Kanye West wants to lock up the rights to the title for what appears to be a book about Bianca Censori ... TMZ has confirmed.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Kanye's company Ox Paha Inc. filed a new trademark application for the phrase "Wife By Husband."

Ye wants to use the trademark for different types of printed books ... including biographies, non-fiction and picture books.

8:28 AM PT -- Bruce Reginald Foster III, the suspect wanted for killing one person and injuring five in a shooting at an Ohio warehouse Tuesday night, has been arrested, according to the New Albany Police Dept. Police said Foster was apprehended when officers executed a search warrant at a Columbus residence. No further details were released.

Cops have launched a massive manhunt for a mass shooter who they say fatally gunned down one person and wounded five others in Ohio.

New Albany Police Chief Greg Jones announced Wednesday morning investigators identified a person of interest -- Bruce Reginald Foster III -- and publicly released his mug shot as they scour the earth trying to find him.

At a press conference, Jones said Foster -- whose motive was unknown -- apparently targeted a large warehouse in New Albany, where a company, KDC/One, manufactures beauty products.

Todd Chrisley's attorney says his client's being extremely mistreated behind bars ... and the reality TV star's hoping President Trump comes to the rescue.

Todd's lawyer, Jay Surgent, tells TMZ ... he had a long talk with Todd on Tuesday, and Chrisley told him about a bunch of nasty treatment he's allegedly being subjected to inside FPC Pensacola in Florida.

He says Todd told him a prison guard recently ripped off the MAGA sticker Todd had placed on a chair in his cell. He says Todd watched in silence as the guard removed the pro-Trump sticker, not speaking up for fear of further retaliation.

Lil Xan has been hit with assault and battery charges months after cops say he got physical with a fan during a show in Boston ... and video appears to show him swinging at and kicking the concertgoer.

Law enforcement tells TMZ ... the rapper has been charged with two felony counts of assault and battery over the incident -- one count for the microphone he allegedly swung from the stage, the other for allegedly kicking the man in the head.

As we previously reported, Boston police were on the hunt for LX after the incident -- which happened in November at the Royale Boston nightclub -- as the "Betrayed" artist allegedly took off after witnesses say he spiked his mic and kicked the person in the crowd in the face.
