Rumer Willis was awarded primary custody of her kid with ex Derek Richard Thomas in their bitter custody war ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, the parties agreed to undergo a custody evaluation and share joint legal custody, but the judge gave Rumer primary physical custody of the couple's daughter, Louetta.

The ruling also establishes a visitation schedule for Thomas. Beginning June 20, he'll have parenting time every other weekend, with visits initially monitored by one of Rumer's nannies. The order states the visits will later transition to overnight visitation with no monitor.

6/12/2026 5:20 AM PT -- Big Tigger tells TMZ ... “Over the past several days, there has been significant public discussion and speculation regarding my personal life."

He went on ... "I understand this can happen when you are a public figure, and I appreciate the support and concern that so many people have shown. I want to say categorically that these allegations and accusations that have been circulating are false. Additionally, it’s important to clarify that Francesca and I have never been anything more than friends and respected colleagues. I’d like to apologize to her for the impact of these last few days."

Tigger added ... "Out of respect for everyone involved, I ask for grace, privacy, and restraint as my family navigates this difficult moment. For more than 30 years, I’ve had the privilege of serving my community through music, entertainment, and connection, and I remain grateful for the trust so many of you have placed in me throughout that journey. I intend to continue living and leading in a manner worthy of that trust.”

Big Tigger's latest headline has nothing to do with radio ... it's a police investigation involving his wife, Alicia Brown, and cops say he's the prime suspect in an alleged assault.

According to police documents obtained by TMZ, Brown was involved in an alleged assault during a May incident that prompted authorities to open a domestic dispute investigation. The records identify Big Tigger -- the longtime radio personality and former host of BET's iconic "Rap City," whose real name is Darian Morgan -- as the suspect.

Dispatch records show Brown sought medical treatment for her injuries before police were contacted and an investigation was launched. She was later transported to a hospital ... though authorities noted her injuries were not considered life-threatening.

Taylor Swift and Scooter Braun were within striking distance last night at the Knicks game … but we've learned they did NOT cross paths.

Sources tell TMZ ... Taylor, who was sitting courtside with her girlfriends Alana and Este Haim, was directly in front of Scooter and his girlfriend, Sydney Sweeney, but there were no interactions. 

Many wondered if the two bumped into each other while in the same arena … or if they somehow made contact after chaos erupted when the Knicks beat the Spurs in the final seconds. 

The near run-in comes weeks after Scooter spoke out about the ongoing drama with Taylor on a podcast, revealing he has only met her a handful of times in his life.

Diddy claims music producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, who is suing him for sexual assault, has failed to turn over his medical records ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Diddy says he shouldn’t have to produce a bunch of documents and answer questions for Rodney, describing his requests for discovery as abusive and improper.

Diddy says Rodney was supposed to sign off on a release to provide access to his medical records back in November, but the release provided was not in compliance with regulations related to the privacy of such records.

Taylor Swift's arrival at Game 4 of the NBA Finals got an immediate reaction from the Knicks radio booth ... and it wasn't exactly a warm VIP welcome.

New York Knicks lead radio analyst Monica McNutt was caught on a hot mic as members of the broadcast team tried to figure out whether the pop superstar had made it to the arena ... however McNutt seemingly expressed she wasn’t too happy to see Taylor amongst the hyped crowd.

Tiffany Haddish says her DUI case has dragged on so long it should be thrown out ... but prosecutors are firing back, arguing the actress hasn't shown the delay actually hurt her.

According to new court documents, obtained by TMZ, the State of Georgia is urging a judge to reject Haddish's motion to dismiss the case, which stems from her January 2022 DUI arrest in Peachtree City.

Prosecutors acknowledge the more-than-four-year delay weighs against them, but they insist it wasn't intentional and shouldn't carry much weight. They also argue Haddish announced she was ready for trial, but never actually requested an immediate trial -- a distinction they say matters under Georgia law.
