Trey Songz is fighting back about an arrest that happened half a decade ago ... suing the Kansas City Police Department over an incident at a Kansas City Chiefs NFL playoff game.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Trey claims he was at the AFC Championship Game between the Chiefs and Buffalo Bills in January 2021 and was in his seat at Arrowhead Stadium in Missouri when folks nearby started heckling him because of his celeb status.

Djimon Hounsou told cops his baby mama hit him in the face after he told her to vacate his Atlanta townhouse ... and she's since been arrested for assault.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Djimon went to police back in December and claimed his ex-girlfriend Riza Simpson, with whom he shares two children, struck his face with a closed fist after he tried to kick her out of a residence he owns.

The Atlanta Police Department says Djimon told cops their kids were upstairs in the house when their mother allegedly hit their father ... and police say Djimon told them the children didn't see the alleged assault, but may have heard it.

Olympic sprinter Fred Kerley scored a major win in a Florida courtroom Thursday morning ... the criminal case stemming from his January arrest has been dismissed -- TMZ Sports has confirmed.

Kerley's lawyer, Richard Cooper, tells us, "I'm happy to report that the case was dismissed due to an utter lack of evidence and good faith to proceed by the prosecutor."

In the footage, you see a man dressed in black pacing menacingly around the front yard of a home on West 76th Street ... and he flashes a handgun as the sound of a police helicopter circles overhead.

Man in Nazi Uniform Bar Patrons Told Him to Beat It Because Of Costume ... Just Before Brawl

Kenneth Leland Morgan -- the man who allegedly dressed in a Nazi costume before striking a University of Georgia student with a beer stein -- was denied entrance into the college bar, Cutters, because of the Gestapo uniform, TMZ has learned.

According to a police report, obtained by TMZ ... customers at Cutters say they met Morgan outside the bar, along with bar staff, and told him "he couldn't come in while dressed as a Nazi."

As the argument grew heated, Morgan's alleged victim -- identified as Alexandra Lang -- apparently swiped at his Nazi armband to remove it. According to police, Alexandra moved away from Morgan but witnesses say he responded by pulling her towards him and striking her in the face with "a large glass beer stein."

Adrian Peterson Admitted To Boozing At Poker Game Hours Before DWI Arrest ... Cops Say

Police in Sugar Land, Texas say Adrian Peterson fessed up to throwing back shots of a vodka mix at a poker game early Sunday morning ... just hours before he was arrested for DWI.

The officer who took Peterson into custody over the weekend wrote in court documents, obtained by TMZ Sports, that the former NFL running back made the admission while the two were at a Sugar Land gas station at around 9:23 AM.

The officer alleged in the docs he encountered Peterson asleep at the wheel of a running black Mercedes SUV that was next to some pumps ... and he claimed once he woke up the unconscious ex-Minnesota Vikings star, he reeked of booze and had blood shot, glossy eyes as well as a slurred speech.

Kenneth Leland Morgan -- the man who allegedly dressed in a Nazi costume before striking a University of Georgia student with a beer stein -- posed for his mugshot in an orange jumpsuit after being stripped of his now infamous Gestapo costume.

TMZ has obtained a booking photo of Morgan, and based on his expression ... he doesn't look too thrilled to be locked up in the Athens-Clarke County slammer while wearing scrubs issued by the jail. It's unclear what exactly happened to his neatly pressed Gestapo uniform, but we imagine the jail took custody of it for the time being.

According to legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Morgan's been charged with felony aggravated assault and misdemeanor simple battery.

Night manager Nathan Griffin was arrested Friday morning outside the club ... and, the clips shows officers slamming him to the ground while onlookers scream hysterically.

Griffin was ultimately subdued and thrown into the back of a white SUV while people demanded to know where the masked agents were taking Griffin.

U.S. Marshals have arrested a suspect in the March 2025 shooting in Memphis that snatched the life of rapper Sayso P, and left his mentor, Sauce Walka, injured with gunshot wounds.

On Tuesday, authorities announced they participated in a joint operation to apprehend 23-year-old Kevin “KJ” Brown and charged him with first-degree murder, two counts of felony criminal attempt, two counts of employing a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony, and theft of property.

Feds have been on the hunt for Brown for months ... a warrant for his arrest was issued back on March 26 in Shelby County.

White House Car Crashes Into Security Gate ... Driver Arrested Outside President's Residence

A driver was arrested after crashing his car into a security gate outside the president's residence at the White House Tuesday night.

An unidentified driver crashed a car directly into the security gate on the west side of the White House grounds just after 10:30 PM … about 400 yards away from the residence itself.

Uniformed Secret Service and D.C. Metro Police officers searched the car at the scene and determined the vehicle -- a 2010 Acura TSX with Maryland plates, according to The New York Times -- was safe. The White House was not locked down during the incident.

The motorist was immediately arrested, The Washington Post reports.

It's unclear how fast the vehicle was going, the full extent of the damage, or whether the motorist was injured.

Joshua Garrison was apparently caught on surveillance video wearing absolutely nothing as he went on an alleged burglary spree this week through Pinellas Park -- and lucky for him, police captured him, or he could have ended up shot by neighbors.

WFLA-TV interviewed neighbors in Pinellas Park who said Garrison might have been shot if the cops hadn't placed him in handcuffs. One person told the outlet ... “We are all Second Amendment people here in Pinellas Park; we will shoot you. He got lucky we didn’t wake up.”

TMZ Sports has obtained photos of the injuries Quinshon Judkins' ex says she sustained at the hands of the Browns rookie ... and the pics do appear to show bruising, cuts and marks on the woman's body.

The images, according to police, were snapped on July 8 and July 12 ... after the woman accused Judkins of roughing her up during a ride home from a Florida airport late on July 7 and early on July 8.

The woman alleged the two had gotten into a dispute over the way Judkins did not defend her to his family following a trip to Hawaii. She claimed the verbal argument turned physical once they got in their rental car, alleging Judkins "punched her in the mouth/chin area with a closed fist."
