Victoria Rowell - who played Drucilla on "The Young and the Restless" -- is getting divorced, and the backstory to her marriage is fascinating.

Victoria's husband, collage artist and sculptor Radcliffe Bailey, filed to end their 4-year marriage. TMZ has obtained the settlement agreement, which shows the couple had a prenup so no money was on the line. And, they had no kids, so it seems the divorce was pretty simple, with one caveat.

According to the settlement, "Each agrees that he or she shall not in any manner disturb, bother, harass or otherwise interfere with the other party."

54-year-old Victoria lived in a number of foster homes. When she married Radcliffe a number of her foster mothers were on hand at the New Hampshire church.

Victoria has tons of credits, including "Cosby," "Fresh Prince of Bel Air" and 9 years on both "Y&R" and "Diagnosis: Murder." And best of all ... she plays Amanda in "Grand Theft Auto V."

She once said, her dating experiences were like "the desert -- just enough water for inspiration."

Looks like it's back to the well.

The hot queen on "Game of Thrones" just struck a deal with her ex-husband -- they both must download an app that PROHIBITS them from texting or emailing while driving ... for the sake of their kid.

Lena Headey -- who plays Queen Cersei -- just sealed her divorce settlement with Peter Loughran. Peter has driving issues -- a very bad accident. So Lena was concerned about Peter driving their 3-year-old son around, and imposed a requirement that he download a smartphone app that prevents him from sending or receiving text messages while driving. The app also blocks the Internet. She agreed to do the same.

The boy is now a very young jet setter ... because Lena is going to take him along for the ride when she shoots the show in exotic locations, such as Ireland, Croatia and other places. But there's a cost to all of this. Lena has to pay so Peter can tag along. He gets airfare -- the least expensive class with a bed -- plus 1K a month in expenses.

The actor who voices the Spongebob's best friend, Patrick Star, is lookin' fresh these days, because his estranged wife just took him to the cleaners ... TMZ has learned.

Bill Fagerbakke and his wife, Catherine, just got legally separated. For some reason, without even getting divorced, they entered into a property settlement agreement ... obtained by TMZ.

Here's the lowdown:

-- Catherine gets 50% of all earnings, including what Bill made on "Coach" and "Spongebob" -- he averages around $700K a year.

-- Catherine gets the $2.4 million family house

-- Catherine gets $13,500 a month in spousal support

-- Catherine gets a 2010 Lexus hybrid SUV

-- Bill gets to keep his $3,000 security deposit on the home he's renting

-- Bill gets to keep his hoopty -- a 2011 Mini Cooper

But one bright light for Bill ... he gets to keep his cherry '54 Chevy.

"Vampire Diaries" star Paul Wesley is rightfully sucking the joint bank account dry ... we've learned he's getting the lion's share of loot in his divorce from Torrey DeVitto ... a divorce that is now final.

Turns out Paul and Torrey -- who also appeared on the show -- signed a prenup -- obtained by TMZ -- that keeps all their earnings separate ... and he made WAY more than her. On top of that, the prenup provides he gets all the money he fronted for the purchase of their home -- $730,593 -- and she gets what she put in -- a measly $10K.

They were certainly into motor vehicles. He gets to keep the Prius, the Triumph Bonneville chopper and an Audi Q5. She gets an Audi A4.

The couple married back in April 2011 and separated in July. They have no children together.

So who's the sucker now?

Denise just responded to the story via Twitter ...

Charlie Sheen has declared nuclear war on his ex-wife Denise Richards ... blasting her as a "heartless" and "ugly" hag who's holding their children hostage.

Sheen just blasted Richards ... again ... this time, he's furious that Denise won't let their children visit him to exchange Christmas gifts.

Charlie expressed his anger in a series of texts ... saying, "lemme see if I got this straight; you won't even spring the girls for 30 mins, from the 10 mil house I gave you, (100 yds away) to come down and open the gifts their dad bought them before they leave??"

"I hope your stocking is bronze-age coal stuffed along with an assortment of 8x10's of yours so you can see how despicable and heartlessly ugly you and your fermented soul continue to be."

He added, "hash tag. hag shag."

Charlie also says despite the fact Denise won't let him see the kids, she had the "audacity" to ask him to borrow his private jet to go on the big family trip that she banned him from.

