She made a fortune off shooting her ex-lover's wife in the face -- and now, "Long Island Lolita" Amy Fisher is putting that money to use ... buying a brand new pad in Florida for more than half a million dollars!

In case you forgot ... Fisher became infamous in 1992 -- when she was just 17 -- after shooting her lover's wife Mary Jo Buttafuoco in the head. Mary survived, but Amy pled guilty to first-degree aggravated assault and served 7 years in prison. Amy then wrote two tell-all books ... and eventually became a porn star.

Now, Amy Fisher -- who has since changed her name to Elizabeth Bellers -- has purchased a BRAND NEW HOME.

The 4,000 square-foot estate home in Wellington, Florida -- 18 miles from Palm Beach -- boasts 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, epic water views, a pool, spa and mega vaulted ceilings ... all the for the low, low purchase price of $575,000.

Gwyneth Paltrow is in escrow on one of the most spectacular estates on the westside of L.A. ... and it's costing her and hubby Chris Martin a pretty penny ... TMZ has learned.

The house -- courtesy of famed architect Windsor Smith -- was listed for $10,450,000. We're told Gwyneth and Chris paid close to the asking price.

The house has 6 bedrooms and 8 baths, which means their 2 kids will probably each get their own rooms.

It was built in 2011, and apparently the real estate crash took its toll. The house was originally listed at $11,960,000 in September, 2011, but reduced recently.

Meg Ryan has just unloaded her spectacular Bel Air mansion for a huge price ... TMZ has learned.

Real estate sources tell TMZ ... Meg raked in $11,125,000 in the sale -- close to the $11,400,000 asking price.

Meg bought the 6,877 square foot mansion in 2000 in the middle of her divorce from Dennis Quaid. Her neighbors include Jennifer Aniston, Michael Bay, Berry Gordy and Darren Star.

The best news for Meg ... she made a killing. Ryan bought the estate for the very reasonable price of $8.6 million.

As for the lucky buyer -- he's Adam Bernhard, who just sold his clothing company for $270 million, so $11 mil is like a condo in the Valley.

NY Jets star Antonio Cromartie was able to cut a deal with the Bank of New York and has officially prevented the coin-carriers from snatching up the pad he bought with his mom, TMZ has learned.

As TMZ previously reported, the bank sued the footballer for not coughing up $105,381 in missed mortgage payments and wanted to foreclose on the tiny 864 sq. ft. house he bought back in Nov. '06 -- which his mother co-signed for -- in his hometown of Tallahassee, Florida.

But according to new court docs, the bank changed its tune and voluntarily dismissed the case ... which means Cromartie either paid off the debt entirely or worked out a deal to restructure the payments.

Saving the house wasn't exactly an Everest sized feat ... the Pro Bowler signed a 4-year $32 million contract with the Jets in 2011.

Octomom Nadya Suleman has just hosed the owner of the house she's living in, because the house officially went back to the bank after a disastrous foreclosure auction.

Amer Haddadin, the man who owned the La Habra home, tells TMZ ... the auction took place this morning, but no one bid on the property, so it went back to the bank. FYI the opening bid was $355,643 ... but no takers.

So, you ask, how did Octo hose Amer? Well she wasn't paying the money that was supposed to go toward the monthly mortgage payment, Amer couldn't cover it himself, so he lost the property.

As for Octo, the bank will have to initiate eviction proceedings to kick her and her brood out.

The "Martin" actor -- who just filed for divorce back in April -- is renting out his monstrous 13,900 square-foot estate ... which looks more like an ostentatious Vegas resort than a house.

The mansion -- located in the ultra-private Beverly Park community in Bev Hills -- boasts 7 bedrooms, 9.5 baths, a wine room, home gym and a state-of-the-art movie theater with concession stand so you can watch hours of "Big Momma's House" and nosh on popcorn at the same time.

Former NFL superstar Warren Sapp didn't shed too many tears when he lost his Super Bowl ring, but when it comes to losing his home ... he won't go down without a fight, TMZ has learned.

HSBC bank is on the attack, claiming Sapp -- who recently filed for bankruptcy in Florida -- owes them $781,879.39 from before his filing. They are asking a judge to allow them to foreclose on his beachfront condo to help settle the score.

The football legend filed a response this week, pleading with the judge to let him keep the fancy digs. Sapp claims he's still living in it ... despite not making payments on it since May 2011.

Sapp vows to cough up the cash as soon as he sorts out the bankruptcy.

A judge has yet to rule.

Good news: Boxing legend Evander Holyfield recently sold his house for $7,500,000!!!

Bad news: It was at a public auction, he actually owes the bank twice that amount ... and he also owes over $200,000 in back taxes.

According to docs filed in Georgia, Holyfield's massive mansion -- 54,000 sq. ft on 234 acres -- outside Atlanta sold at public auction on March 6 ... but part of the money will go directly to Uncle Sam to pay off his back tax bill.

As for the rest ... according to the documents, Holyfield owed more than $14,000,000 on the house -- plus more than $2500 in foreclosure expenses. It's unclear whether the bank is going after him for the balance.

Evander's senior advisor, Tony Tortorici, tells TMZ, Evander is working with his advisors to resolve his financial issues as quickly as possible. As far as the home, Tortorici explains, "[The home] was purchased by J.P. Morgan Chase, technically as part of a foreclosure. However, Evander continues to live in the house while options are being pursued. He is confident that an amiable agreement will be reached soon to resolve this situation."

