One of Shia LaBeouf's alleged assault victims from his crazy night in New Orleans Monday told police Shia repeatedly hurled gay slurs at him during the alleged attack.
In the official police incident report, obtained by TMZ, Shia allegedly called two men the F-word multiple times while striking them with closed fists. But he didn't stop there, continuing to spew slurs at them even when the cops were investigating the scene and arresting him.
According to the report, Shia said at one point, "These f*****s put me in jail. I'm a Catholic."

An out-of-control driver slammed into the back of a school bus on a Florida street, shearing off his roof, somehow survived ... and later got arrested for an unrelated crime.
Here's the deal ... the Lee County Sheriff's Office shared a video of a Jaguar rapidly accelerating down a road in Fort Myers Wednesday, running headlong into the bright yellow bus.
It looks like a pretty nasty crash initially ... with the car wedged hard underneath the rear of the bus. However, authorities say the driver -- 32-year-old Jacob Novak -- was relatively uninjured and no children were riding in the bus at the time. The bus driver was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
King Charles III Fully Supports Arrest Of Ex-Prince Andrew Amid Epstein Ties
King Charles III is weighing in on the arrest of his brother, formerly known as Prince Andrew, saying he fully supports the police investigation into Andrew's alleged wrongdoing in connection with convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.
As the world knows, Andrew was arrested Thursday by British cops at his home in England on suspicion of misconduct in public office.
The ex-royal has been under tremendous scrutiny due to his longtime association with Epstein, who died by suicide in his Manhattan jail cell while awaiting trial on federal sex trafficking charges in 2019.
King Charles has now issued a public statement, sharing that he's deeply concerned after learning of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor's arrest.
Charles then said there will be a "full, fair and proper process by which this issue is investigated in the appropriate manner and by the appropriate authorities."
Virginia Giuffre Family Slams Former Prince Andrew After Arrest
The family of the late Virginia Giuffre -- who publicly accused convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein and former Prince Andrew of sexual abuse, and died by suicide last year -- is applauding the Andrew's arrest Thursday.
Her brother Sky Roberts and sister-in-law Amanda Roberts told NBC News the arrest feels like a "surreal moment" and a "piece of justice" that Giuffre has been fighting for.
Her siblings told CBS News in a separate statement... "At last, today, our broken hearts have been lifted at the news that no one is above the law, not even royalty."
The younger brother of King Charles III was arrested over suspicions of misconduct in public office after being accused of sharing confidential information with Epstein while working for the British government in 2010.

The Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Office in Louisiana accused him of "exposing his genitals, pubic hair, in a public place or place open to public view, or in any prison or jail, with the intent of arousing sexual desire or which appealed to the prurient interest or was patently offensive." The incident allegedly occurred nearly a year earlier, on August 31, 2024.

Shia LaBeouf wound up in police custody early Tuesday morning after a Mardi Gras brawl ... and now we have all the gritty details behind the arrest.
The New Orleans Police Department tells TMZ ... Shia was allegedly getting way too rowdy at a bar in the French Quarter. A staff member got Shia to leave ... but the actor allegedly began pummeling the staffer with a closed fist as soon as they got outside.
Alleged victims say Shia finally left, but then came back ... and this time he was even more aggressive, according to the police report. According to the Burbank Police Department, the 35-year-old actress showed up at the police station showing "objective signs and symptoms of alcohol intoxication."
According to police, Brittany was so drunk she couldn't "answer basic questions, could not account for how she arrived at the location, and appeared unable to care for her own safety."
She was booked in Burbank, California on a charge of drunk in public - disorderly conduct.
In addition to "Chicago Fire," Curran is also known for her roles in "13 Going On 30" and "The Magicians."

11:53 PM PT -- Fox News has reported that at least three people have been detained in connection with the investigation into the disappearance of Nancy Guthrie, according to a local law enforcement source.
The Pima County Sheriff’s Department confirmed the activity at the neighboring residence is connected to the Guthrie investigation ... however, they’re keeping details under lock and key due to the joint nature of the investigation and a request from the FBI to stay tight-lipped.
Cops also clarified online speculation saying ... "Reporting that current law enforcement activity is surrounding a home belonging to a former county attorney is NOT accurate."
