J.D. Vance can't think of any better Christian theologian than Diddy ... just kidding.

Take a look at the video ... the veep visited the Richard Nixon Library Thursday, when he was asked about a chapter in his memoir titled "More Money, More Problems" -- a reference to Diddy's song with The Notorious B.I.G. -- and he felt compelled to poke fun at the now-incarcerated music mogul by calling him a "great Christian theologian."

Obviously, the President's right-hand man said it in jest, and drew some big laughs -- particularly from himself.

He quickly added ... Diddy's been the total opposite of a model Christian in recent years. So, yeah ... J.D's not living under a rock, no matter what his haters say.

Tom Sandoval can breathe a little easier after he allegedly got attacked in his own home by his ex-girlfriend and her dad ... because a judge just told them to hit the road.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ ... Tom's request for a temporary restraining order against Victoria Lee Robinson and her father was just granted ... and the judge ordered her and her dad to move out ASAP.

TMZ broke the story ... Tom claims he's been mistreated by Victoria for a while now ... and it all came to a head on the evening of June 3 when she allegedly roughed him up after a night of drinking.

Benson Boone and Alix Earle have taken their rumored chemistry center stage ... sharing a passionate kiss in his newly released music video after weeks of dating speculation.

Benson's "The Time of My Life" music video, which dropped Thursday, features the singer and Alix as the stars of a theatrical love story. The pair go from backstage banter to a fantasy romance ... rowing together in a boat, sword fighting in a tavern, battling a dragon, and even getting married before sealing it all with a kiss in the final scene.

The release comes after TMZ first reported Alix was starring in the video and spent the week filming alongside Benson. Our sources told us their chemistry on set was undeniable, with Alix constantly laughing around Benson and the vibe between them feeling flirty.

A new book released this week details the scene at the White House when Charlie Kirk was assassinated, and it looks like President Trump first got word about the tragedy from his son, Barron Trump.

In "Regime Change: Inside the Imperial Presidency of Donald Trump," New York Times journalists Maggie Haberman and Jonathan Swan reveal Barron had called the President in a state of distress and broke the news to his father that Kirk had been shot.

They attribute Barron's frantic state to the 19-year-old's fear his father would be next, and he even told the president, "This is what happens when you go out there" ... according to the book.

Tom Sandoval and his girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson are clearly not in a good place ... because the reality star just filed for a restraining order against the model after she was arrested ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Tom claims he was verbally and physically abused by Victoria after a night of drinking ... the final straw in their rocky relationship in which he says he was often mistreated.

He claims he was having a verbal argument with Victoria when he noticed she was filming him. He said this led to her dad becoming aggressive ... and Tom says he locked himself in a guest bedroom for protection, but her dad "punched a large hole" and then put his face in the hole, smiled -- a la "The Shining" -- and said he'd f**k up Tom.

If that wasn't enough, Tom claims Victoria followed up by hitting him in the face and head so hard his vision blurred.

Dorit Kemsley isn't letting Boy George's public criticism get under her skin ... brushing off his Father's Day outrage by suggesting he's simply being dramatic.

We got "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star out Wednesday and asked her about Boy George blasting what many assumed was a Father's Day dig aimed at her estranged husband, PK Kemsley.

Dorit pushed back on that assumption, questioning who said the post was even about PK before brushing off George's reaction, saying he's got "the flair for the dramatic."

Bode Miller just skied right past a criminal case ... because prosecutors are dumping all charges against him.

Attorney Jeromy Stafford tells TMZ that Fremont County Prosecutor Lindsey Blake has agreed to dismiss the misdemeanor drug possession and paraphernalia charges that stemmed from Miller's June 6 arrest following a traffic stop in Idaho.

Prosecutor Blake tells TMZ ... "I can confirm our office is dismissing the misdemeanor charges against Mr. Miller. Although the deputy had sufficient probable cause to arrest Mr. Miller at the beginning of June, we recently received information which resulted in our office determining it is in the interest of justice to dismiss Mr. Miller's misdemeanor charges. I will not be discussing the specifics of this recent information due to it being related to another active case." 

JWoww's wedding had a more exclusive VIP list than the cast's old hangout, Club Karma ... because a couple of her castmembers didn't even get the invite.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Angelina Pivarnick and Ronnie Ortiz-Magro were left off the guest list for JWoww's big day.

Our sources say the two other "Jersey Shore" castmates who didn't attend -- Pauly D and Vinny Guadagnino -- were invited ... but unclear why they did not attend. They also didn't know it was JWoww's wedding ... remember, she sprung that news on her guests after they showed up for what they thought was a film premiere.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce might be getting married at Madison Square Garden after all ... though it may still be a more intimate affair than the 1,000-person event that's also going down.

TMZ has confirmed the pair is having a gathering of around 100 people on July 2 ... the day before the main wedding celebration is set to go down. The New York Times was the first to report this news.

It's unclear what the pair plan to do on July 2 ... but, given it's a smaller group before a wedding celebration, it seems highly likely this could be the actual wedding itself -- or perhaps a welcome bash for close friends and family.

The amount that Nicki Minaj’s mom is set to receive as a settlement of the wrongful death lawsuit over her late husband’s death was revealed in court.

TMZ obtained court docs in which the rapper’s mom, Carol Maraj, broke down the settlement between her and the man who fatally struck Nicki’s dad, Robert Maraj, in 2021.

Carol says she agreed to $400K ... $300K from Charles Polevich -- the driver who struck Robert -- and another $100K from an insurance company. In her paperwork, Carol said she agreed to pay her legal team around $133K in fees and another $9800 in reimbursements ... leaving his estate with the remaining $234K.

"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" alum Kim Zolciak is asking a court to set an emergency hearing in her bitter divorce from Kroy Biermann ... claiming she has serious concerns about the current custody arrangement and her ex's alleged anger issues.

Kim filed new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, claiming the guardian put in place by the court for their four minor kids recommended Kroy undergo anger management therapy.

She also objects to Kroy continuing to have primary custody ... claiming severe issues continue to arise on Kroy’s watch.

Prosecutors have decided not to retry Harvey Weinstein for allegedly raping Jessica Mann ... this after a jury was deadlocked for the second time.

The third-degree rape charge was dropped Thursday because prosecutors say Jessica doesn't want to testify in a fourth trial ... multiple outlets report.

As you know, she accused the producer of raping her in a hotel room in 2013 when she was an aspiring actress.

The prosecution made it clear that they believe Weinstein's accuser and the dismissal is not a question of her credibility ... but they also respect her decision not to want to continue going to court.

"The Wire" star Bobby J. Brown was drinking alcohol before he died in a Maryland barn fire, TMZ has learned.

Brown consumed several alcoholic beverages prior to his death at his home in Chaptico, MD, on February 24, 2026, according to an autopsy report obtained by TMZ. However, the actor tested negative for drugs.

The report also states that Brown suffered catastrophic, life-threatening burns that went deep into his skin and tissue. In addition, carbon monoxide levels in his blood reached 71 percent, the report says.

LaVar Ball has revealed that he and his wife of 30 years, Tina Ball, have taken their talents to Splitsville.