Charlie says he went to Denise's home to plead with her to change her mind and to deliver gifts to the kids, but was not allowed to see them.

Charlie concludes, "This is the worst Xmas I've ever had."

Charlie Sheen is no longer on Santa's naughty list ... the actor was just given an awesome Christmas gift -- permission to celebrate with his twin boys.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... the kids temp guardian Scott Mueller (Brooke Mueller's brother) has no interest in punishing Bob and Max on Christmas ... so he and Sheen hooked it up.

We're told Charlie's stoked that he can spend Christmas with the boys -- it takes the sting not seeing daughters Lola and Sam ... who are going on a trip with other ex-wife Denise Richards ... Sheen claims he's not allowed to tag along.

Bah humbug.

Steve Harvey was accused by his ex-wife and 11-year-old son of brutally beating the boy ... but Harvey's rep tells TMZ the comedian has been cleared.

A judge found Mary Harvey in contempt Thursday and sent her to jail for leaking sealed information about the alleged incident to the media.

As for the incident ... according to a police report -- obtained by TMZ -- Mary claims Steve got a phone call from the boy's school informing him his son lied about turning in homework. According to the kid, Steve hit him with a belt and then a paddle board -- the kind used for hazing in fraternities.

According to the police report ... cops took photos of the boy's injuries, showing bruises on his buttocks and right thigh, as well as cuts on his leg. The police report says the boy told cops, the beating was so brutal he had trouble urinating for days.

The matter was then referred to the Texas Dept. of Family and Protective Services. Steve's rep tells TMZ, the Dept. concluded, "Based on the information obtained, the child does not appear to be at risk ... the case is closed without further investigation."

The war is over ... Tom Cruise has settled his epic $50 million libel suit against a magazine publisher that accused him of abandoning his daughter Suri ... and part of the settlement included a carefully-worded apology.

The terms of the settlement are sealed. Each side will pay its own legal fees.

Part of the deal was that the defendants issue the following statement: "Bauer Publishing, 'In Touch' and 'Life and Style' never intended to communicate that Tom Cruise had cut off all ties and abandoned his daughter Suri and regret if anyone drew that inference from anything they published."

As we reported ... Cruise sued Bauer Media Group last year over a cover story that appeared in Life & Style magazine claiming he had "abandoned" his then-6-year-old daughter Suri in the wake of his divorce from Katie Holmes.

The conflict was pretty insane -- you'll recall, Tom sat for a deposition in the lawsuit and compared acting to fighting in Afghanistan.

Shaunie O'Neal claims Shaq is full of BS when he says he was always opposed to doing a reality show with their kids ... and says she has it in black and white ... he's lying.

Shaunie filed unsigned contracts and correspondence with the court -- obtained by TMZ -- in which it's clear ... Shaq was negotiating to become a part of the reality show. Shaq was negotiating not only his participation in the show, but his 4 kids as well.

Shaunie submitted a sworn declaration from the head producer, who claims Shaq gave him the green light to do the show, only to withdraw permission after saying the show is "not a good look for me."

Clint Eastwood thinks his soon-to-be ex-wife should fend for herself ... because he's asking a judge to DENY her any spousal support.

Clint filed legal docs in the divorce case triggered by Dina Eastwood. He's trying early on to shut down her request for support. We're pretty sure the reason Clint is drawing the line is because there's a prenup that lays out their rights pretty clearly.

It seems there's a fight on another front ... custody of their 16-year-old daughter Morgan. Dina has asked for full physical custody. Clint wants joint physical custody.

Clint says their 17-year marriage crumbled more than a year and a half ago and they actually separated in June 2012.

Shaq's blocking Shaunie O'Neal's reality show out of spite ... because of his own failed reality show attempts -- and demanded a ransom of $1 million to give her the go ahead -- so Shaunie claims in new legal docs, but Shaq is calling BS.

Shaunie tried to get a judge to effectively green light her attempt to put her kids in a new reality show with her ... something Shaq is strongly against.

But in her legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Shaunie says it's all sour grapes, claiming Shaq tried and failed 3 times to do a reality show with his kids. But sources close to Shaq tell us ... it's simply not true, and if a network wanted a reality show ... he's way more marketable than her.

Shaunie also claims in the docs that Shaq was ok with her show ...as long as she gave him $1 million, which she refused to do. Our Shaq sources say, ridiculous ... the last thing he needs is $$$.

