President Trump’s oldest grandchild, Kai Trump, is getting exactly what she pleaded for in court -- protection from an alleged stalker, who's been ordered to stay away from her ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ obtained the petition 19-year-old Kai filed in Palm Beach County Court, against a 26-year-old man named Gabriel Garza Jr.

A judge granted Kai -- Don Jr. and Vanessa Trump's first born -- a temporary restraining order in April, which restricts Gabriel from stalking, cyberstalking, or committing any criminal offense resulting in physical injury or death.

Grizz Chapman, the actor best known for his work on the classic sitcom "30 Rock," has died.

His longtime rep, Saideh A. Brown, tells TMZ ... Chapman died Friday. No other details are being released at this time, other than his wife and two children are devastated.

In addition to his work on the NBC series ... Chapman created a series of YouTube videos known as "Grizz Chroniclez" featuring him in variety sketches.

Kim advocates for criminal justice reform by supporting individuals she believes were wrongfully convicted, as well as people within the prison system who have demonstrated rehabilitation and deserve a fair second chance. This case does not fall within her focus.

'Real Housewives of Atlanta' alum Kim Zolciak is in court fighting her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, over claims she neglects their kids, weeks after having her custody temporarily suspended, TMZ has learned. 

Kim filed court docs, obtained by TMZ, claiming the custody decision was made without the proper witnesses testifying, including a therapist who speaks to their family. 

In the filing, Kim alleged the therapist refused to show up to the hearing and testify, despite being under a subpoena. The RHOA alum said she wasn’t able to grill the witnesses present, including the court-ordered lawyer. 

Looks like Halsey and ex Alev Aydin may’ve quietly worked things out ... because she’s officially dropped her custody case against him.

According to docs obtained by TMZ, Halsey told the judge she no longer wants to move forward with the custody case she filed involving their 4-year-old son, Ender. The court dismissed the case after concluding her decision was made "knowingly, intelligently, and voluntarily."

Exactly what changed since she first filed isn’t clear ... but it's possible the former couple may’ve reached some sort of private agreement behind the scenes.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, the estate slammed Edward Cascio and his three siblings, who are locked in a legal battle with the estate over claims they were sexually abused by MJ for years in the 1980s.

The estate said the Cascios were already paid massive settlements of $3.45M each, and "demanded the incredible sum of $213M in 2024.”
