Selma Blair has been ordered to stay away from a nurse she allegedly attacked in the hospital ... and the restrictions will remain in place for a year.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... a judge issued a temporary order of protection for Ashley DeLeo, barring Selma from coming within 100 yards of her.

The order, which remains in effect until October 11, 2027, also bars Selma from contacting DeLeo in any way ... including by phone, text, email or other electronic communication.

"Vanderpump Rules" alum Jax Taylor told a judge he doesn’t want to be married to his ex, Brittany Cartwright, for one more second ... TMZ has learned.

Jax filed court docs, obtained by TMZ, asking a judge to sign off on him being legally single while he still works out a global divorce settlement that covers financial, property, and support issues. He says he asked Brittany to agree to bifurcate the case so they can both be officially single again, but says she hasn't responded.

He filed a declaration claiming he has tried to settle the divorce … even showing up to a recent settlement conference prepared to try and resolve the case … only for Brittany to allegedly show up not ready to negotiate.

RJ Mitte's "Breaking Bad" costar Matt Jones is heartbroken over his death ... and he's sharing a painful regret about the last time they saw each other.

Matt, who played Brandon "Badger" Mayhew on the hit AMC series, took to Instagram late Monday to remember RJ ... revealing they last crossed paths in January 2025, when they were cracking jokes in the back of a group photo and talking about their lives.

Matt says RJ had big plans for the future and wanted Matt to visit RJ's new place in Texas. The two even had plans to hit up a club owned by fellow "Breaking Bad" actor Steven Michael Quezada ... but Matt says he backed out because he was tired.

A witness who says she saw the man fly off a roller coaster at Six Flags Over Georgia says she didn't process what had just happened ... until she got closer to where he landed.

Britny Landry says she was standing near Goliath at Six Flags Over Georgia when she saw what looked like a person fly off the roller coaster and into a wooded area near the park.

Landry says she immediately told herself it couldn't be a person ... it had to be a bag that she'd mistaken for a human shape -- but, as she approached the woods where the man landed, she realized it was, in fact, a person.

RJ Mitte checked an item off his bucket list days before his death ... taking his first hot air balloon ride alongside his "Breaking Bad" costar Luis Moncada.

RJ, who played Walter White Jr. on the hit AMC series, reunited with Luis at the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta in New Mexico on October 4 ... just 8 days before his death.

Zacharia said the Trump White House wished Guilfoyle well. It's unclear if Guilfoyle has tendered her resignation.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Paul Kanin, who previously controlled the trust, claimed Nick’s moaning about not getting the money he needs is nonsense ... especially since he previously approved $348K in payments for Nick’s benefit.

The money was for work done over a roughly two-week period in December 2025 … before Alan dropped out of the case. Nick has been trying to rehire Alan but needs his trust funds to pay him.

Aaron Paul is honoring his "Breaking Bad" costar RJ Mitte following his tragic death.

On Monday, Aaron said in a statement to The Hollywood Reporter, "RJ, I love you my friend. You will be missed.”

Aaron added, "And to whoever happens to be reading this, please know you are loved, and you are not alone. Always remember that."

Bryan Cranston is mourning the devastating loss of his TV son RJ Mitte ... saying he's in "deep despair" following the "Breaking Bad" star's death.

Bryan posted a photo of him and RJ together and wrote in an emotional tribute "I'm in deep despair as I write this tonight. RJ Mitte, my sweet son on Breaking Bad has died."

The actor recalled meeting RJ when he was just 14, praising the young actor for his determination while living with cerebral palsy and his growth from a teenager on the show's set into a talented actor and disability rights advocate.

"He was one of the stars of a hit TV show -- but still a kid," Bryan added.

Selma Blair has been arraigned in connection with her airport arrest and charged with assault, TMZ has learned.

TMZ obtained court docs that say Blair's being charged with 2 counts of second-degree assault for allegedly attacking a police officer and a nurse during the incident.

She was arraigned before a judge Monday, who set her bail at $20K cash, $60K bond, or $60K partially secured bond.

Joe Manganiello's new memoir must be making some waves with Tom Cruise ... because the book speculates that the legendary actor screwed Joe out of a starring role ... and Joe thinks it's because he shares an ex with Tom -- Sofía Vergara!

The New York Post got its hands on an advance copy of Joe's new book, "Bloodlines," and, in it, Joe claims that his team believes Tom prevented him from landing the lead role in Amazon's "Jack Reacher" series because the two men once dated Sofía.

In his memoir, Joe writes that Amazon bosses and production heads were initially dead set on giving the role to him ... but then the part suddenly went to another actor.
