The 2 comedians have gone their separate ways, a source tells us ... citing their busy schedules as a major reason for their breakup.

The Critics' Choice Awards show's a great time to celebrate some of the most talented people in the biz ... and last night's show was apparently the right place for Chelsea Handler to roast Leonardo DiCaprio.

Here's the deal ... Chelsea, who's hosted the Critics' Choice Awards four consecutive times, blazed through some of the biggest names in Hollywood during her opening monologue before turning her attention to Leonardo, who was up for the Best Actor award, reports the New York Post.

Chelsea pointed out Leonardo almost didn't show up to the show after being "trapped on a boat in St. Barts," which she compared to being on the Titanic, just worse ... because he was hanging out with Jeff Bezos.

Daniel Tosh has officially sold his sprawling Lake Tahoe compound but the comedian isn't leaving the area ... TMZ has learned.

Real estate sources tell us the 7-bedroom, 7-bath estate officially closed Friday for $10.75 million, and Tosh bought another property across the lake to be closer to friends, which is why he decided to sell.

The gated estate, which the former Comedy Central host bought in 2018 for around $7 million, is located on the pristine west shore between Tahoe City and Sunnyside, sprawls across 1.6 acres and features three distinct homes, each with its own character and charm.

Mario Rodriguez -- the man who accused Tyler Perry of sexual battery last week -- says friendly text messages the two allegedly exchanged don’t undermine his claims and are actually consistent with his account.

The model and actor told PEOPLE ... “I want to briefly respond to what’s being said about me right now. People are pointing to messages where I was polite, grateful, or vulnerable — and trying to use that to discredit me.”

He continues, “When someone has influence over your career, your income, your future, you don’t feel free. Survivors often stay cordial. They often ask for help when they feel desperate.”

Rodriguez adds that the messages don’t negate his allegations. “That does not mean abuse didn’t happen. Those text messages were sent at a time when I was especially vulnerable, as can be seen from the context. Continued financial support and access are not inconsistent with abuse — they are often part of the power dynamics that follow it.”

Kanye West is usually the guy getting the crowd roaring ... but he was the one roaring while onstage with comedian Deon Cole Friday night.

The rapper, his wife Bianca Censori, and music executive John Monopoly pulled up to the legendary Hollywood Improv the day after Christmas ... and Deon brought the guy up onstage to ask him how he enjoyed the set.

Tributes poured in Wednesday with comedian Dane Cook offering condolences to Finn's family and calling him a genuinely funny and good guy.

Dave Chappelle says Charlie Kirk's murder is eerily reminiscent of Martin Luther King Jr.'s ... but that's where the similarities between them end -- full stop.