The Rock has sold his massive, stunning home in Hidden Hills for very close to the $4.9 million asking price ... TMZ has learned.

Sources tell us the estate -- located 22 miles from Hollywood -- is being purchased by a businessman. It's currently in escrow and scheduled to close shortly.

The 9,120 square foot house has 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, an infinity pool and an awesome home theater.

Late fashion icon Bijan Pakzad's ritzy Beverly Hills palace hits the market this week -- one more reason to wish you had $12 Million laying around. Like you needed another.

Bijan -- was known for owning "the most expensive store in the world" and driving ridiculously exotic cars ... and his 12,000 sq. ft. pad is just as pimp.

"Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kim Zolciak just dug herself a hole to China by telling us Monday she is not living in her home illegally -- turns out, what she told us was a big fat LIE, because TMZ has the lease.

Kim is embroiled in a verbal war with her landlord, Kendra Davis. As we reported, Davis has said she's trying to evict Kim because she has no right to live in the house and won't pay rent. For her part, Kim insisted she's paid every cent of the ren and the lease was still in effect.

So here's the smoking gun ... According to the lease, either Kendra or Kim had a right to terminate the lease by giving written notice 30 days before May 30. If no one gave notice, the lease would be extended beginning in June on a month-to-month basis.

But here's the deal ... Someone did give 30 days notice -- AND IT WAS KIM AND HER HUBBY!! Take a look at Kroy Biermann's email to the landlord dated March 29, 2012. So the lease officially terminated May 30 -- so she lied to us when she said it was still in effect.

It's now June 5 and Kim and Kroy are still in the house. Under the lease, they're considered squatters -- i.e., illegal tenants -- and the lease says they are required to pay $600 for every day they illegally stay. The landlord says they haven't paid $600 a day, so it appears Kim also lied to us when she said she was totally current on rent.

The landlord gave us a letter that she sent Kim and Kroy today ... telling them they're in the house illegally and must vacate immediately, and if they don't she'll see them in court.

Calls to Kim weren't returned. Pants on fire, Kim.

Snooki isn't taking any chances filming "Jersey Shore" this season with her unborn child -- moving into a shack of her own yesterday ... RIGHT NEXT DOOR to her old stomping grounds.

TMZ broke the story ... the mama-to-be is taking her pregnancy extremely seriously, choosing to live next to the "Shore" house rather than in it because of her loud, boozy ex-roommates.

But Snooki isn't moving far -- in fact, her old digs are mere feet away from her new parenting pad ... a cozy single-family home directly adjacent to the "Shore" house that rents for about $2,000 a month.

Snooki announced she was knocked up in February, and could pop while they shoot Season 6 -- so she wants to be prepared.

"Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kim Zolciak is NOT being evicted from her Atlanta home and insists any reports to the contrary are the ramblings of a bitter landlord ... so say sources close to Kim.

The sources say the real housewife was renting a giant Georgia mansion with her NFL star husband Kroy Biermann with the intention to buy ... but 86'd the plan when an appraiser told her the $3-million list price was overvalued by a million bucks.

When Kim decided to walk away from the deal we're told the landlord was pissed and took out her anger by publicly trashing the housewife online ... claiming she was kicking Kim to the curb.

Kim claims she has never missed one rent payment and the entire ordeal is an attempt by her soon to be ex-landlord to use Kim's name for her own 15 minutes of fame.

Goldie Hawn is the kind of mom every kid wants -- aside from introducing your hot mom to your friends, she gives her kids houses.

We were digging through some official records and found last month ... Goldie gifted one of her houses to her son, actor Oliver Hudson.

We're told Goldie bought the house in October, 2009, and put both her name and Oliver's on the deed. The house was purchased for $2.09 million. BTW, it's not exactly a starter home -- it's a really cool spread in Brentwood, CA ... 4,000 square feet, 4 bedrooms, etc.

Then on May 21, documents show Goldie filed a "Gift Deed" with the county, giving her son full title. The document specifically says Goldie got no money in return.

Oliver's a successful actor ... he's currently on "Rules of Engagement." But it's nice to have a mom who cares.

Rob Dyrdek is shredding NBA star Deshawn Stevenson's decision to copy him and install an ATM in his kitchen -- not because it's uncool ... but because dude is 5 years behind the times.

Sources close to the MTV star say Rob has retired the cash machine he bought back in 2007 when he was living with his co-star "Big Black." We're told Rob's ATM is now collecting dust in the bowels of his "Fantasy Factory."

As we reported, the Brooklyn Nets' Stevenson says Dyrdek inspired him to make his ballerific ATM purchase -- and even though RD thinks it's dated, he definitely understands why a rich hoops star would do it.

One of the guys who wrote the 1963 hit "My Boyfriend's Back" REFUSES to get out of his house even though it was foreclosed on and sold at public auction, so the new owners want him out -- stat.

Music producer Jerry Goldstein -- whose other huge hit was "I Want Candy" -- just had his colossal 8,000 square-foot Pacific Palisades mansion auctioned off for $7.6 million ... but things didn't go so smoothly for the buyers.

According to new legal docs filed in L.A. County Superior Court ... Goldstein hasn't moved.

So the new owners filed an eviction lawsuit. They also want him to pay $666.66 for each day that continues to live there.
