Attention gentlemen -- and women, perhaps -- Anne Heche is single again.

A judgment was entered in Heche's divorce from Coleman Laffoon on March 4, meaning they are officially divorced.

TheyΩ get 50/50 custody of Homer. Anne has to pay Coleman $3,700 a month in child support. Anne is also paying Coleman a lump sum of $515,000.

A judge today ordered Gibson to fork over $65,000 to his estranged wife Norma. In addition, he'll shell out $6,230/month in support, pay her rent ($2,730) and make her car payments ($800). But don't worry -- the judge ruled Tyrese can write off the rent and car payments!

Tanya Young Williams claims she's the victim of "cruel and inhumane treatment" and that it's unsafe to live with her hubby anymore.

In divorce papers filed today in New York City and obtained by TMZ, Tanya claims, among other things, Jayson faked suicide and stomach cancer, and told her he was "going down on white girls" (she's Black).

Tanya also claims she found cocaine and condoms in Jayson's drawer. She says he threatened to kill her and once threatened to kill her. She also says Williams repeatedly refilled prescriptions for Cialis, even though they had limited sexual interaction.

And she claims he peed in the sink.

Tanya wants a cut of Jayson's assets, their New York home, sole custody of their two kids, spousal support and other stuff.

Williams is awaiting retrial for allegedly shooting his chauffeur to death.

A rep for Williams could not be reached for comment.

She's stood what she can stand ... but Jodie Sweetin' can't stand her husband anymore -- 'cause now the "Full House" star is pulling the trigger on her marriage.

Lawyers for former star/meth addict Jodie Sweetin filed a motion today to change her separation to a full-out divorce from hubby, Cody Herpin.

Both sides were in court today as part of their infamously bitter custody battle -- they each submitted clean drug tests to the court. The two sides are also debating over whether or not proceedings should be open to the public -- she wants it private, he does not.

Sweetin filed for separation back in November. In December, a judge ruled she is not allowed to see her 8-month-old daughter without supervision.

Her soon-to-be ex husband Daniel Giersch still contends Kelly is too crazed while she's filming, which isn't a good influence on their son.

Fabiana Udenio, who quite famously portrayed Alotta Fagina in the movie "Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery," is officially going back on the market.

Fabiana has filed for divorce from her husband of 4 years, Robert Macleod. Udenio blames the break-up on "irreconcilable differences. "

So is the life of Cristina Schultz Warthen -- a Stanford law grad who allegedly boasted online she paid off her student loans by working as a high-priced hooker.

Warthen was indicted in 2003 -- a year before she married the founder of Ask.com, David Warthen.

So Monday Cristina agreed to pay back $313,134 in fines. Warthen's Tuesday divorce filing cites irreconcilable differences. Ya think?

The final judgment in A-Rod and Cynthia's divorce was filed on January 12th in Miami-Dade County Court, calling their relationship "irretrievably broken," according the NY Post.

The terms of the financial settlement were not disclosed, but it's safe to say Cynthia got some fabulous parting gifts.

Madonna will be hauling her sons Rocco and David back to the US after getting temporary permission to remove them from the UK and have them live in the US.

A source close to the dealing over the two boys tells the Evening Standard, "Everything is going to be resolved in the next couple of weeks. Everything is going well." If and when the custody situation is resolved, the divorce battle between Madge and Guy Ritchie will pretty much be done.

The couple is expected to share custody of the kids, while Guy will get around $75 mil of Madonna's money.

The judge said Kelly can go on Sunday and her estranged hubby Daniel Giersch is free to travel there as well. He had argued he needed to stay in L.A. to do his business, but the judge begged to differ. Daniel told the court he will travel to New York.

Rutherford filed for divorce on December 30. She is also pregnant.

Giersch was awarded two overnight visits per week for the month of February and three per week for March. They all need to come back to L.A. for a minimum of four days, at least twice. During the L.A. stays, Hermes will alternate between the two parents.

The judge also ruled 2-year-old Hermes will bounce between NYC and L.A. for the next two months while the feuding couple tries to hash out a long-term custody arrangement. Good luck.
