Soap star Steve Burton claims his ex-wife Sheree Gustin is causing issues with custody and parenting time of their daughter ... and now he's asking a judge to step in and give him more parenting time ... TMZ has learned.

In newly filed court docs, the 'General Hospital' star claims he wants to take his 12-year-old to the Daytime Emmys on October 30, where he is nominated. He says Sheree is refusing to swap custody days, despite his reasonable request for some scheduling flexibility.

He claims this is another example of Sheree not willing to work with him when it comes to co-parenting.

One of the women suing Nick Carter for sexual assault claims she confided in actress Kaley Cuoco days after the alleged incident ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ obtained the transcript of accuser Melissa Schuman's deposition in April, and it reveals the former Dream singer was grilled about who she told about the alleged assault.

Remember ... Melissa claims Nick assaulted her inside a Santa Monica apartment around 2003 ... when she was 18, and Nick was 22.

During the deposition, Melissa testified she confided in Kaley on the final day of filming in April 2003 ... Kaley and Melissa starred in a film, "The Hollows," released in 2004 … along with Nick.

Nick Reiner can use at least some of his trust fund while behind bars ... receiving approval from a judge to receive funds to use at the commissary.

Reiner appeared in court on Friday during a hearing to discuss the controversial trust ... and, while there's no overall resolution yet, the judge ultimately signed off on allowing the trust to put $300 into the prison commissary fund.

If the fund is depleted in the future, Reiner can add another $300 into it and so on.

As for a settlement about him accessing the trust ... the two sides said they've set a date for mediation in the case -- December 16 -- and they're "optimistic" they will reach an agreement.

Former "Bachelor" star Clayton Echard is getting some justice ... 'cause the woman who falsely claimed she was pregnant with his twins has been sentenced to jail.

Laura Owens was sentenced Friday to 30 days behind bars and seven years of probation after pleading guilty to four felonies stemming from fake pregnancy claims involving the reality TV star and another man.

Owens could face up to 12 years in prison if she violates her probation.

Vanessa Trump announced she is cancer-free ... six months after revealing her diagnosis.

Rapper DaBaby settled with his ex-girlfriend DaniLeigh after a drawn-out court battle over their daughter ... TMZ learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, DaBaby and DaniLeigh executed a 13-page deal regarding custody and support for their 5-year-old, Velour Babyleigh Kirk.

Per the agreement, DaBaby will pay an undisclosed amount per month in child support.

The legal drama started after DaniLeigh filed a paternity case in 2024 … claiming she was the primary caregiver to their daughter.

Letitia James is pushing back on claims that she's biased against the Cornell 7 ... telling a judge she posted about the alleged victim out of empathy -- but she still can investigate without any prejudice against the accused men.

The New York Attorney General filed a letter along with NY Governor Kathy Hochul, in response to an ethics complaint filed against her.

Gillio Lopes -- one of the people accused in Jane Doe's lawsuit -- filed docs trying to get her dismissed from the investigation and replaced with someone else ... but James claims she was just expressing empathy ... not actually supporting the alleged victim -- and she also says that Lopes has no standing to question her appointment because he hasn't even been charged with a crime and it's entirely speculative that he ever will.

He will respond to the fullest extent of the law once he is actually served with a suit. Any allegation that he does not meet his obligations is false."

Clavicular is being dragged to court for allegedly trashing a California mansion ... and some of the allegations are downright disgusting ...  TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, the "looksmaxxing" influencer is being sued by a company called The Maimon Group over alleged damage to a 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom, 8,611-square-foot mansion in Encino.

Per the filing, Clav signed a lease in late September 2026 and agreed to pay $53K a month in rent. It appears the home was used for the looksmaxxing camp the influencer threw in October.

The landlord claims Clavicular violated the terms of the lease by throwing loud parties, causing law enforcement to show up at the home, and having more guests than the 6 allowed.

Kate Gosselin is facing new abuse allegations ... this time from a former housekeeper who claims she witnessed the reality star mistreating her son, Collin Gosselin.

Ashley, who worked as a housekeeper and fill-in nanny for Kate in 2013, told PEOPLE she witnessed Kate repeatedly grab Collin and treat him differently from his seven siblings.

"She 110 percent abused Collin," Ashley claimed. "It's hard to almost put into words the specific hate that she had towards Colin. You could just feel it."

Lil Wayne and Kandi Burruss' daughters could be heading to Atlanta for Bravo's newest reality show ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Reginae Carter and Riley Burruss are in talks to join the cast of "Next Gen ATL," Bravo's latest "Next Gen" spinoff, though deals have not yet been finalized.

Bravo announced the new Atlanta-based series Friday but stopped short of revealing the cast ... and we're told Riley, who currently appears on "Next Gen NYC," is in talks to make the jump from New York to Atlanta to help launch the new show.

Jane Doe has been granted permission from the court to continue with her lawsuit under her pseudonym.

According to the court order, Judge Phaedra Perry-Bond approved her motion to keep her identity anonymous as the case proceeds.

In the order, the judge also warned that anyone cyberstalking or harassing anyone involved in the case -- whether that’s Jane Doe, the frat bros she’s accused of raping her, or their attorneys ... could face federal charges.

She was forced out hours after we first published video of Britt throwing a drink at a fan at Wednesday night's Washington Wizards game. Video showed Britt leaving her section to a chorus of boos and blowing kisses.
