Ashton to Demi Keep Your Trap Shut About My Biz ... or Else
Ashton Kutcher is no fool ... he's willing to give his forever-estranged wife Demi Moore all of the financial records of the technology business he started AFTER they split ... but only if she signs a confidentiality agreement.
As TMZ first reported ... the former couple's divorce is being bogged down by various financial demands Demi is making. Demi -- who's worth a lot more than Ashton -- wants, among other things, a piece of A-Grade Investments, a company Ashton founded with mogul Ron Burkle.
Sources connected with the couple tell TMZ ... Ashton is scoffing at Demi's claim, since he founded the company -- which invests in tech start-ups -- AFTER he split with her.
But we've learned Ashton's willing to let Demi and her lawyers look at the financial records of A-Grade, but only if she signs a confidentiality agreement. She signed it, and it's now been filed with the court.
Short story -- the money fight continues.

Steve Nash L.A. Is a TERRIBLE Place to Raise Kids
5:20 PM -- Both sides have rested their case, which is now in the hands of the judge. We're told a ruling could take up to 60 days.
4:30 PM -- Nash just finished his turn on the stand ... saying his ex-wife has been making it EXTREMELY difficult to see his kids in Phoenix ... so it makes NO SENSE that she wants to move to L.A. so they can see him more often.
Nash said he sees the kids in Arizona at LEAST as much as would in L.A. ... and maintained that her only motivation for moving is so California courts can nail him for child support -- which he says would really only support her lavish taste.
“A major reason we divorced was her incessant spending, social climbing, materialism,” he said.
Nash testified about several occasions when Alejandra made it difficult for him to see 8-year-old twin girls Lola and Bella, and 2-year-old son Matteo Joel … including a Christmas homestand, when Nash wanted his girlfriend to escort the kids on a flight to L.A.
“She had none of that,” Nash said.
Nash said he can totally afford child support ... he just doesn't want it to ruin his kids: “I don’t want my high-privileged lifestyle ... to be an artificial environment.”
Steve Nash -- who plays for the LOS ANGELES Lakers -- just trashed L.A. in open court ... claiming the City of Angels is NO PLACE to raise a family.
Nash slammed L.A. on the stand in his legal war with ex-wife Alejandra ... saying point blank, "I don't want my kids to grow up in L.A."
Of course, Alejandra doesn't believe that -- she thinks Steve's trying to block her from moving the kids to L.A. because the Arizona courts aren't making him pay a penny in child support and he's afraid a California judge would nail him.

Steve Nash I'm NOT Trying to Duck Child Support
Steve Nash is NOT trying to weasel out of paying child support to his ex-wife ... this according to Nash's attorney who tells TMZ accusations to the contrary are "absolute nonsense."
Nash and his lawyer Robert Schwartz just strolled back into a Maricopa County courtroom in AZ ... where they're set to do battle with Steve's ex-wife Alejandra for the 2nd day in their nasty child support war.
As we previously reported, Alejandra believes the Lakers star is trying to block her from moving with their 3 kids from PHX to L.A. because Steve doesn't want to pay child support. As we reported, Nash is not paying child support in Arizona, but if his wife and kids move to California a judge would likely make a significant dent in Nash's wallet.
On his way into court, Steve didn't want to talk about the allegation -- but his lawyer did ... saying, "That is absolute nonsense and it's not accurate at all."
Alejandra arrived to court soon after.
We're told the judge is expected to deliver a ruling in the case by the end of the day.

Steve Nash My Ex-Wife Was SCHEMING to Nail Me for Child Support
Steve Nash's attorney is grilling the NBA star's ex-wife like a cheeseburger ... accusing Alejandra of scheming behind Steve's back so she could trap him into paying child support, TMZ has learned.
Alejandra Amarilla is currently on the stand in an Arizona courtroom in the former couple's nasty custody hearing ... and things are getting pretty intense.
Moments ago, Steve's lawyer hammered Alejandra in open court -- saying, "You saw the trade [from the Phoenix Suns to the Lakers] as a way to obtain a higher child support amount regardless of what was best for the kids, didn't you?"
Alejandra denied the allegation -- shooting back with a simple, "No."
Then, Nash's attorney produced an email that Alejandra supposedly sent to a 3rd party -- in which it appears Alejandra discusses a plot to trap Nash into paying child support.
The email reads -- "My position is we are moving to California because [our children's] father is there. I believe the school is a great fit for them. I can't buy a home unless we get child support. Plan is to move to CA. Wait 6 months then get court involved in child support."
As we previously reported, Alejandra is adamant she only wants to move to L.A. so the kids can spend more time with their father -- who plays for the Lakers and lives in Manhattan Beach.
Nash -- who forked over roughly $5 mil in the divorce settlement -- currently pays ZERO dollars in child support in Arizona ... but that figure could rise substantially if Alejandra is allowed to move to CA.

