If you had a crush on Winnie Cooper from "The Wonder Years," now is your chance to strike ... Danica McKellar is officially divorced.

As TMZ first reported, McKellar filed for divorce from hubby Mike Verta last June. She cited irreconcilable differences.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, a judge made the divorce official this week and ordered the pre-nup -- which the couple signed in March 2009 -- is still valid.

Tareq Salahi is finally moving on ... dog-wise, at least. Dog sources tell TMZ ... the famed White House crasher has replaced his beloved Doberman Pinscher with ... another Dobie.

You'll recall ... Tareq formerly shared a Doberman named Rio with ex-wife Michaele ... that is, before she turned into a Journey-banging groupie and left him. Rio got super depressed soon after ... and later died of a broken heart ... at least that's Tareq's story.

And get this -- we're told the first thing the 1-year-old doggie replacement did was run over to Rio's grave and pay tribute to the fallen pooch.

As for a name ... it's between either Bruno or Bravo.

Diane Lane is divorcing Josh Brolin -- which is not great news for the ex-couple ... but is a great excuse to remind us why we love Diane so much. Roll those killer sex scenes!

5:00 PM PT -- Sources tell us ... the woman in the photo is only Josh's (hot) assistant.

Josh Brolin doesn't seem too crushed in the wake of his impending divorce from Diane Lane -- stepping out in L.A. earlier today with a beautiful mystery girl ... sporting his trademark squinty smirk thing.

TMZ broke the story ... Lane filed for divorce from Brolin on February 15th -- the day after Valentine's Day -- citing "irreconcilable differences."

Lane listed the legal date of separation as February 13th but we know Lane claims they've actually been separated longer.

10:33 AM PST: The divorce documents cite "irreconcilable differences." Lane wants her name restored to Diane Lane -- it's currently Diane Lane Brolin.

Diane Lane is the one who threw in the towel ... we've learned she's the one who filed legal docs for divorce from Josh Brolin.

We found the legal docs, which were filed February 15 -- right after Valentine's Day -- in L.A. County Superior Court.

We know Lane claims she has been separated from Brolin for quite a while, although the legal date of separation on the docs is listed as February 13.

They definitely had issues in the past. Four months after they married in 2004, Brolin was arrested for spousal battery, but Lane recanted her story and charges were never filed.

He was also arrested for fighting in a bar in Louisiana in 2008. Drinking was involved. Interestingly, when he was arrested, he turned to his buddy, actor Jeffrey Wright, and said, "My wife is gonna be so happy." The charges were eventually dismissed.

And Brolin was arrested in Santa Monica this past New Year's Day for public intoxication.

Nonetheless ... a source connected with the couple tells TMZ ... "There were no dark issues between them. They still love and respect each other. This was a successful marriage that ran its course."

"MADtv" funnyman Aries Spears isn't laughing at this punch line ... TMZ has learned, his wife of 2 years has filed for divorce.

Spears' wife Elisa Larregui filed the docs in L.A. County Superior Court, citing "irreconcilable differences." The two were married back in December 2010 and separated on February 5th. They have one 3-year-old son.

According to the divorce docs, Elisa wants full legal and physical custody of their son. Elisa only wants Aries to be allowed MONITORED visitation. She also wants spousal support.

So far, it's unclear how Aries and Elisa plan to divide their assets.

We reached out to Aries Spears for comment -- so far, no word back.

Another celebrity power couple bites the dust ... Josh Brolin and Diane Lane are calling it quits on their 8-year marriage.

A spokesperson for the couple announced the two are going their separate ways -- it's unclear if they have officially filed for divorce.

Josh and Diane were married in 2004 -- and have no children together.

The union hasn't exactly been smooth sailing -- just months after they tied the knot, Josh was arrested for spousal battery. The charges were later dropped.

Josh has starred in a ton of huge movies -- including "True Grit," "Milk," "No Country for Old Men" and "W."

Lane's credits ain't exactly shabby either ... she's been in hits like "The Perfect Storm," "Unfaithful," and "Under the Tuscan Sun."

Lil Wayne's not the only one who's got beef with Dwyane Wade ... the Miami Heat star's also made an enemy of his ex-wife -- who's now accusing the basketball star of depriving their children of life-saving asthma medication.

Siohvaughn Wade just filed docs in their ongoing custody dispute, claiming Dwyane "has never obtained any asthma inhalers or asthma nebulizer machines for the children since [Dwyane] was awarded children in his custody on March 11, 2011."

Siohvaughn says the ex-couple's two kids both suffer from the condition and require constant supervision.

But according to the docs, "[Dwyane] recklessly failed to provide the five and ten-year-old children with any medication for a life-threatening illness."

Siohvaughn says Dwyane is putting their kids' lives in danger as a result -- and now, she wants a court to ORDER him to be more attentive ... as well as keep her apprised of the kids' medical treatment.

But it doesn't end there -- Siohvaughn also claims Dwyane's been screwing her out of parenting time ... "continuously and willfully making every effort to alienate the children from [her]."

She wants Dwyane prosecuted for visitation abuse.

Adrienne Maloof is breaking up with the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" -- informing producers she does not want return to the show next season, TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Adrienne tell TMZ she has had multiple talks with the show's honchos over the past few months ... discussing her desire to leave the show.

