Chris Brown You CAN Squeeze Blood When I'm Turnt Up

Published | Updated

There's a hot lead on who robbed Chris Brown of $50,000 ... and our sources say they're closing in on a few known associates of the Bloods.

Law enforcement tells TMZ, they have video of the car that fled Chris' Tarzana house after the robbers held a gun to his aunt's head and made off with the $50k. Some good detective work led cops to a gas station near Chris' home, where they checked surveillance video and saw the getaway car.

Our sources say cops now have a partial license plate, which has led them to Compton and someone who may be a member of the Bloods, a group in which Chris has had ties.

Detectives are interviewing some of the locals and we're told they're closing in on the culprits.

50 Cent Judge, Please Don't Shut Off My Electric

Published | Updated

50 Cent does not want to suffer in the dark ... which is why he's asking a bankruptcy judge to keep the utility company from shutting down his massive unit.

50's in a corner ... the bankruptcy judge has him in a straitjacket, prohibiting the mogul from paying even the most basic bills without court approval. He's asking for permission to pay his electric, gas, trash removal, cable, Internet and phone bills so he doesn't get shut down.

And this is interesting ... between gas and electric, 50 drops an average of $10,597 a month. Remember, he has a 50,000 square foot mansion in Connecticut which he bought from Mike Tyson.

We're thinking ... don't air condition the whole house ... you're in bankruptcy!

Akon Sued Mansion Floors Don't Come Cheap ... Pay Up, Man!

Published | Updated

Akon's Georgia mansion continues to be a thorn in his side ... as yet another contractor is claiming he didn't get paid for working on the superstar producer and singer's floors.

A company called Capital Floors has filed a $15,000 lien against the troublesome home -- small potatoes compared to the $36,765 filed by a different company back in January.

This contractor claims they did get paid a little along the way and the $15k represents the unpaid balance -- but says a lawsuit for another $50k in damages could be in the offing.

Akon's reps haven't gotten back to us.

French Montana Summer Party Pad Up For Grabs ... For $5.3 Million

Published | Updated

French Montana paid $40k to rent out a secluded LA home for the month of July, but now the owner only wants to sell so it will set you back $5.3 mil.

The modern 6-bedroom mansion sits in the gated Los Feliz community of Laughlin Park -- where Scarlett Johansson and Natalie Portman have lived. The place looks like it's straight out of "Miami Vice" (the remake) ... with an ultramodern, all white, open air architecture.

There's a pool, a spa, and a home theater ... but the real selling point is the insane jetliner view of the city.

It's also photo shoot ready ... just ask Frenchie.

Tyga Loses $70k But Still Fighting for Crib in Kylie's 'Hood

Published | Updated

Tyga needs to just move in with Kylie Jenner already, because he's been ordered to fork over $70,000 in back rent on a house in her gated community -- a pad he claims he's actually buying.

Tyga's gone to war over the Calabasas home -- just a few minutes from Kylie's -- and on Monday a judge ruled he had stiffed the landlord. Even with $70k on the line, Tyga didn't even bother showing up in court ... possibly because he says he's no renter.

Last week he filed suit against the landlord, saying he has an agreement to buy the property, and even plunked down $200,000 as a down payment. Until that's settled, the bottom line is ... he's gotta pay up AND move out.

The good news -- as of 2 weeks ago he can bunk up with KJ. Legally.

Marc's decided to move his companies -- Marc Anthony Production and Venture Magnus Media – to the Sunshine State.

Anthony has had deep ties to South Florida ... he was once part owner of the Miami Dolphins and owned property there.

The house is beautiful, but check this out ... he's had more wives than he has lounge chairs.

Scott has been posting pics of him back at the family home in Calabasas, chilling at the pool and lording over his brood.

The post could simply signal visitation, but he certainly made himself at home.

Ryan Sheckler is proving that you can come home again ... as long as you have a few million dollars to spend ... 'cause the skating legend just dropped $2.6 mil on a mansion in his hometown.

