Santos Salazar has been arrested yet again, this time on Catalina Island, and booked on a domestic battery charge ... TMZ has learned.

According to booking records, Salazar was arrested on Wednesday by deputies with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department and is facing a misdemeanor charge. His bail was set at $20,000.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Salazar was booked at a LASD station jail and bonded out later that night.

A Massachusetts mom accused of murdering her two young children before fleeing to Vermont is asking the judge to release her from custody or dismiss her case.

Janette MacAusland's lawyer, Joseph Krowski, asked the judge to either let his client go or dismiss the case on Thursday ... as prosecutors in Vermont told the court they're still waiting for the official cause and manner of death from the medical examiner's office.

Krowski argued that there wasn't enough information to keep his client locked up ... but a judge shot him down and said she'll continue to be held without bail.

A Secret Service agent's masturbation bust is as embarrassing as you'd expect ... body cam video caught him in a hotel hallway with his belt undone.

TMZ obtained the arrest footage from the Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office ... you can see the tasers trained on John Spillman as authorities yell at him to get up against the wall.

As he starts to slide down the wall, you can see his belt's unbuckled and his pants are undone before authorities pin him to the ground and cuff him.

Fake 49ers player Daejon Love was still repping the NFL team when the feds finally caught up with him ... we obtained video of his arrest, and he's wearing Niners colors.

The clip shows Love outside Boise Airport on August 24, exiting a white Corvette as law enforcement takes him into custody. He still appears to be wearing a 49ers headband and shirt -- seemingly committed to the bit right up until the cuffs went on.

His alleged accomplice, Taylor Chan, can also be seen getting arrested in the video.

The unruly American Airlines passenger duct-taped to his seat following an in-flight meltdown was quickly taken into custody by law enforcement, who whisked him off the plane when it landed in Maryland ... and the police drama was partly caught on video.

TMZ obtained new footage showing a handful of police officers standing over the passenger, identified as 67-year-old Arthur Layne Lundeen, after the AA plane landed last Thursday at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport.

As you can see, the officers are talking with Lundeen, who is still sitting in his seat, moments before they remove him from the plane. 

Corie Walsh's former high school friend says she's struggling to reconcile the woman she knew as a teenager with the disturbing allegations now surrounding the Illinois mom accused of killing her 2-year-old son.

The former classmate tells TMZ she knew Corie during their high school years at a small Catholic school, although they hadn't been in contact since -- but says every interaction she had with Walsh was positive, remembering her as "beautiful, kind, intelligent, talented and giving."

The woman says Corie was involved in the school's poms team, Helping Hands club, senior Powderpuff games and liturgy through Mass. She says Walsh seemed to know everyone and was friendly with people from all different groups.

Corie Walsh planned on killing her husband when he arrived home after she killed her son ... at least according to prosecutors.

A man suspected of stalking Kris Jenner was arrested Monday after her security team stopped him in the neighborhood ... before he could get anywhere near her home.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... the suspect, Zenwilliam Robson, was detained by Kris' security before he could even reach Kris' property and was caught well before he could get to the house.

According to NBC4, the suspect had tried to contact the "The Kardashians" star several times in the past. The outlet says Los Angeles County Sheriff's deputies arrested him on suspicion of stalking. He was later charged with one misdemeanor count of trespassing and refusing to leave private property.

TikToker Kirby Johnson's father Gordon Johnson became "verbally violent" during an altercation with his wife that landed him in jail ... at least according to cops, who say he told them it all started after his better half made fun of the way he was breathing.

According to the arrest report, obtained by TMZ, Gordon told cops his wife "got annoyed at the way he was breathing, started imitating him, and they argued back and forth."

Gordon denied making any threats to harm her, but his wife told cops he threatened her, saying "I'll f***ing kill you" after she says she learned of his infidelity ... this according to the Monroe County Sheriff's Office.

Sophie Rain's alleged burglar made some concerning statements about the OnlyFans model at a crisis center … only months after cops say he tried to break into her home ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, the man, Connor Litka, made the remarks to a staff member at the crisis center. The docs say Connor said that in July 2025 he stopped taking his psychiatric medication.

A staff member at the crisis center says he reported to an employee that he and his girlfriend Sophie took a "blood oath" and it was an "intense experience." The report said Connor told staff he wanted to get out of "here" and claimed he wanted to leave South Bend, Indiana, and go back to "Florida to be with Sophie."

The Secret Service agent accused of beating his meat in a Miami hotel hallway has prosecutors hunting for one potentially key piece of evidence ... surveillance video.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, prosecutors asked a judge last month to delay John Spillman's trial, saying they still needed some additional time for "essential discovery" -- including CCTV footage.

As TMZ previously reported ... Spillman was arrested in May after hotel guests told investigators he followed them from the lobby of the DoubleTree near Miami International Airport before allegedly exposing himself and masturbating outside their room.

The probable cause affidavit, obtained by TMZ, lays out all the allegations against Jack, who cops say got into a heated argument Friday afternoon with his girlfriend inside a Florida home.

Cops say the woman told officers Jack ran up to her and got right in her face during a confrontation, scaring the heck out of her. As a result, the woman says she used her arm to put some distance between her and Jack.

Former UFC star Diego Sanchez is back behind bars ... after cops in New Mexico busted him for allegedly driving drunk.

Sanchez was arrested Monday by the Socorro City Police Department and booked into the Socorro County Jail, records show. He's facing an aggravated DUI charge, along with a probation violation.

According to the booking info, Diego's blood-alcohol level was allegedly greater than .16 ... more than twice the legal limit.