We're told Adrienne believes the intrusiveness of the show has "ruined" her family and personal life.

Our sources also made it clear ... Adrienne's departure has nothing to do with finances (she's worth millions), catfights with other cast members, or her recent divorce from Paul Nassif -- with whom she fought constantly on the show.

Kris Humphries is so hell-bent on humiliating Kim Kardashian ... he's willing to screw over his team and risk the NBA championship ... just to face off with her in court.

A judge has set a May 6th trial date for K & K's long-awaited showdown. Kim has wanted a simple divorce for nearly a year-and-a-half, but Kris wants an annulment on grounds she allegedly defrauded him ... he also wants to prove her reality show is fake.

Problem is ... Kris' team, the Brooklyn Nets, are on track to score a spot in the 2013 Playoffs -- which run from April 20th to June 20th.

Since the trial could last 2-3 days ... Kris has several options:

1. Settle the case BEFORE it goes to trial so he can play in the playoffs.
2. Play in Playoff games but miss the trial. It can go on without him, though it puts him at a handicap.
3. Go to the trial and let his team down

Sources close to Kris tell TMZ ... the NBA'er has already made up his mind -- if the Nets make the playoffs, and the trial falls on game days ... he'll ditch the games.

Now the really stupid part. There's no way Kris is going to win this trial. The judge will grant the divorce and Kris will get no money, because of the prenup (and the fact the marriage lasted 72 days). As for what Kris will risk ... his 2-year, $24 million contract.

What's that saying? Bros before ... ?

Kim Kardashian will not be able to shake Kris Humphries out of her life for 3 more months ... because a judge just set their divorce trial for May 6.

Kim's lawyer, Laura Wasser, had been gunning for a trial next month -- claiming Kris' lawyers have abused the legal system by stalling for no good reason. The judge finally laid down the law and set a trial date, but the first available time for the trial is May.

Kris' lawyer predictably tried to get another delay before setting a trial date, but the judge wasn't buying what he was selling.

TMZ broke the story ... one of Kris' lawyers bailed on his client yesterday, citing "irreconcilable differences." Sources tell us ... the lawyer felt Kris was full of BS wanting an annulment, because there was no proof of fraud.

"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Paul Nassif tells TMZ, he's only been dating his smoking hot 27-year-old beauty queen girlfriend for SIX WEEKS -- which squarely contradicts a report he was banging the girl while still with his wife Adrienne Maloof.

Reports circulated Paul has been dating former Miss Nevada USA Helen Salas since April last year -- four months before Paul filed for divorce in August.

But last night, as Paul and Helen arrived to The Ivy for dinner, the couple told us they only met 6 weeks ago ... several months after the divorce filing.

As for Adrienne ... she's also dating a much younger person -- Rod Stewart's 32-year-old son Sean Stewart.

Even Kris Humphries' soon-to-be ex-lawyer thinks Kris is abusing the legal system by fighting for an annulment from Kim Kardashian ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected with Kris tell TMZ ... attorney Marshall Waller made it clear to his client ... there are NO legal grounds for annulling his marriage to Kim, because there's absolutely NO evidence of fraud.

Our sources say Waller and Kris reached an impasse ... because Kris' out-of-state attorney, Lee Hutton won't budge from the whole annulment thing. So, as TMZ first reported, Waller filed legal docs Thursday asking the judge to get him the hell out of the case.

And get this ... In Waller's motion to be relieved as counsel, he zings Kris by saying they have "irreconcilable differences" -- EXACTLY the grounds for a garden-variety divorce.

One final thing ... lawyers for Kim and Kris are in court this morning, and as we previously reported, Kim's lawyer, disso-queen Laura Wasser, will demand a trial date as early as next month. The question now -- will Kris argue that since he just lost his California lawyer, he needs more time?

Kris Humphries' lawyer has quit his divorce case, saying he and Kris just don't see eye-to-eye on the Kim Kardashian divorce.

In the documents ... obtained by TMZ ... Marshall Waller says there has been an "irremediable breakdown of the attorney-client relationship." Waller says he's communicated the difference with Kris -- to no avail.

Kris Humphries is threatening to destroy Kim Kardashian's reality TV career, unless he gets what he wants in their divorce case ... this according to legal docs obtained by TMZ.

Disso queen Laura Wasser complains in new docs ... Humphries' lawyer, Lee Hutton, was LYING when he told the judge he didn't tell her he was on a mission to "blow the lid off reality television"

What's more ... Wasser strongly insinuates Humphries and Hutton have been threatening to use the divorce case to "expose" Kim's show, unless they get money and/or an annulment.

As for Hutton's threat, Wasser says he bluntly told her, "The Kardashians or Bunim-Murray [producers of 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians'] do not want that to happen."

Wasser says Hutton has virtually ignored the divorce ... she says 95% of his deposition questions have been about the ins and outs of Kim's show. Among the questions Hutton asked producers:

• "Is any aspect of season 6 [which features Humphries] scripted? If so, who maintains those scripts?"
• "Are storyboards created for season 6?"
• "It's not uncommon for a producer ... to give direction to cast members during a particular scene, is it?"
• "Can you tell me who gave direction to the characters for the Bora Bora episode on what topics they should discuss? [The episode in which Kris finds out Kim had previously been married]."

Ouch.
