Court records obtained by TMZ show Colbert was cuffed by cops after they showed up to his Florida neighborhood in the Ft. Lauderdale area ... they said he'd placed multiple orange traffic cones in the road and stuffed tree foliage into the tops of them, and placed cinder blocks nearby. Police say he refused to removed the obstructions ... and allegedly ended up running for it when they tried to detain him.

Pooh's powerhouse attorney, Bradford Cohen, tells TMZ ... Pooh is in "good spirits" and looking forward to defending himself against kidnapping charges after a judge rejected his bid to get out of jail on bond pending his trial.
Last week, federal prosecutors filed a complaint against Pooh, his father, and 7 other defendants, accusing them of robbing and kidnapping Gucci Mane and others at gunpoint inside a music studio in Dallas on January 10. The complaint says Pooh went there to get Gucci to terminate the recording contract between the hip hop stars.
Rapper iHeartMemphis was gassed out of his house by multiple law enforcement agencies during a wild situation he live-streamed back in February.
Police reports obtained by TMZ reveal Florida's Davie and Plantation Police Departments' combined SWAT team worked together to force iHeart -- real name Richard Maurice Colbert -- out of his home after an extensive standoff on February 9 and into the following day.
The report states cops and the SWAT unit failed to make contact with Colbert after about an hour of commands outside his home ... some of which you can see in our clip.