Steve Nash All Smiles Outside Court
Steve Nash was in a surprisingly good mood this afternoon on his way into court -- where his ex-wife is currently fighting him tooth and nail to move their kids to L.A. ... and squeeze him for tons of child support.
We asked Steve a bunch of questions on his way back from lunch -- like why he really doesn't want his kids to move to L.A. ... and whether he can elaborate on his refusal to retire from basketball. He responds to one of them. Check the clip.
TMZ broke the story ... Alejandra Nash filed court papers last week, asking a judge to lift a restraining order Steve had obtained against her ... blocking her from moving their 3 kids to L.A.
Alejandra believes Nash wants her to stay put in Phoenix because it's a lot easier to obtain child support in California ... and Steve doesn't want to pay up.
For his part, Steve has said he wants Alejandra to stay in Phoenix in case he's traded or forced to retire ... so the family isn't uprooted a second time.
Steve famously signed with the L.A. Lakers over the N.Y. Knicks in order to be closer to his kids ... so it's a little weird he's fighting Alejandra on the move.

Steve Nash to Judge: I Have NO PLANS to Retire
39-year-old Steve Nash swore under penalty of perjury ... the Los Angeles Lakers star has no plans to hang up his jersey and retire from basketball, TMZ has learned.
The revelation ironically came in the middle of a legal war he's having with his ex-wife over her plans to move with their kids from Arizona to California.
Steve is trying to block the move ... his ex believes it's because Nash fears a California judge would nail him for child support.
Steve is on the stand right now ... and that's where he revealed he plans to stick around the NBA for a while. In fact, Steve said he has more than a year left on the lease for his sweet pad in Manhattan Beach, the city that a bunch of the Lakers call home.

Kordell Stewart Porsha's House Problems Are Her Own Damn Fault
Ex-NFL star Kordell Stewart says his estranged wife's dire financial problems are her own fault -- claiming she's an entitled brat who's terrible with money and there's no way in hell he's coughing up a dime to get her a new house.
TMZ broke the story ... "Real Housewives of ATL" star Porsha Williams filed docs in her nasty divorce with KS claiming he locked her out of their marital home, has refused to find her a new pad, and she's been forced to shack up with her mom. She asked a judged to force Kordell to help her out.
Now, Kordell is firing back in legal docs, claiming Porsha's attempt to victimize herself as "locked out" is a sick ploy to "make herself more marketable in the media" and couldn't be further from the truth.
Here's Kordell's version of what happened:
KS says he texted Porsha, telling her he was changing the locks DAYS before he pulled the trigger. He claimed it was for security purposes and added, "If and when you need to get in give me a heads up."
He says he even told his lawyer to get a list from Porsha of everything she needed to gain access to the marital home and he'd be happy to cover it. He added that she could get her belongings whenever she needed.
Kordell also argues that Porsha is a celebrity who makes a ton of cash, but due to her own "financial negligence" finds herself strapped ... and living with her mother.
To make his point, Kordell claims Porsha uses her money for "grooming and clothing items" -- rather than paying her bills -- which he claims is why she had her condo foreclosed and failed to pay her taxes.
In light of all of this ... Kordell is asking a judge shoot down her request for temporary relief.

Mayim Bialik Divorce Final The Valley Divided!
"Big Bang Theory" star Mayim Bialik and her ex-hubby took the high road in finalizing their divorce -- splitting their real-estate evenly -- but upon further inspection it's clear, Mayim was the real winner.
According to docs, as part of Mayim's divorce settlement from non-famous person Michael Stone ... she scored the couple's 1,400-square-foot, 1-bedroom pad in Studio City.
Her ex got the couple's 1,300-square-foot, 3-bedroom casa in nearby Sherman Oaks.
While they're both similar in size, Mayim's pad is up in the hills -- views, mountains, wildlife.
Stone's pad is down in the flatlands -- Target, Costco, Zankou Chicken.
FYI -- The couple married in 2003 and filed for divorce in Nov. 2012. They have two sons together.
It's unclear why they only bought houses in The Valley.

Billionaire Kirk Kerkorian My Ex-Wife Is A Habitual LIAR!
Kirk Kerkorian -- the billionaire who once owned United Artists and the MGM Hotel in Vegas -- has fired back against his ex-wife who is gunning to put him under a conservatorship, calling her a serial liar motivated by unbridled greed.
Lisa Bonder had filed legal docs claiming the 95-year-old Kirk was being held hostage by people in his company and she wanted someone to step in and, at the very least, allow Kirk to re-establish a relationship with their 15-year-old daughter Kira.
Now Kirk has fired back in legal docs, saying, "The only person Lisa Bonder has ever cared about is Lisa Bonder." Kirk says Lisa is a proven liar many times over -- for starters, he notes she deceived him into believing Kira was his kid by rigging a DNA test -- he says she took the DNA from Kirk's natural child and passed it off as Kira's.
Even though Kirk's not the dad, he stepped up for benefit of Kira and agreed to pay child support, but he says it's never been enough for Lisa. Kirk had agreed to pay $50,000 a month in child support, but Lisa wanted $100,000. After Kirk agreed to pay her $100k and gave her more than $10 million to just go away, she came back and asked for $500k a month.
Kirk notes in the docs that Lisa has lied to multiple judges about what she claims are Kira's needs, only to be shut down and exposed as a liar.
Kirk believes Lisa wants a conservatorship because she thinks she can screw him out of more money with a conservator.
Short story -- they don't get along.