Shaunie grouses that she needs to do the show to pay the bills, because she gets no alimony. But we've learned Shaq pays her $100,000 A MONTH in child support for their 4 kids.

Shaunie says Shaq barely gives two craps about the kids and only sees them 8-10 days a YEAR. Shaq sources tell us Shaunie's lying ... he sees the kids "plenty" and is very involved in their school.

Shaunie O'Neal was unconvincing this morning in court ... a judge just rejected her bid for an order allowing her to put her kids on a new reality show ... something ex-hubby Shaquille O'Neal is vehemently against.

Shaunie wanted the judge to rule in her favor without a hearing, but Shaq's lawyer, disso-queen Laura Wasser convinced the judge there was no rush and a hearing was only fair ... but that takes time.

TMZ broke the story ... Shaq -- who has joint custody -- has been warring with Shaunie over the reality show, insisting ubiquitous cameras at home would be a terrible distraction for their 4 kids ... some of whom are already struggling in school. He's also worried the show will portray Shaunie and the kids in a negative light.

Shaunie has insisted the show will be wholesome family fun, but with scandal-hungry producers breathing down Shaunie's neck and her own cat-fighting track record on "Basketball Wives" ... Shaq isn't convinced.

Filming for the reality show is scheduled to begin in January ... so Shaunie's really under the gun.

Charlie Sheen just dodged another bullet -- the judge in his guardianship case decided NOT to hold him in contempt for yapping on TMZ Live.

Charlie violated the gag order the judge imposed by railing on Brooke Mueller, the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services and the judge himself, calling him "dishonorable judge douchebag."

But we've learned there was a private hearing today where Brooke said she had no interest in pushing the issue so the judge gave Charlie a pass,

And more good news for Charlie. The judge said he was going to grant Sheen 2, 2-hour monitored visitations with twins Bob and Max, and assuming DCFS gives him good reviews, Charlie will incrementally get his custody restored to 50/50.

We got video of Brooke as she was leaving court. She was mum on everything.

Charlie Sheen vows to hit Denise Richards where it really hurts -- in the child support department, because he says he's going to court to get a judge to slash the amount she gets.

Charlie is telling friends ... a judge has NEVER signed off on his current child support agreement with Denise -- it was all agreed to privately.

Denise currently gets $55,000 a month in support for their 2 kids. He's enraged that he's been so generous, and not just with child support. Charlie says he shelled out $9 million for the home he bought for her -- specifically so their 2 girls could be close to him.

So Charlie is telling his buddies ... Denise is epically ungrateful because he says she's denying him the right to have XMAS morning with the girls. He says she's actually taken away the girls' phones so they can't call him.

So Charlie's going to court. Not only does he want child support reduced, he wants the judge to establish his iron-clad right to see his kids on specific holidays.

Denise Richards is the Grinch who stole Christmas ... at least according to Charlie Sheen -- who's pissed at his ex-wife for pulling the plug on his holiday plans with their daughters.

Sources close to Sheen tell TMZ Denise informed Charlie this weekend she didn't want him to join her, Sam, and Lola on their family Christmas trip -- and didn't really explain why.

We're told the news sent Charlie into a tailspin since he's already not seeing twins Bob and Max this year for Christmas -- they'll be with temp guardian/Brooke Mueller's brother Scott.

Sheen lashed out at Denise by tweeting a pic of a chopped up baseball bat -- a souvenir from their wedding -- with the caption, "The lie is over. I'm done being treated like a relative with a one-way ticket. #DuhNeese."

Our sources say Denise is confused about Charlie's anger -- because as far as she's concerned ... he's still welcome to join her and the girls on the trip.

Clearly, that's not Charlie's understanding of the situation.

Lamar Odom is as done with his marriage as Khloe Kardashian and wants to get married again STAT -- to his basketball career ... sources connected to Lamar tell TMZ.

We broke the story ... Khloe filed for divorce Friday, citing irreconcilable differences. The last straw was Lamar shooting the rap video in which he bragged about cheating on Khloe.

Now get this ... Lamar blames the infidelity on his friends who are "supporting me the wrong way by bringing girls around."

Lamar also casts blame on Khloe ... telling his friends, "I can't be f**kin' with Khloe. She brings out the bad side of me."

Lamar says he needs to "get married" to his basketball career and wants to ignore the past.