'DWTS' star Mark Ballas just dropped $2.5 mil on a fixer upper.

It will make more sense when we tell you this ... the house is in a primo section of Bev Hills. It's a skosh over 4,600 feet, with 5 bed and 5 bath, but it needs major work.

We're told Mark hasn't decided whether he'll live in it or flip it, but he has options, and talent. Mark and pal Derek Hough flipped a house they bought together for $1.2 mil, plunked $200k into it and sold it for $1.8 million. The renovation was featured on "Mark & Derek's Excellent Flip."

Now he's doubled the stakes ... and he's flying solo.

Steve Wynn High Roller In Beverly Hills Now

Published | Updated

Steve Wynn just placed a huge bet on Beverly Hills after dropping $50 million on an uber mansion, and, no surprise, he paid ALL cash for it.

Wynn purchased the modern 8 bedroom, 13 bath BH home from Guess co-founder Maurice Marciano, and we’re told Wynn threw down bank because the home needs zero upgrades.

The place is so huge it has 2 guest houses, theater and tennis court, but the real draw … the wall space for all of Wynn’s art. He’s a huge collector and infamously once put his elbow through a Picasso.

It’s not far from Rodeo Drive either … where Wynn will likely burn a lot of cash. We reached out to Kurt Rappaport the listing agent who wasn't available for comment.

Steve is doubling down. Check out his old BH pad -- a $16.25 million fixer-upper, which is now on the market. Yeah, that's a fixer-upper in Bev Hills.

'Silence Of The Lambs' House Hits the Market Movie Memorabilia Included

Published | Updated

It puts the house on the market or else it gets the hose again.

The 3-story Victorian home from "The Silence of the Lambs" – yes, the one used to hold Buffalo Bill’s skinsuit victims -- has hit the market, for a very reasonable price.

The 5-bedroom home, an hour south of Pittsburgh, was built in 1910 and its owners have barely changed a thing since the movie that won Best Picture was shot there in 1990.

Asking price ... $300k.

There are plenty of amenities ... a pool and a vintage caboose that doubles as a pool house.

The place comes with photos the homeowners took during filming, and a signed book with the inscription, "Thank you so much for letting us use your beautiful house for our scary movie," signed by Jodie Foster and director Jonathan Demme.

There's also a wraparound porch ... perfect for enjoying a nice glass of Chianti.

Alicia Keys & Swizz Beatz Our 25,000 Square-Foot Mansion Is Too Small for Our Pictures!

Published | Updated

Alicia Keys and hubby Swizz Beatz are such big art nuts, they have to sell their massive estate for some bigger digs so they can display it all.

Real estate sources tell us ... the 25,000 sq. ft. home wasn't big enough for their enormous art collection that features pieces by Jean-Michel Basquiat, Andy Warhol, Ernie Barnes, Keith Haring and many other artists.

The Englewood, NJ home is filled with such a massive collection, Swizz calls it "Eight Acres of Showtime."

The couple bought the house back in 2013 from Eddie Murphy. It's pretty awesome ... the sprawling home boasts 8 bedrooms, a movie theater, indoor pool, 2 lane bowling alley, recording studio and, of course, a gym. Listing price: $14.9 million.

As for their next move ... they've figured out a way to get enough wall space ... Alicia and Swizz are building from the ground up.

Teresa and Joe Giudice Jersey Shore House No One Wants Their Leftovers

Teresa and Joe Giudice's foreclosed Jersey Shore home was a total wash-out ... because NO ONE bid on the house today at auction ... not one person.

The home was among a bunch of other foreclosure properties up for auction Tuesday in the area, but we're told no hands were raised during bidding. It came at a real steal, too ... even for Teresa and Joe.

As we previously reported, the bidding started at $100 ... but keep in mind, the buyer would still have owed the bank $348k.

Jersey ... only the strong survive.