NBA Star Tim Duncan I'm Too Busy To Get Divorced
NBA superstar Tim Duncan has filed legal docs in his divorce case, asking the judge to put the brakes on the dissolution of his marriage until the San Antonio Spurs clinch the NBA championship.
TMZ has obtained legal docs filed in Bexar County, Texas, in which Duncan makes the case that his employment "is currently making extraordinary demands on him and hopefully will continue to make those demands for the next 30 or so days." Translation -- he's banking on a ring.
Duncan's wife, Amy, filed for divorce in March, saying she wanted to end their 12-year marriage which she says has become "insupportable because of discord and conflict."
In the docs, Duncan reveals he has a prenup, which he wants enforced. This is important because Duncan got married 4 years AFTER he was selected in the first round of the NBA draft. In 2012, he inked a 3-year, $36 million deal, and that's just the last contract. Dude is worth a fortune.
Duncan also says he expects he and Amy will reach an agreement on financial support for their two small kids.
BTW ... Duncan's request may not be wishful thinking. The Spurs are up 2-0 on the Memphis Grizzlies and just 2 victories from playing in the NBA finals.

Steve Nash's Ex-Wife He's Banning Me From L.A. to Avoid Child Support
Steve Nash is making a full-court press to block his ex-wife from moving from Phoenix to L.A. with their 3 kids so he can avoid paying child support ... this according to court docs filed by his ex.
Nash and his ex Alejandra are locked in a legal battle royale over where she's allowed to move. Alejandra wants to relocate from Phoenix to L.A. ... so the kids can be closer to Steve. But the b-baller has vigorously tried to block the move, which is curious because he famously chose the Lakers over the New York Knicks to be closer to the youngins.
Alejandra says Nash has told her he didn't want her to move out West because he might be traded or forced into retirement ... which would mean uprooting the family again.
But Alejandra says Nash is simply blowing smoke -- and that the REAL reason he wants her to stay put in PHX is because California courts are likely to impose huge child support obligations against him -- something the Phoenix courts have not done.
Alejandra claims Steve is not paying a cent in child support ... zip, zero, zilch ... and he doesn't want to blow a good thing.
Alejandra says Steve's admitted that living so far from the kids is tough on him and them ... and it would be better for everyone if they could spend more time together ... but his desire to save a few bucks on child support is trumping his obligation to his family.
For now ... a judge has issued a restraining order, prohibiting Alejandra from moving West until their trial, which is scheduled for next week.

Arnold & Maria The Secret Butt Grab [VIDEO]
And now, definitive proof Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver are definitely maybe BACK TOGETHER -- Arnold totally grabbed Maria's butt last weekend ... and TMZ has video.
As we reported, Arnold and Maria were attending their daughter Christina's graduation at Georgetown ... and while people were milling around everywhere, Arnold casually cupped Maria's backside. It's subtle, but it happened.
FYI, Arnold has been obsessed with Maria's caboose since he met her in the '70s -- in fact, Arnold recently told a story on "60 Minutes" about how he told Maria's mother her daughter had a "great ass."
This video seems to suggest the latter ... but we still gotta ask ...

ARNOLD & MARIA It's NOT Over Yet
Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver are in no rush to get divorced ... and there are 2 lines of speculation -- either they're so rich it doesn't matter, or they may actually get back together.
Several sources connected to the former couple tell TMZ ... neither Arnold nor Maria feel any urgency to get a judge to make the divorce official, even though all of the money and custody issues have been worked out. The reason, they say, is simple ... They're worth approximately $400 million -- which they agree they'll split down the middle -- so it's not like they need the divorce to buy a house.
Short story -- neither one of them is in a hurry to pull the trigger, because it will have NO IMPACT on their day-to-day lives.
And other sources say there's a different reason why they haven't gotten divorced -- they are not done with each other, and there's still a chance they'll get back together. Our sources say both Arnold and Maria have sent mixed messages to their friends and family -- at times saying they want the divorce, and other times talking about how they still feel love for their longtime partner.
One source says ... lately Maria is more amenable to divorce because she's hearing that Arnold has a girlfriend.
FYI, Arnold and Maria were together last weekend at their daughter Christina's graduation ... looking pretty happy.
