her, but he did nothing instead.

The Jane Doe's attorney -- Thomas P. Giuffra -- tells TMZ ... Scott Kretzschmar doesn't deny receiving the Snapchat group chat which allegedly advertised "Free p***y," and that should've been enough for him to protect her.

The woman accusing seven Cornell fraternity brothers of drugging and gang-raping her says she made her allegations clear from the start ... despite the D.A. suggesting otherwise.

The Jane Doe's attorney, Thomas P. Giuffra, tells TMZ ... his client reported the alleged 2024 assault to Cornell Police after she had time to process what happened -- and he says the police report includes both the alleged assaults and ketamine.

Giuffra adds ... "The report prepared by the police is not materially different from what is contained in the complaint ... the drug ketamine was certainly mentioned as were the allegations."
