Tara Reid was quick to accuse someone at a Chicago-area hotel bar of drugging her ... and that guy tells TMZ the allegation is total BS.

Sean P, the YouTube influencer Tara referenced in her police report, tells TMZ ... he met her at the hotel bar late last Saturday night ... and they got to talking and traded contact info, before she invited him to go outside to smoke a cigarette.

He says Tara was initially standoffish, taking a dig at him for being a YouTuber ... but when he shot back at her about the infamous TMZ video where she got denied entry at a Hollywood club back in 2006, her demeanor suddenly changed, and she got friendlier.

Sean P says Tara appeared "tipsy" -- he says he was too -- but they were both coherent enough to hold a conversation.

He says Tara asked him to go out for a smoke, and they did ... and when they went back to the bar, he tried to close out his tab ... when Tara handed him her purse and asked him to take out her room key. He says he looked inside the purse and saw pills. It was then Sean P says Tara screamed for security.

He says security arrived, asked if there was problem, and they both said "No."

Martha Stewart is back in the saddle with Snoop Dogg, and Dr. Dre is along for the hoo-ride ... as the gourmet guru is now the newest brand partner for their Still G.I.N. spirited beverage!!!

On Tuesday, Martha posted up with Dre and Snoop and introduced her signature cocktail "Water Melly" boosted by Still G.I.N. -- along with watermelon and lime juice, cucumber bitters, and cane syrup.

Big Martha will now promote Still G.I.N. alongside Dre and Snoop, picking up right where she and Snoop's "Potluck Dinner Party" TV series left off.

3:38 PM PT -- Diddy’s family spokesperson Juda Engelmayer tells TMZ ... "Mr. Combs is in his first week at FCI Fort Dix and is focused on adjusting, working on himself, and doing better each day. As with any high-profile individual in a new environment, there will be many rumors and exaggerated stories throughout his time there—most of them untrue. We ask that people give him the benefit of the doubt, the privacy to focus on his personal growth with grace and purpose."

Diddy's sobriety journey took a detour in lockup this week ... TMZ has learned he was drinking behind bars and got in some trouble with prison officials.

Sources with knowledge tell TMZ ... Diddy had some homemade alcohol in Fort Dix, the low-security prison where he's doing time. We're told the alcohol is made of Fanta, sugar and apples, which inmates give two weeks to ferment into an alcoholic substance.

We're told Diddy got caught by jail officials and prison officials planned to move him from his old unit into a new one. Two sources tell TMZ prison officials have now reversed their decision and Diddy will stay put.

Mary Bonnet's had lots of success over the course of her career as a real estate agent ... and one of her proudest achievements is being able to give up drinking.

The "Selling Sunset" star spoke to Gurus Magazine and said her decision to lay off the sauce was part of a spiritual overhaul on an apparent healing journey.

Anthony Hopkins is opening up about the terrifying night that forced him to face his battle with alcoholism.

During an appearance on The New York Times' "The Interview" podcast, the Oscar-winning actor recalled the moment he hit rock bottom. "I was drunk and driving my car here in California in a blackout, no clue where I was going, when I realized that I could have killed somebody. Or myself, which I didn’t care about," Hopkins said.

He continued, "I could have killed a family in a car, you know." That realization, he said, was the moment everything changed. "I realized that I was an alcoholic, and I came to my senses," Hopkins said. Soon after, he saw a former agent of his at a Beverly Hills party and confessed, "I need help."
