Shia LaBeouf didn't waste time dwelling on his overnight arrest ... TMZ has learned the actor hit up a local pub for his first meal right after court in Louisiana.

Sources tell TMZ ... Shia showed up at The Jimani in New Orleans roughly 50 minutes after his 3 PM court appearance, making the sports bar-style spot his first stop post-hearing. We're told he kept it simple ... chowing down on a burger and fries while throwing back a glass of ice-cold water.

Ironically, the pub is known for its "Hang Ova Burger" -- though we're not told whether that specific burger is what landed on Shia's plate.

Shia LaBeouf bought a house for just over a million dollars in New Orleans months after his split from Mia Goth -- a fresh start he hoped would mark a new chapter -- TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... following the breakup last year, Shia packed up his Los Angeles life and relocated to the Big Easy in December. We're told he purchased a 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath Uptown cottage for just over $1 million, about 20 minutes from the French Quarter. Our sources say the move was intentional ... he told people locally he wanted to "reset and refocus."

Family played a major role. Shia is extremely close with his dad Jeffrey, who lives in the area, and we're told the two regularly hit local bars together. Our sources say being closer to him was a priority.

Pop star Addison Rae’s dad was arrested for allegedly exposing his genitals ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, Monty Lopez -- birth name Manolito Juan Lopez -- was arrested on July 27, 2025.

The Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Office in Louisiana accused him of "exposing his genitals, pubic hair, in a public place or place open to public view, or in any prison or jail, with the intent of arousing sexual desire or which appealed to the prurient interest or was patently offensive." The incident allegedly occurred nearly a year earlier, on August 31, 2024.

10 AM PT -- We've obtained video showing the moments after Shia LaBeouf's fight outside the bar ... he's getting smacked around a bit as two men keep him subdued on the ground.

Shia LaBeouf wound up in police custody early Tuesday morning after a Mardi Gras brawl ... and now we have all the gritty details behind the arrest.

The New Orleans Police Department tells TMZ ... Shia was allegedly getting way too rowdy at a bar in the French Quarter. A staff member got Shia to leave ... but the actor allegedly began pummeling the staffer with a closed fist as soon as they got outside.

Alleged victims say Shia finally left, but then came back ... and this time he was even more aggressive, according to the police report. Video above shows the aftermath of the incident, with him treated at the scene ... and we obtained another video, showing the end of the fight outside the bar, and Shia's getting slapped around.

Police say it took multiple people to hold Shia down, and when they let him up, police say Shia went after the same worker from earlier, striking that person in the upper body ... then allegedly punched another person in the nose.

'Chicago Fire' Star Brittany Curran Arrested for Public Intoxication

"Chicago Fire" star Brittany Curran has been arrested, TMZ has learned.

According to the Burbank Police Department, the 35-year-old actress showed up at the police station showing "objective signs and symptoms of alcohol intoxication."

According to police, Brittany was so drunk she couldn't "answer basic questions, could not account for how she arrived at the location, and appeared unable to care for her own safety."

She was booked in Burbank, California on a charge of drunk in public - disorderly conduct.

In addition to "Chicago Fire," Curran is also known for her roles in "13 Going On 30" and "The Magicians."

We've reached out to Curran ... so far, no word back.

Olympian Fred Kerley Battery Case Dropped ... Lawyer Confirms

The battery charge against two-time Olympic medalist Fred Kerley was dropped on Tuesday, according to his lawyer, who tells TMZ Sports that prosecutors did the right thing.

Kerley, 30, shared the news on his Instagram after appearing in the 17th Judicial Circuit of Florida court with his lawyer, Richard L. Cooper.

"Pressure built me, it didn’t break me. Case dismissed. Victory secured," Kerley said in an IG caption.

Scott Peterson Pickleball Ass-Whoopin' Inmate Off the Hook

The inmate who beat the hell out of wife-killer Scott Peterson during a prison pickleball match has sidestepped criminal charges, TMZ has learned.

In March 2025, TMZ broke the story ... Peterson and fellow inmate Charles Miles got into a fight while playing pickleball at Mule Creek State Prison in Ione, California -- and it ended with Peterson getting his ass whooped.

Now, after an investigation, it looks like Miles is off the hook -- criminally speaking. Amador County District Attorney Scott Riebe tells TMZ ... "Mule Creek (State Prison) will not be referring the case to our office for prosecution."

As for why the case won't be referred ... Riebe declined to comment, pointing us to prison officials for the answer. We've reached out to the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation ... so far no word back.

Cain Velasquez -- a former UFC heavyweight champion -- has been reunited with his family after spending 11 months locked up for allegedly attempting to shoot a man accused of molesting one of his family members.

In video shared to X, you see the moment Cain gets dropped off by a shuttle and greets his kids after leaving a California prison Sunday. A mariachi band launched into a festive tune upon his arrival, making it an all-out welcome home party for the retired mixed martial artist.

Cain was released on parole.

11:53 PM PT -- Fox News has reported that at least three people have been detained in connection with the investigation into the disappearance of Nancy Guthrie, according to a local law enforcement source.

The Pima County Sheriff’s Department confirmed the activity at the neighboring residence is connected to the Guthrie investigation ... however, they’re keeping details under lock and key due to the joint nature of the investigation and a request from the FBI to stay tight-lipped.

Cops also clarified online speculation saying ... "Reporting that current law enforcement activity is surrounding a home belonging to a former county attorney is NOT accurate."

It looks like the biggest break yet in the Nancy Guthrie kidnapping ... Pima County deputies are swarming a home in the Tucson area, and apparently, taking multiple people into custody.

Rapper iHeartMemphis -- also known as iLoveMemphis -- was arrested early Tuesday morning after he streamed a dramatic standoff with Florida police during an apparent mental health crisis.

Plantation Police Department confirms to TMZ officers arrived at a residence Monday night, where the rapper -- real name Richard Maurice Colbert -- was armed and barricaded. Authorities successfully took him into custody on an active warrant for written or electronic threats to kill hours after they made initial contact.

Kim Delaney Cops Rush To Home, Husband Arrested

Kim Delaney's husband was arrested after deputies responded to a disturbance at the former "NYPD Blue" star's Los Angeles-area apartment ... TMZ has learned.

The L.A. County Sheriff's Department tells TMZ ... deputies responded to what was classified as a family disturbance on Sunday night. We're told deputies received four separate 911 calls reporting a possible verbal disturbance in a public area at the couple's apartment complex in Marina Del Rey.

According to the sheriff's department, Kim's hubby, James Morgan, was arrested at the scene for obstructing or delaying a public officer. He is currently still in custody and is due in court Tuesday.
